Basically is house with 2 bedrooms and a shared bathroom. Fridge was full of old tapestries with food, garbage, dirty dishes and in my own bedroom was awful dirty carpet cupboard had dirty socks in. • Shrimpton (1/5): - Nothing, owner didn't answer the phone for over an hour whilst we were waiting outside. Then pretended to have been "in the bathroom". By this time I had already found somewhere else. Stay away from this place, even if you do stay, the actual house looks abandoned and dilapidated. • Udo (1/5): Nie wieder diese Unterkunft - Das Haus war äußerlich in Ordnung Es war verdreckt und doppelt überbucht; die Eigentümerin hatte keine Ahnung. Es war niemand erreichbar; der Schlüssel war nicht am beschriebenen Platz und musste zeitaufwendig selbst geholt werden. Ich kämpfe seit Wochen um Erstattung; die Eigentümerin erfüllt ihre Zusage nicht.

• Daniel (6/5): - pleasant area.. TV broken... kitchen area needed a clean. limescale in the kettle was abundant. frier needed to be thrown away... washing machine was functional but no drier.. cheap for a room but why advertise free wi fi, netflix, modern kitchen and accessories if its a lie.
• Karan (3/5): DO NOT STAY - READ PREVIOUS REVIEWS - YOU WILL BE DISAPOINTED - Location Everything!!!!! There is totally NO CONTACT AT ALL - owner lives abroad and manager is impossible to reach. The place is dirty and has had NO HOT WATER FOR AT LEAST 4 MONTHS!!! Keys are a joke and you really cannot expect to be guaranteed a room even if you book!!! We were lucky because we stayed over the Easter weekend and on Thurs someone stayed in the other room from us but no-one came to clean it on Fri or Sat, Sat when we returned there was a girl here who had eventually managed to get in to find a dirty room waiting for her so she had to find some clean sheets and make her own bed!!! Less than an hour later a family of 4 turned up who had booked the WHOLE HOUSE!!! Both us & the other girl were booked to stay until Monday so we're not sure what happened to them 😔 We will be far more cautious in future when booking, this has opened our eyes fully as to how some accommodation is managed (or not managed in this case) PLEASE BE CAUTIOUS WHEN BOOKING THIS ACCOMMODATION 🙏

Untidy as it appeared to have someone else living there, therefore totally misleading information if that is the case. I have photos as proof also Everything

Property not suitable for a paying guest. - Convenient location Very cold, no heating, no hot water, shower barely working and i didn’t use it as water was cold and indoor room temperature very cold. Bedroom not ready on arrival. Bed not made up and was left untidy by previous occupant. Sheets had not been changed. Room not cleaned, paper on floor. No coffee provided.

• Banuchichak (10/5): it was a cosy stay, checkin was easy, there was parking in the front, grocery shops around - i liked how cosy the sofa and the bed was, really good after a long day of travelling we couldnt make the tv work and there were few spiders around

• María del Carmen (6/5): - La ubicación de la casa era conveniente si estás de paso y necesitas un lugar para pasar la noche y aparcar en la puerta. La habitación es amplia, y el barrio tiene alguna tienda. Sólo hay una llave para entrar/salir de la casa, y puede haber dos habitaciones reservadas. Se generó confusión en cuanto a esto con el otro huésped. Si no hubiésemos hablado ambos inglés, no sé cómo lo habríamos arreglado. Por otra parte, en el anuncio decía que el baño era privado (esto no es cierto, es para ambas habitaciones). Las habitaciones no tienen pestillo, con lo cual si necesitas salir de casa, puede ser un poco arriesgado dependiendo del otro huésped.

• Pat (7/5): Good value overnight stay with comfortable upstairs room. Would be improved by a kettle in the room so don’t have to go - Excellent location for where i wanted to be. Good value for money. No kettle in the room. (Kettle available downstairs) No cold water in downstairs tap/ tap not working.

• Sarah (3/5): Not suitable for a solo traveller - This is an empty house, the owner doesn’t live here. The two bedrooms are let out separately but there are no locks on the doors - I would not feel safe here if the other room was let out. Several lightbulbs weren’t working, including the one over the stairs. There are no curtains in the living room, so it was unusable for me, as it was clear I was there alone. The key safe is broken, so the key is hidden elsewhere. The owner doesn’t tell you that you need to phone when you arrive, as they won’t be there. I found that out after standing in the rain at the front door, knocking.
