Guest (1/5): Not good! - Too much to typ again. I allready wrote everything to booking.com and are waiting for response
JAM (1/5): - The host called us at 6:30pm when we were 10 minutes away. She said the ceiling was found leaking when the team went into the apartment. If it was leaking, fair enough. However, it should have been ready at 3pm, so why did they cancel on us at 6:30pm. It was very odd. They offered another apartment that was too far away from the area we specifically booked to be close to an event. We declined to move apartments (due to inconvenient location) so were left to find different accommodation at 6:30pm on a Saturday evening.
