Весьма посредственный сервис и нежелание работать на благо клиента в моменты, когда клиент сообщает о несоответствии заявленных в объявлении услуг с услугами реальными.

Demora para responder ( não estava achando o endereço e mandei msg para ele me explicando ou me dá um ponto de referência isso era as 16:00 ela foi me responder no outro dia ) e a internet não funcionou e a comunicação realmente precisa melhorar

• Hubert (10/5): Wymeldowanie - Lokalizacja Mogłoby być odrobinę czyściej, poza tym przy wymeldowaniu zamykamy drzwi, kluczyk wkładamy do sejfu i zjeżdżamy widą do garażu, ale niestety już się nie dostaniemy na parking bo blokują nas drzwi do garażu, które trzeba otworzyć z kluczyka, który jest w sejfie na 5 pietrze😄, więc trzeba znowu jechać na piąte piętro, zabrać kluczyk, zjechać na dół, odtworzyć drzwi ,jedna osoba musi trzymać te drzwi a druga musi znowu wrócić na piąte piętro, zostawić kluczyk w sejfie...logistyka zawiodła:) Poza tym wszystkim ok😄

• Aleksandra (6/5): Lokalizacja na plus, natomiast średnia jakość apartamentu do wysokiej ceny. - Lokalizacja obiektu 10/10, bardzo blisko starego miasta, w pobliżu sklepy, kawiarnie. Duża wanna w łazience bardzo na plus. Widać, ze obiekt jest już użytkowany dobrych kilka lat, małe niedociągnięcia w łazience które sprawiały wrażenie „brudu” - kamień na elementach, odchodzące sklejki na szafkach. Natomiast największy dyskomfort to wygłuszenie apartamentu. Słyszalne rozmowy sąsiadów zarówno z góry jak i z dołu oraz po bokach, brak uszczelki pod drzwiami wejściowymi sprawia wrażenie pokoju hotelowego, gdy ktoś poruszał się na klatce schodowej spod drzwi widoczne było światło, co świadczy o braku ich wygłuszenia. Kolejny minus to niedziałające oświetlenie oraz kontakty nad łóżkiem w sypialni. W salonie, gniazdka również miały problem z działaniem. Zabrudzona kanapa. Oświetlenie w całym obiekcie zimne co sprawiało że apartament był mało przytulny.

I spent multiple nights on the couch waiting for responses and assistance, and left after not being offered any cleaning. Disgusting apartment, disgusting customer service.

• Szymon (8/5): - Świetna lokalizacja, dobre, nowoczesne wyposażenie, dobra komunikacja z zarządcą. W czasie pobytu nie działało ogrzewanie w głównym pomieszczeniu. Zarządca odpowiedział na problem, ale nie miał do dyspozycji osoby technicznej więc skończyło się tylko na nieudanej próbie odpowietrzenia kaloryferów. Rozumiem wyzwania organizacyjne w weekend, ale problem nie został rozwiązany i było po prostu zimno.

• Aleksandra (7/5): Na krótki pobyt jest ok. - Apartament dość wygodny , dobra komunikacja z obiektem. Zamówiłam apartament z parkingiem , jednak został odwołany. Wiem że inni goście mieli dostęp do parkingu podziemnego. Na plus to że koszta za parking płatny zostały zwrócone. Brak TV w sypialni.

Complimentary instant coffee and tea 4 of each, toiletries, tv, kitchen with a toaster. Easy check in and check out. Apartment advertised as 2+2. The stained couch in the living room is not fit for 2 adults- 2 of us did not sleep well. Parking space in the garage canceled one day before arrival- based on othe comments from others it seems like a regular practice. 2 tablets for the dishwasher- that's a joke. Two irons but both with burn stains.

Nepatiko tai, kad 4 asmenų šeimai virtuvėje trūko keptuvės, buvo mažutė, nebuvo apartamentams privalomų būtinų virtuvės reikmenų- druskos, pipirų, aluejaus. Dėl kelių kepimų, neveši juk. Sulaužytos kėdžių kojos. Nebuvo skalbimo.miltelių, nors skalbimo mašina yra. Neveikė vonioj razetė džiovintuvui. Daugiau galėjo būti šluosčių, indų plovimo tablečių indaplovei . Žodžiu, kaina didelė lyginant su būtiniausiomis priemonėmis.

• Signe (8/5): Mums patika. Ļoti ērti un labi. - Nakstmītne atrodas pašā centrā, ērti kājām nokļūt vecpilsētā, vai uz vilcienu, netālu ir kafejnīcas, veikali, viss nepieciešamāis. Arī pašā naktsmītnē ir viss nepieciešamais ērtai palikšanai. Neskatoties uz to, ka blakus leila iela, dzīvokli bija kluss. Naktsmītne ir jaunajā daudzdzīvokļu mājā, moderna, ar liftu. Man personīgi traucēja izgulētie sintepona spilveni, bija neērti un nepatīkami uz tiem gulēt. Nn vēl - veļasmazgājamā mašīna bija, taču ar ko izmamgāt nebija. Bet visādi citādi bija ok.

• Tadeusz (5/5): Zawiedziony, głównie ze względu na niemiły zapach. - Lokalizacja ok. Apartament trochę dziwny ze względu na słup na środku, nie w moim guście. Wyposażenie ok. Niezrozumiałe dla mnie przykrycie fajnego szklanego stołu jakąś plastikową osłonką... Głównym problemem był bardzo nieprzyjemny "kanalizacyjny" zapach wydobywający się z łazienki, który w pierwszej dobie pobytu był nie do zniesienia. W kolejnym dniu był nieco mniej wyczuwalny, ale nam towarzyszył. Najgorsze jest to, że mimo zgłoszenia tego faktu, nie nastąpiła żadna reakcja ze strony obsługujących. Jakby nie było tematu. Dodatkowo nie otrzymaliśmy, z powodu zaginięcia, karty do garażu. Wyjaśniono nam, że mamy prosić ochronę o wpuszczanie i wypuszczanie z garażu, co niestety nie było takie proste, gdyż panowie z ochrony nie mają takiego obowiązku, a poza tym tłumaczyli brak możliwości weryfikacji posiadanego numerowanego miejsca postojowego. Musieliśmy, sami sobie otwierać drzwi garażowe przyciskiem awaryjnym....

Там чисто, просторно, комфортно,зручне ліжко, окремо хочу відмітити балкон, на якому просто неймовірно снідати і спостерігати за містом. Є проблеми з замком в ванну кімнату, він заїдає, а також ржавий кран у ванній
• Lenka (9/5): - Apartmán prostorný, čistý, pěšky je to kousek do centra, 5 minut od nádraží, zastávek tramvají a autobusů. Měli jsme apartmán s balkonem ve druhém patře, dá se použít výtah. Budova je nová, klidná, hlavní vchod na kód. Matrace jsou hodně měkké, pro někoho může být nepohodlné, v koupelně byl cítit odpad. Apartmán je skvěle vybavený, je vše, co potřebujete (myčka, pračka se sušičkou, fén, žehlička, kávovar včetně filtrů atd.). S ubytováním jsme byli moc spokojení.

Les lits simples étaient vraiment très étroits 65 cm de large. il y avait un lave vaisselle mais seulement 4 fourchettes et 4 couteaux donc on est obligé de faire tourner le lave vaisselle (seulement 2 tablettes lave vaisselle fournies) après chaque repas même s'il n'est pas plein ou de laver à la main mais il n'y a pas d'égoutoir, pas de torchon pour la cuisine et aucun condiments (sel, poivre huile ...). Le ménage était fait rapidement - nous avons trouvé un t-shirt derrière un rideau en arrivant. Pour le prix on s'attend à mieux.

• Elżbieta (9/5): Pobyt był udany. Świetna piekarnia przy wyjściu z budynku. W pobliżu kilka restauracji z różnym menu. - Apartament wygodny, ładnie urządzony i dobrze wyposażony. Blisko do starego miasta i innych atrakcji. Bardzo trudno rozłożyć kanapę w salonie. Zgodnie z opisem jest miejsce garażowe ale mieliśmy pecha bo poprzedni gość zabrał kartę wjazdową do garażu a gospodarz nie dysponował zapasową.

Check-in was easy and hassle free, kitchen has all the stuff you'll need for a quick breakfast/lunch/dinner, bed and sofa bed was comfortable, bathroom was neat and clean. You'll have many restaurants, groceries around. Perfect location, highly recommend 👍 Nothing to point out.
• Murali (6/5): Disappointed overall - The location is very near to the center at a walking distance. It also has a free private car parking. Supermarket right next building. Lots of cons. The sofa was almost broken on one side. And it was not comfy overall. There were no proper kitchen amenities, it missed a cloth/paper towel. When asked the same to the host I got a reply saying "buy from nearby supermarket". Coffee machine was there but no beans. There was no liquid hand wash in bathroom, instead a small tube of body wash which was very inconvenient.

• Mikas (8/5): Great apartment but looks better in the pictures - Great location, great facilities (all you need in the kitchen, two sinks, a bright apartment, etc.), a quiet and safe neighbourhood, close to several supermarkets, free parking in the garage. The apartment looks better in the pictures and in reality it needs some renovation done. One of two hairdryers did not work, sofa and curtaind had some stains.

• Shin (4/5): Disappointing - location is really good I have stayed for 4 days. However, they supplied towels only for one day. I complained about it, but they said it is their policy. They sent a message for check in 'you should visit office to check in' Actually it was not true furthermore I spent around 1 hour to find out the office. The code for entering building also not correct.
• Michael (7/5): The flat is close to the station - the keys are over a kilometre away! and they charge for late pickup. - Very clean and modern Having to go 1.1Km (x2)to collect the key and the same to return it. And having to pay 100zl because we did not arrive until 7.30 pm

• Katerina (9/5): Superb - excellent location, great value, very comfortable there could be more and nicer towels and we were missing bath mats. you also have to return the key to a box which is about a 15 minute walk from the flat which feels unnecessary

• Daniel (8/5): Gdansk 2023 - The apartment felt safe and secure, clean and comfortable. Location excellent for what we needed. We visited the Madison shopping centre alot for IVF treatment so it was very handy. Aldi was just below the apartments too. It would have benefitted from a chopping board and a few extra bowls if I was to give a negative. It was noisy but mainly due to the wind and we had the top floor.
