• Alexander (1/5): Horrendous and electrically unsound - Nothing The photos of this property are highly edited. The property is not safe. Very old electrical wiring and an expired smoke alarm (2016). Within an hour of arriving a power socket blew. So we have no fridge, washing machine, microwave, nor the ability to charge our devices. For 2 days we repeatedly asked for the problem to be fixed but were not taken seriously and no electrician was sent. After 2 days (half of our booking) an electrician arrived and fixed the issue. We did receive some financial compensation but the stress and time it took to solve the dangerous issue was not acceptable. We also had no internet the entire stay. Beds are not comfortable and have the worst pillows. There is black mould near the tv from water damage and open electrical wiring. The shower in the ensuite also has mouldy tiles. This property should not be listed until it fixes the electrical issues and mould.

Struttura nella media anche se con alcune opportunità di miglioramento a basso impatto - Al momento della prenotazione non c'erano recensioni pertanto eravamo un pò titubanti. Tuttavia, l'esperienza è stata positiva. Il gestore è stato molto disponibile e pronto nelle risposte sia telefoniche che tramite messaggistica. L'appartamento è dotato di 2 bagni (anche se abbastanza piccoli) con tutto l'essenziale (anche piccole quantità di saponi che si sommano a quelle probabilmente lasciate dai precedenti ospiti). Anche se uno dei 2 bagni non ha finestre, entrambi sono arieggiati da ventole dedicate che evitano la diffusione di odori sgradevoli. I letti sono sufficienti per ospitare 6 persone ma non sono enormi. Forse le coperte sono un pò corte, tuttavia non abbiamo percepito il freddo (nottate con temperature sotto lo 0 °C). Nell'appartamento c'è una cucina attrezzata con stoviglie e posate, bollitore per caffè e te (non c'è la macchina per il caffè espresso), bicchieri, tostapane e alcune pentole/padelle. E' presente una lavatrice (per soggiorni più lunghi), aspirapolvere, ferro da stiro, asse da stiro, asciugacapelli delle dimensioni sufficienti (non è quello classico da viaggio). Le prese sono abbastanza. Ogni camera da letto ha una TV (anche se non l'abbiamo usata). Nella sala principale c'è un tavolo (piccolo) ma sufficiente per 4 persone (noi in 6 eravamo un pò stretti). L'ambiente è molto silenzioso e anche poco trafficato. Maggiore punto di forza è la posizione: ad un paio di minuti a piedi si trova un grande supermercato e con qualche passo in più si arriva alla metro (comodissima per tutti gli spostamenti). La struttura è composta da 4 appartamenti (2 per ogni piano). Al piano terra dove eravamo noi (6 persone), c'era un forte odore sgradevole nell'ingresso che fortunatamente non è entrato nell'appartamento. La biancheria da bagno è stata un pò carente nelle quantità (avevo richiesto espressamente conferma al gestore sulla disponibilità di quantità sufficienti per persona e mi era stata garantita - meno male che ne avevamo portati un paio da casa) e alcuni asciugamani avevano evidenti segni di sporco tanto da renderli inutilizzabili. Il WI-FI ha avuto problemi per tutta la settimana in cui siamo stati e, anche se richiesto supporto al gestore, non c'è stato modo di renderlo utilizzabile. Sarebbero da migliorare le manutenzioni complessive della struttura (è evidente che non sia stata fatta da poco) come tinteggiature, muffe nelle zone umide delle doccie, porte e chiusure, pulizie profonde (nel divano oltre alla biancheria abbiamo trovato un sacchetto di cioccolatini lasciati da precedenti ospiti che non è stato rimosso prima del nostro arrivo), ecc...
