- Jia Xiu (4/5): - The location is very convenient, and the host responded promptly to address the missing supplies. I understand that the host may be trying to keep costs low while charging a market rate, but this stay was still very disappointing. For five days at $220 per night, the basic standards of cleanliness and maintenance were not met. The room had a strong moldy smell, the towels were dirty, and the floors were in very poor condition. In addition, several essential items and facilities were not properly maintained: * No toilet paper provided * Shampoo and basic toiletries were empty * The air conditioner was leaking * The TV remote did not work (likely no batteries) * The kitchen table felt unstable and unsafe These issues go beyond cost-saving and reflect a lack of basic upkeep and hospitality standards. I hope the host will take this feedback seriously and make improvements.
- John (7/5): Didn't be afraid - The unit was nicely decorated. The location was ideal and really walking distance if you can walk .75 miles. It was comfortable to stay there. The door leaks in a heavy rain. The area is industrial.

- Renee (4/5): Recently finished but rough edges - Recently finished The sound of the very large rats running on the ceiling was disturbing. The bathroom sink had hot water but the shower did not. I will never understand why I’m paying a $95 cleaning fee but I have a list of chores to do before I leave. Area is dodgy. Yes, not too far from stadium but too many “adult entertainment” facilities near by to feel ok walking around here.
