• lina (8/5): Lovely short stay - Very clean, comfortable bed, lovely host Not a major point but there is no TV or wifi and not much of a signal (we have EE and O2) - not ideal but made the experience even more secluded
• Giorga (10/5): - Loved everything about this stay! The hut was immaculate, cosy and had everything we needed. From tea, coffee, sugar, biscuits and milk to fluffy towels. The bed was probably one of the comfiest we’ve ever laid in! The bed for our little one was even made up with child’s animal bedding which he loved! We read there was a bbq so brought food but on arrival was told there was no gas and was provided with a microwave and air fryer, nothing was too much trouble and the host was very accommodating and welcoming. The views and surrounding area was beautiful we enjoyed sitting out around the fire pit which had lots of logs to last us the evening. Our little one loved the wooden play area and trampoline which they kindly let him use as well as playing with the hosts grandchildren who he hasn’t stopped talking about and asked when we can go back and visit them🥰 overall we had such an amazing stay and will definitely be back! We’ve recommended this beautiful shepherds hut to our friends and family❤️ There wasn’t anything we didn’t like🙂

• alex (10/5): - De omgeving en de ruimte om de hut heen is prachtig. Verder kwam ik daar om vliegtuigen te spotten in de buurt. De eigenaar heeft me telefonisch enorm geholpen daarmee door te zeggen waar ik moest parkeren/zijn etc. De zonsondergang was prachtig vanuit de stoel voor de hut te zien. Het bed was comfortabel, evenals de badkamer. Kortom, als je dit niet leuk vind vind je het nergens leuk denk ik. In 1 woord: prachtig. Niets

• PETROS (10/5): Really loved this place. It was exactly as advertised. - Very cute little hut with nice facilities. There was lots of wood for the wood stove. Beautiful and peaceful location. There could have been better coffee in the pot.
• James (10/5): - Excellent and friendly host, very clean, great location close by to RAF Fairford, ideal spot for the Royal International Air Tattoo airshow, bed is super comfy, lovely view in a peaceful rural location. Overall i would highly recommend the Shepherds Hut. 10/10 Thank you for a fantastic stay.

• Carl (10/5): It is indeed a very cozy hut! - Very clean, very tidy and very cozy! The hut has been built very well and has some brilliant features like touch lamps on the wall. The kitchen and kitchenware is very good and clean. We had everything we need provided. The bathroom had everything you would expect including lovely towls. Bathroom was small but that's only to be expected in a cozy hut like this. The instructions on where to arrive and how to get in were very clear and easy to understand. The host was very polite and checked in with us to ensure we had what we needed. We also met the host mum who lives near the hut, she also was amazing and a pleasure to meet. I think this is priobably one of the best, if not the best, small accomodation we've ever stayed in. We would love to return and stay again sometime. I can't think of anything I didn't like. It was all very good.

The bed was super comfy and the shower, kitchen area and communication were all great too! If I need to return to the area, I will absolutely chose here again!

• Steve (9/5): Quaint and cosy Shepherd's hut - Location, polite and helpful owner, cozy accomodation, had everything we needed. As it had rained, it would of been better to have the car have it's own parking space on some gravel, next to the paving slabs that lead u to the accomodation. Also, as we arrived in the dark, I think even some fairy lights or solar lighting to guide you up the path to the accomodation would be good. The window next to the bed and the window next to the sink we could close properly. It was like the window wasn't sitting in the frame correctly or had changed shaped due to the change in temp? Bed was a little hard for my liking but that's person preference. Small things to look into but we would definitely come back and stay again.
• Roseanna (10/5): Absolutely beautiful. Such a cute little hut and everything has been thoughtfully done! - The fire was so cosy and cute- lots of options for tea/coffee/herbal teas which I loved! The location was so special, really remote and just beautiful. Nothing! Just be careful with the fire as the place can warm up very quickly! We ended up getting tooooo cosy
• AMELIA (10/5): Lovely location, clean and the fires made the property really cosy and warm. - Lovely location and cosy hut, host was accommodating and responsive to messages. No issues at all, just to flag there's not much signal at the property. We enjoyed the disconnect but wifi could have been helpful for planning activities etc. All in all, it was a lovely weekend with the fire making the hut very cosy, exactly what we were looking for from a country escape!
