• Ethan (8/5): Great one night stay, took a while to find out how to get keys and then get inside the room. Kept mostly clean and fitte - Good area, kept mostly clean. Hard to contact host, and getting keys was very out of the way

Unfortunately, the air conditi - Location, free car parking, size of room and bedrooms Air conditioning didn’t work, some of the appliances were working, but damaged, and the curtains were quite dated and worn

• Sue (5/5): Very underwhelmed and disappointed. - Location and the apartment was spacious. Dirty drinking glasses, inside windows were dirty with old sticker remnants still on them, holes in curtains, balcony dirty. Throw rug on beds not clean. Sofa should have been made up however only after several phone calls we had the linen dropped off to make up ourselves which waiting for them made us miss our dinner booking. Too many emails regarding checking out and key drop off from Avante management. Apartment not presented to standard.
• Sharni (3/5): I would not stay here, has great potential but not great for value of money. Couldn’t even spend 2 days there had to lea - Good location, good views, very spacious. No privacy due to windows/blinds not shutting, aircon not working, no hot water in either showers, broken chair/fold out bed. Had to leave 1 day early due to lack of facilities. Offered only $100 compensation. Things still broken from previous reviews
• Lori (8/5): Would absolutely stay here again. - Fantastic location with plenty of room for our 8 guests. Beautiful view. Clean and fresh. Hot water was an issue in both showers and only 1 key was limiting with 8 adults.

• Jacqui (9/5): - Location spacious. Amazing views. It would have been good to have 2 sets of keys. With 8 people staying everyone had to come and go at same time

• Allison (7/5): Great location and decent price, you get what you pay for. - Location and price Only one set of keys for a group, curtains were stuck to windows and coming off the tracks, a lounge chair was broken that I fixed but is still missing a screw, floor rug keeps slipping on the floor which is a tri hazard, balcony windows were dirty inside and out, lamps in 2nd bedroom keep flickering and were possibly faulty, tea towels are really poor quality and useless - we had to use a bath towel to dry dishes, no face washers provided, would have been nice to have salt and pepper, paper towel or tissues provided

• Javeria (1/5): The location was good but the whole point was to go to the pool but we couldn’t enjoy it and it is very disappointing - The location is good and we could go down to the city. I didn’t like that we couldn’t go to the pool but we paid for that and we couldn’t go because they were painting the floor so we could go to the pool we have been asking for a month to send our money back but their not replying and sending the money back and we’re very disappointed.
• Stephen (7/5): It was a good location and comfortable place to stay. - Location was good, close to the CBD and a few different stores and cafes near by. We needed to supply our own milk for tea and coffee and there were no tablets to use the dishwasher.
• Paul (8/5): Otherwise it was so lovely - Fantastic location and perfect for our time in city The top draw to cutlery was broken, nearly flew right out of my hand. One fold out couch broken, one against wall. Fridge Bottom pull out draw underneath was putrid as had to pull really hard to get it out and when we did, it had a build up of alot of 🤮
