Das Hotel hat versucht uns abzuzocken, nach der ersten Nacht haben wir eine strafe bekommen, da wir angeblich das Bettlaken verschmutzt haben. Nachdem wir bewiesen haben, dass der fleck älter ist, wurde die Rechnung gutgeschrieben. Ein Tag später wieder das gleiche… diesmal wollten sie uns nichts gutschreiben, wir durften das Laken auch nicht auswärts reinigen lassen. Sie wollten von uns 1300 baht!! Wir mussten den Laken im Waschbecken waschen, damit wir die Summe nicht bezahlen müssen! Angeblich ist das in phuket gang und gebe, wir waren kurz davor, die polizei anzurufen…

• Kristina (9/5): Amazing stay - The hotel is very new and clean, territory is fancy and well-mantained! Pool is amazing, breakfast has lots of choices. There are even yoga classes! The bathroom has no "wall" or proper door... it's just a glass divider. If you're not that close with your roommate that can be a problem. You can't even flush toilet at night without waking up another person :(
• Ben (7/5): Comfortable and quiet hotel. Area around hotel, not so good. - The lay out of the room was good - spacious. Comfort of the room was very good. I liked that the toilet area was enclosed. Didn't care for the location, particularly because of the busy street and foot traffic near the entrance of the hotel - very noisy. The room itself was quiet however. I requested, via email, a room on the second floor not near the pool. They gave me a room away from the pool, however, not on the 2nd floor. They replied to my request via email before my stay that they would try to accommodate my request. If I were to return to Phucket, i wouldn't re-book this hotel as there are way better hotel locations on other beaches. I found the beach closest to the hotel was over crowded and not as pretty as other beaches. The whole Kata beach area, as well as other beaches, was sadly inundated with rude, arrogant Russian nationals.

• Edgar (4/5): Trotz freundlichem Personal und sauberem Hotel würden wir es wegen der fragwürdigen Abrechnung nicht wieder buchen. - Was uns an dem Hotel gefallen hat, war vor allem, dass das Personal während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts immer freundlich und nett war. Auch das Hotel selbst ist wirklich sauber und insgesamt sehr gepflegt. Optisch macht die Anlage einen schönen Eindruck und man merkt, dass viel Wert auf das Erscheinungsbild gelegt wird. Der Room Service war zwar nicht immer gleich gut und schwankte von Tag zu Tag etwas, aber grundsätzlich war das Hotel sauber. Was uns nicht gefallen hat, war vor allem die Atmosphäre rund um die Regeln und den Umgang mit möglichen Schäden oder Verschmutzungen. Schon beim Einchecken wurde sehr deutlich erklärt, dass alles dokumentiert wird und jede Art von Verlust bezahlt werden muss. Das ist zwar grundsätzlich verständlich, wurde aber auf eine Weise vermittelt, die bei uns direkt einen negativen Eindruck hinterlassen hat. Beim Auschecken wurden uns dann 4.550 Baht für ein verschmutztes Bettlaken berechnet, was wir als völlig überzogen empfunden haben. Zusätzlich habe ich an der Rezeption selbst beobachtet, dass Informationen aus Gästezimmern intern mit dem Management abgestimmt wurden heisst Fotos gemacht von den Zimmern der Gäste. Nach unseren 10 Tagen dort überwiegt deshalb leider der negative Gesamteindruck, und wir würden das Hotel nicht noch einmal buchen.
• Michelle (10/5): We enjoyed our stay very much and would recommend 100% - Our stay was nothing short of amazing. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, we were always greeted with a smile! Breakfast was absolutely worth it. There was a great selection of Thai food as well as Western/European options. I saw a comment saying they wished there were more Western/European choices… are you kidding me? They went above and beyond to cater to everyone, and we enjoyed everything during our one-week stay. Our room was very comfortable, clean, and looked just like the pictures. No complaints at all. We would definitely stay here again. -A bit of a walk from entrance to the actual room. Can get tiring if you’re in and out multiple times a day. -I wish the pool hours were a bit longer. Sometimes we’re out all day and the pool closes by the time we’re back but most hotels in Thailand have the same exact pool hours.

• Shaneze (9/5): - L’hôtel est très beau et moderne, très bien situé au centre de Kata et dans le calme en même temps. Le petit déjeuner est de qualité et assez varié. Le personnel etait très gentil souriant et aimable. Le service de navette pour la plage était très pratique. Le lit très grand et confortable. Les rideaux dans la chambre n’étaient pas assez opaques et la lumière passait légèrement j’étais donc réveillée le matin par la lumière dans la chambre. Il n’y a pas de chocolat chaud au petit déjeuné. Leau de la piscine était chaude donc pas très rafraîchissante.

Despite the very difficult situation in the Middle East, which prevented me from leaving the UAE (it was my stopover), the hotel didn't refund my money, not even half of it like other hotels. This was very poor on the hotel's part; the situation was beyond my control. I resold my accommodation for a fraction of the price to get the money to return to Poland. I strongly advise against choosing this hotel, as they won't help in a difficult situation.

Sauberkeit ok. - Schöni Anlage Wir mussten 10.- für ein gebrauchtes Handtuch bezahlen, weil es leichte gelb-weisse Flecken hatte, welche man von blossem Auge nicht sah. Das Handtuch war schon 2 Jahre alt. Sehr viele Gäste waren von diesem Scam betroffen. Die duschen wurden nicht geputzt, der Filter in der Dusche war voller Staub, sodass das Wasser irgendwann nicht mehr abfliessen konnte. Wir mussten eine Kaution von 3‘000 Baht / Zimmer (umgerechnet 75.-) bezahlen. Das bargeld bekamen wir wieder, als wir gegangen sind (und das bargeld micht mehr brauchen konnten)

• Ardita (9/5): Würd ich weiterempfehlen und mit Kindern, unbedingt wieder kommen. - Die Unterkunft ist sehr gepflegt gehalten, die Einrichtung und Lobby sehr schön und clean. Die Sauberkeit und der Roomservice war top. Die Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter waren zuvorkommend und aufmerksam. Grundsätzlich konnten alle Englisch verstehen, jedoch wäre es wünschenswert, wenn die Englischkenntnisse besser wären.

• Sharon (8/5): Mooi nieuw hotel met goeie locatie - Mooie kamer met groot bed. We hadden gekozen voor een plek aan het zwembad zeker een aanrader. We kregen een rekening omdat er volgens de accommodatie een handdoek vies was die ze niet meer schoon kregen. Dat vonden we beide erg vreemd.

Die Lage ist super. Das Frühstück hätte etwas besser sein können. Man hat immer etwas gefunden, jedoch war es täglich das gleiche.

Die Bettwäsche ist sehr schlecht, als ob man auf einer Plastikfolie schlafen würde. Wollte aufgrund der Krankheitssymptome früher auschecken. Eine Erstattung wurde strickt verweigert. Viele positive Rezensionen wirken falsch.

We stayed for 6 nights and wished we could have stayed longer. the rooms were clean modern and very comfortable. Housekeeping did an amazing job every day. The bed is big spacious and comfortable. You get 4 bottles of water refilled everyday in the room. Breakfast at the hotel is fresh with strong variety - including local dishes. we didn’t use the pool - but looked very nice. centrally located to Kata Beach - they offer a shuttle or is an easy walk. There is a 7/11 just outside (it can get very busy but they move through the line quickly) we went to lots of local beaches - Kata Noi (10 min taxi), Kata (walked) and Noi Han (15 min taxi). amazing local places within easy walk and we recommend - Sugar by Sugar & Spice, Sugar & Spice, Kata on Fire Bar & Grill, Eightfold. on a weekend go to Naka Weekend Market / 30 mins by taxi! Bars we loved - Swagen Bar Cocktail and Kata on the Road (near Ibis hotel) 
 We also did a Muay Thai show - all organised through a what’s app number. They come and collect you and drop you back off. Lots of massage places - 100% recommend Pearl Massage for a foot and proper Thai massage (FYI - no oil), very clean friendly and calming. 
 highly recommend staying at Niranapa Boutique Resort and Kata in general. We will be back! Nothing!

• Mila (10/5): - Beautiful hotel, I don't have enough words to describe how much they pay attention to cleanliness, their kindness. Very peaceful, quiet, tucked away enough that you don't hear any noise, but you're actually a few steps away from the main street and the hustle and bustle. The rooms next to the pool are beautiful, the pool is smaller but nicely decorated. The breakfast is great, there is a lot of choice. I love it!

• Vikas (9/5): Comfortable and relaxing stay. - Beautiful Small Boutique Property. Felt cosy and private. Nice location. 10 minutes walking to the beach . Hotel also provides shuttle to Kata Beach. Many supermarkets, money exchange and restaurants around. Rooms are a good size and nicely designed. We stayed at the garden room and loved our room. Gym could be better. Small room with minimal equipment. Breakfast was nice but it was mostly the same stuff everyday.
• Harri (9/5): - Aamiainen oli erinomainen ja hotellin sijainti oli hyvä. Kadun melut ei häirinnyt. Hotelli on tosi siisti ja hyväkuntoinen. Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä.
• Maria (8/5): Ett fint och fräscht hotell som vi kan rekommendera. - Det var fint, modernt och fräscht. Väldigt fina rum. Vi uppskattade att det var ett lite mindre hotell. Nära till affärer och restauranger. Det var lite trångt runt poolen. Det fanns ingen servering av alkohol. Synd att det inte gick att gå rakt ner till havet utan att man behövde gå en längre väg.
• Frederic (7/5): Modernt men inte så trevligt. - Modernt och fint boende med bekväma sängar. Bra läge med närhet till shopping/restaurager. Synd att det inte fanns möjligheter att köpa alkohol på hotellet (hotellbaren). Man är van vid väldigt trevlig och glad personal i Thailand, men här var det inte så tyvärr.

• Andreas (5/5): Birds eating buffet - The resort has a beautiful design and a relaxing atmosphere. The location was convenient and worked well for exploring the area and visiting beatiful Kata Beach. We liked that the hotel was modern, stylish, and generally clean. There were ants in our room during the stay, which was disappointing. At breakfast, birds were eating directly from the buffet, and although we informed the staff, the issue was not addressed. Because of this, we chose to eat only from indoor plates the following day and skipped breakfast entirely on our departure day. Even without the birds, the breakfast quality was rather mediocre. The hotel also requires a cash-only deposit, which felt inconvenient. Considering the overall price level, we expected a higher standard, particularly regarding hygiene and food quality.

• Ewa (8/5): - Obiekt położony w dobrej lokalizacji. Bardzo czysto w hotelu Pierwszy raz spotkaliśmy się z przeliczaniem ręczników po opuszczeniu pokoju. Klapki japonki w pokoju były używane i tylko umyte ponoć dla nas to nie do przyjęcia.

• Marcello (1/5): Disonesti - Allora struttura si presta bene ottima posizione se cercate calma e tranquillità Ho dato questo punteggio negativo perché mi hanno addebitato il costo di un asciugamano sporco, tutto ciò mentre facevamo il check out. La scusa è stata che fosse macchiato, ed ho spiegato che lavandolo in lavatrice la macchia sarebbe andata via, invece hanno provato a pulirlo sotto acqua corrente. Peccato
