- Nate (1/5): Do not book here!! - Property owner gave us incorrect information about the property. Stated that there would be two main beds and two futon beds but only came with two main beds and one futon bed for the four of us. They were also very unhelpful with assiting us with these issues. Also, the photos on the listing didn’t match the apartment we were provided.
- Tiago (5/5): - Once the booking mistake was detected, the host responded quickly and adapted the room to the 5th person by preparing a sofa bed, bringing a set of sheets, a chair, towels and slippers. The room I booked clearly stated (and showed in the pictures) that it was suited for 5 people, that it had 3 bedrooms and it had a total of 4 beds and 1 futon. Yet, the room I stayed in only had 2 bedrooms, was only prepared for 4 people (and is only meant to accommodate 4 people) which led one of us to sleep without bed sheets

- Lissa (9/5): - Very comfortable stay with the option of sleeping on futons or western-style beds, so everyone was happy. Had everything we needed for a cozy two week stay in a great, quiet location. Had an in-unit washer, but no convenient place to hang up clothes for drying.
- Simon (6/5): Ok, but be careful if booking the 3 bedroom apartment, make sure you check you get what you asked for by contacting the - Location and facilities We booked 3 bedrooms for 2 separate stays, it was very clear that we paid the extra for 3 bedrooms. When arrived for our 1st stay the owner had allocated us 2 bedrooms. In fairness they offered a small discount for the 1st stay but disappointingly not the second. They insisted it was a computer automated error. I can’t fault the property but it wasn’t what we booked.
- Lara (7/5): A comfortable apartment for a family of four that is close to some great restaurants, 7 Eleven and Daiso and easy to get - Clean, bright mix of traditional Japanese and modern interior. Both bedrooms were spacious and lots of storage for our family of four large luggage bags 🧳 . All the facilities were clean and working properly. Prompt and easy detailed communication with the property owner There was strong gas smell in the stairwell. We would have loved a foldable drying rack as there was no dryer for our laundry for the clothes.

- Татьяна (10/5): Все прекрасно! - Квартира полностью отремонтирована, мебель, сантехника все новое, есть большая терраса, в каждой комнате установлены кондиционеры , рядом с домом, есть платная стоянка……….и много, много кафе и ресторанов со вкусной едой ……… это все способствует прекрасному отдыху, спасибо огромное за комфорт. Хотелось бы посетить это место еще раз. Все понравилось!

- Han (8/5): 总体来讲还是挺舒服的。性价比不错 - 地理位置好，离地铁站很近，去银座和筑地市场很近。除了门前仲町站6号出来过马路200米就到了。房间也非常干净。大露台很舒服哦。管家很贴心，有问题回复的都很及时。 酒店门脸很小，确实不大好找。第一天刚到的时候Google map不大好用，着实找了很久。另外，如果是4楼或者5楼的话，因为楼梯狭小，对行李多的和老人不是很友好
