- Luiz Felipe (8/5): Muito boa! - Acomodação muito boa! Falta de estacionamento interno (tinha que pagar por fora) mas haviam vagas na rua por perto. O aplicativo de cadastro facial precisa de melhorias bem como a equipe que cadastrou em dias diferentes causando transtorno para ter acesso ao prédio. Como fiz reserva minutos antes da hospedagem no domingo, relevei a questão.

Fiquei 4 dias, só na minha opinião poderia ter sido feito uma limpeza no quarto pelo menos um dia, o que não foi. E outra coisa é o sinal da Internet, mal pegava no estabelecimento, e como a TV era smart e só pegava pela Internet ficava travando o tempo todo. Acho que poderiam melhorar isso aí.

Anfitriã não responde mensagem antes do dia da estadia, respondeu 4h antes do horário do checkin (que na minha opinião é péssimo para organização dos hóspedes) Estacionamento é cobrado no local, (no anúncio diz que tem estacionamento rotativo) porém não informa que é cobrado aparte. Não possui anfitriã pessoa física, tudo online, entrada e saída tudo via facial e senhas.

Segurança do prédio muito boa, qualquer lugar que vc for acessar tem que ser com a facial. Limpeza impecável, piscina muito boa a vista dela então nem se fala e ótima. Pretendemos voltar em breve. WiFi , que é muito fraco, mais não foi um problema.
