• Gianluca (8/5): Un bel soggiorno alle porte di Whitby - Bella struttura in un paese tranquillo e con la possibilità di parcheggiare gratuitamente, camera spaziosa e pulita. Un bel pub ( The plough ) raggiungibile a piedi in 5 minuti. Whitby si raggiunge in auto in 15 minuti. La colazione potrebbe essere migliorata.

• Mark (8/5): - The location is great, we took a walk into Whitby which was quite pleasant. The fish and chip restaurant just up the road is really good. We also ate at the Plough, a pub within walking distance which was very quiet but served good food The breakfast facilities were adequate. Everything there that you would need. I'm not sure offering cooking facilities is the best idea, as washing up in a bowl on a table isn't ideal.

• DAVID (9/5): Excellent house & host. Excellent value for money. Will return again in the future. - Property was very clean & tidy. Rooms were clean as were the beds & sheets. Excellent garden & views overlooking the valley. Kettle in the room with ample tea & coffee etc. Good location to Whitby Bay etc. Breakfast was somewhat lacking - only had croissants & toast with butter & jam. No cheese or ham but drinks were plenty & we don’t eat too much breakfast anyway so wasn’t a problem.

Basin sink hot tap very difficult to turn off, so we were afraid to use it in case it wouldn't stop running, minimalist "breakfast included" General cleanliness needed a bit more attention.

• Kathy (8/5): Welcoming pretty period house. - Rosemary is very friendly and welcoming. Knows the area well. Interesting house with history and beautiful gardens. Very peaceful after a busy day. Breakfast available to help yourself when ready and cooking facility for light snack meals if required.
