• Melanie (8/5): Great, comfortable space to explore Liverpool - The location was fantastic and the accommodation was clean, comfortable and spacious. Despite being in the centre it was quiet. I would have appreciated more and better quality crockery and cutlery. I understand why the host has used lots of artificial plants and flowers but I’d have preferred one small bunch of real flowers

• Ari David (1/5): Abuso en el suplemento por ser 4 personas. - Muy decepcionado con la propiedad de este apartamento. Realizamos una reserva porque vimos que tenía dos dormitorios pero nos confundimos al confirmar la reserva porque éramos 4 adultos pero por error registramos solamente dos adultos. Al llegar nos comunicaron que habían detectado que éramos 4 y nos quisieron cobrar un suplemento de 200£ por dos noches que al final rebajaron a 95£. Francamente nos pareció un abuso y aunque intentamos explicarles que nos habíamos confundido. No entendemos por qué aplican un suplemento tan alto solo por ser dos personas más. Por las dos toallas que nos dejaron en el apartamento?? No volveremos!!!

• Steven (10/5): - The apartment living area is large. It would be ideal for a family or two couples. The location is fantastic 👌 The stairs up to the apartment aren't great. But once inside it was really nice.

The host had communication with me straight from booking and the whole process of getting into the apartment was super easy. Also you won’t get a better location than this. • Rosy (10/5): Spacious, comfortable and well-equipped! - This is my second stay at the apartment, and I absolutely love it. It’s spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped. The property manager is friendly and responds very quickly. I would definitely stay here again. A little on the expensive side, but still well worth it.

Even mistakes I made during bookings. You definitely want to stay here if you're going to Liverpool. One word perfection! Nothing.

Beds really comfortable and great communication from host. Fabulous kitchen if you wanted to bring some supplies. Would use again. Nothing really, only thing I would mention was there’s a Tassimo and would have brought pods. Nice feature.

• Alayne (3/5): Disappointing experience due to check in/out times and no left luggage - Beautiful and spacious property. Central location. 74 steps up through a dingy stairwell. Check in was too late. 3pm is too late and I arrived at 242 and was told I was too early. Nowhere to leave luggage next day after 11am checkout which means dragging luggage round city with you.

I really liked the door keypad lock idea and want one for my own home - no losing keys then! Huge (enormous) bath! Great for soaking after a long conference. Not sure what happened but the boiler/electric gave up the ghost at one point at the end of my stay (no hot bath for me!) although Greg was supremely helpful and apologetic. I get it, these things happen and a switch trips somewhere.

• Lisa (10/5): A hidden gem, glad I came across it! - This is an amazing apartment, it’s modern, very clean and well equipped with everything you would need and more! Host ensured all information was provided prior to check in and was very quick to reply to messages and very helpful. Apartment is in a great location to everything city centre, with lots of food places and shops close by. It was so relaxing and quiet considering the hustle and bustle of the streets below. The stairs as others have mentioned feel never ending, I was out of breath at the top 😆 but worth it as it’s a gem of a place to stay! Would definitely book again!

Less than five minutes’ walk to great shopping and great restaurants There are a lot of steps which were no problem at all for us.
• Cathy (9/5): Superb - Loved the penthouse and open plan kitchen/diner/living space. Quiet up there too, considering you're just around the corner from the vibrant Mathew Street, The Beatles quarter! Host was friendly and very helpful in all aspects, and quick to respond and deal with any issues. It's a great central location for visiting Liverpool. The only issue we had was the stairs to the penthouse apartment, there are rather a lot, 74 in fact! Got a super workout every time! So for anyone that has mobility issues, it could be too difficult to get up those flights of stairs - there is no lift!

• Colette (10/5): Discovery of a Gem - The apartment has a really welcoming and bright atmosphere as you walk in. It is modern, beautifully decorated and you can tell the owner has put a lot of thought and care into it. I loved how open it is and your every need is catered to with every appliance you could need. The location is perfect being in the heart of everything and you can find places to eat with seconds. The owner is great to deal with as well and answers any questions you may have. Thank you for a lovely stay and I will definitely be back.

About 75 steps from ground level. Massive bathroom with large bath but weirdly tiny shower which may be a problem for larger people

• Essie (10/5): Superb location and great value for money - The property is literally 3-min walk from Liverpool One. Super spacious living room, well equipped kitchen and nice city view. It is a 10 out of 10 average score for me, includes 12 out of 10 on location and value for money. There’s nothing I dislike about the property. It might be useful to be aware of that the property is on the top floor (74 steps) of the building, especially if you have big heavy luggages. It could be good exercise though if you’d like to get the steps in.

Wonderfully large living room area with large wall mounted TV , with fully functioning kitchen area adjoining . X2 double bedrooms were super comfortable . Location was ideal , close to the waterfront and Castle Street area of the city , with added benefit that street noise was minimal . Host ( Greg ) easily contactable to sort out any enquiries ( Updated WIFI codes etc ) . NB NB - Apartment has unassuming entrance via “ Alliance House “ on North John Street . Apartment is on top floor and there is no lift , so flights of stairs need to be negotiated with luggage . However , the stairs negotiation is worth it , on entering this wonderful apartment Nothing - all excellent
