• christian (1/5): Do not stay in this property - Location early check in very nice host free water throughout the stay Very poor wifi. Leaking air con. Someone went through my luggage after check out despite having CCTV on the premises. I suspected it is the Russian man
• Daria (1/5): Terrible. It is cheap for a reason! Don't be fooled by the pictures. - The boys that work there are sweet. Helped me carry my bag up and changed our sheets upon request (as they were badly stained and looked unclean). Bike rental opposite. The owner was unpleasant, and clearly just cared about money rather than the customers. The room was tiny, the TV didn't work, the bedsheets and towels were dirty, the floor was dirty, the little carpet in the room looked like it had a faeces stain on it, the bathroom was dirty and gross. No pressure in the shower and on multiple occasions our water didn't work so we had to resort to washing with our drinking bottled water. Overcharged us £5 for two drinks at reception (crazy price for Thailand). And best of all we woke up to a cockroach the size of a rat in our room at 5am! And. the place was far out. Unpleasant hospital like lights in the room. And AC was dripping on the bed and our skin and waking us up in the middle of the night.

However, the room service could be improved to enhance the overall experience. On a positive note, the hotel owner is very kind and helpful, which adds a personal touch to the stay.

• Martina (2/5): Poor Hygiene Standards. Not Worth the Price - The only real positive aspect is the location, just steps away from the beach and the main shopping streets. Unfortunately, my stay was extremely disappointing and did not match what was advertised. I booked a basic room for 5 nights at approximately €25 per night. I did not expect luxury, but I did expect minimum hygiene standards and a room consistent with the photos and description. The room I was given did not correspond to the pictures shown online. It was significantly smaller and lacked items listed in the description, such as a wardrobe and a desk. This made the stay uncomfortable even for a short period. The hygiene conditions were inadequate: the refrigerator was dirty, and the bathroom showed visible rust and poor maintenance. Upon arrival, I had to disinfect several surfaces myself before feeling comfortable using the room. During the entire 5-night stay, no cleaning service or towel change was provided, only one time by request. Using the same towel for 6 days it is not acceptable. While I appreciate the owner’s kindness, small gestures such as complimentary water (6baht value 0,15 cents at 7Eleven) cannot compensate for the lack of cleanliness and the discrepancy between what was advertised and what was actually provided. Overall, the value for money was very poor. Considering the condition of the room, the price paid was excessive. I am deliberately refraining from publishing the photos of the room, even though they would speak for themselves.

• NOGOTKOV (7/5): Можно останавливаться не привередливым путешественникам. - Обычный отель, приходил туда просто поспать, негативных моментов замечено не было. Достаточно чисто, без неприятных запахов. Сначала дали комнату над кухней временно там был немного был запах еды, но на следующий день дали нормальный номер.

• Eleanor (8/5): good - The manager was so so nice, he offered me water whenever i needed it for no charge and was always checking if i needed anything. he also helped with my luggage since there is no lift which was super appreciated. the room was nice if a little small but since it was just for me that wasn’t a problem. the bathroom kind of smelt bad but i think that’s just the drains so not the hotels fault. there was rats in the ceiling and i heard them running about and squeaking, they never actually got into the room but it was quite frightening sleeping with that noise. i’m not sure if the hotel owner is aware of this or not and i don’t know if it affects all rooms or just mine. the corner of the bathroom and bedroom also smelt a bit like rat pee which is off putting.

Staff are very helpful and friendly, not too good at pool tho ;) Room wasn’t the best but not horrible nice and clean, good air con and fairly comfortable

L'état de la chambre était lamentable : toilettes cassées, draps tachés avec des brûlures de cigarettes, taches jaunes sur les serviettes et les rideaux. Le frigo dégageait une odeur horrible. J’ai demandé un remboursement qui m’a été refusé. On a ensuite tenté de me proposer une autre chambre, mais celle-ci était déjà occupée par les affaires personnelles de quelqu'un d'autre et n'était pas propre non plus. A fuir !!!" Logement salle. Personnel pas sympa du tout !!

• VASILEIOS (1/5): Απογοήτευση - Nothing Αρχικά πληρώσαμε ταξί στην booking το οποίο δεν ήρθε ποτέ να μας παραλάβει από το αεροδρόμιο,τα κρεβάτια ήταν σκληρά ,το δωμάτιο κ το μπάνιο ήταν βρόμικο,η μπαλκονόπορτα δεν έκλεινε και η πόρτα του μπάνιου ήταν σπασμένη.Ειχαμε κλείσει 9 βράδια και αποχωρήσαμε αμέσως το επόμενο πρωί!

• Julio Alberto (1/5): EL PEOR SITIO JAMÁS VISTO - Nada El peor sitio que he estado nunca en mi vida, tengo que contarlo por aquí, llegue y me dieron una habitación con el cabecero de la cama en la ventana con tres motores de aires acondicionados juntos en la ventana, horrible. Le dije que si me podían cambiar de habitación, literal tardaron una hora en darme una y porque tuve que bajar a decirles que seguía esperando. Ahora llega lo peor, me dieron una todavía peor con más ruido, tuve que pagarme cada noche hoteles distintos para poder dormir, unos sinverguenzas son. Si estás leyendo esto por favor NO TE QUEDEs ahí. Aunque sea barato desde las 14h del medio día RUIDO INFERNAL.

• Rickard (1/5): ripped off by the hotel completely - we didn’t stay in the actual hotel so i cannot comment on what i liked. we arrived at happy inn on our check in day only to be presented with the news that our room was not ready. no biggie, we were given a key to a room in a separate hotel and was told that our room would be ready the next day. it came round to the next day and they told us that it would not be ready until the day after and that we had to stay in the other hotel another night (bare in mind this hotel was significantly worse than the room we had booked and also cheaper). we still said that it was fine because we didn’t want to be annoying. the next day we asked the reception wether our room was ready and he told us no and that it would be ready the day after, by this time we only had 2 nights left so we didn’t see it fit to move into another hotel just for one night. we asked to see the manager and said that it’s slightly unacceptable for a hotel to sell you a room only to turn around and say that it’s not ready the whole duration of your stay. we asked for some money back or a meal at the restaurant below the hotel and he told us that he would figure something out. he didn’t get back to us for the remainder of our stay, continuing with the trend of lying. i understand that sometimes rooms may not be ready but i would have rather them be frank with us from the get go and not drag the whole ordeal on. overall it was a situation that was very badly dealt with by the management team and left me feeling ripped off.

The hosts were warm and welcoming, which made me feel right at home. The room and facilities were spotlessly clean, and the location couldn’t have been better—close to everything I needed. The staff were not only helpful but also genuinely friendly, always ready with a smile and great service. I would definitely recommend this place and look forward to staying again!

And it is a pity to write a bad Review and I do feel bad about it but I feel like the reviews do not reflect the place. I liked the proximity to the beach and the neighbourhood - room was not very clean, neither was the bathroom. - there is no (real) window - the bathroom is moldy and has a very strong odour of sewage. - it is very loud, music all night long and noisy guess who do not care for other guests (music after 3-4am...)

We checked out right after we check in, partly coz my mom got heat stroke and food poisoned in BKK just before we got there; so she can't bear the place at that time. When through a hard time talking to the manager/owner and he agreed to refund part of the amount but weeks after and nothing to be seen :) . but the Thai staffs were super friendly and always smile thou

• Gaja (2/5): innapropriate & dirty but accomodating staff - i liked the fact that they relocated us to a much better room in another hotel the next day of us finding out the state of cleanliness in this accomodation. the staff are nice but i don’t understand how they think feel like the place is appropriate for guests. bad state of cleanliness, dirty sheets and towels (we tried many but ALL were dirty. saw a cockroach in the morning and the toilet was a disaster overall. they cleaned twice and never touched any other surfaces in the bathroom than floor and maybe the toilet, it was impossible to put things anywhere without getting them to dirty surfaces. we were there on Thursday night and it was noisy until late.
