- Ceebaby (1/5): VERY BAD EXPERIENCE- I GOT SCAMMED - DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE - 0 RATINGS - Nothing except it was close to my business meetings access in the area :( ... FEELING OF BEING SCAMMED SO BEWARE - THEY HAVE 8 OTHER SITES ON BOOKING What I didn't like is the lady - host who check me in was 2 hours late when I told her what time I will be arriving! And she demanded a 10,000 baht deposit when it was not mentioned on the booking description and on top of that she said electricity is paid separately and again nothing was indicated on that in the description of the rental! Called booking and they agreed this was wrong on their behalf was asking for a 10,000 deposit and oaying electricity separately and electricity is suppose to be included with my booking! I let it slide as the lady host assured me that it will be returned to me in full of my 10,000 baht deposit when I check out which turned out to be a LIE and felt SCAM WITH A CON ARTIST WITH FOREIGNER booking there - it makes me think how many other were Scammed & taken advantage of! There was No TOWELS & Toilet paper and the apartment was not cleaned! ESPECALLY how much I was paying to stay here. Now my check out was yesterday and the lady host us a BIG LIAR where she did not show up at my check out time to return my $10,000 deposit! She took forever to respond to me too! She sent someone else who said she is the cleaning lady and was clueless! The cleaning lady got a hold of the lady host and let the apartment fir a moment while I waited. The cleaning lady returned with part of my deposit and not $10,000 deposit - the cleaning lady said the lady host gave her some money to return but not the full 10,000 deposit. The cleaning lady said the lady hot has taken off so much for the electricity abd I was thinking without proof of how much the electricity really is I was giving back only some if my deposit and I was mad and told my girlfriend who handke this to talk to booking and again the lady host us in the wrong and filed a complaint that she robbed and stole my money by not returning all my deposit money! Since she got me running late to my next destination I took whatever she gave me and got my girlfriend to deal with it!
