• Peeyoosh (1/5): Do not book if you have a car to park - It’s at Novotel It’s not part of the Novotel on services side. It’s a private owned serviced apartment. So Novotel doesn’t pay any attention. We were denied parking and had to wait for more than one hour still the parking wasn’t available so we had to depart from the premises without staying. The owner was non responsive and didn’t refund the amount.

• Katherine (9/5): Beautiful apartment, great location and helpful staff! - Fantastic location, amazing view of Manila. Good proximity to a mall, and about a 20mn walk to find some good restaurants and nightlife. Jhane met us with keys, and it was a smooth check-in process. Beautiful apartment with a very comfortable bed and GREAT air conditioning! It was smaller than expected, but that’s didn’t matter

• Brett (7/5): Some teething problems as it is a new listing although location is good. - Location was great. Check in was a runaround. For the start of the trip, it was an ideal cost-effective stay. Room manager was fantastic and assisted with issues regarding Netflix etc. Jhoan was all about ensuring we were happy. The kitchen was poorly catered. I had to go and buy wine glasses, toaster and frying pan. We were lacking spoons and knives although made do with what was there. The apartment was only new to the platform and the manager was going to fix it although we were going to be gone prior to this occurring. Our disappointment was that we booked the room due to the kitchen and with the typhoons order in was too long. We needed to cook our own meals each day, and it was problematic to start with. It would also be nice to have an option to have the room serviced.

• Matej (9/5): Great high level stay in Manila - Spent 1 night at casa de Masaken at Novotel Suites Manila and it was very good experience. Everything was clean and at the level expected. Gym and pool are on separate floors but easily accessible. Would suggest as improvement to provide 2 key cards for access around the building. Thanks

• Amira (10/5): One of the best hotel Residence in Mandaluyong Manila - I stayed at Novotel for a night and overall the experience was awesome, the room was very clean and bed was so comfortable and we had a very nice sleep. The service was very accomodating and they answered our queries on time, they are so responsive. Location was close to Rockwell and public transport which made getting around easy. Amenities- nice pool and theres also a gym and nice garden for a nice walk too. Thank you for the great service! Looking forward to our next booking! nothing
