- Scott (8/5): Overall, a good stay in a great location - The apartment is in a great location, walking distance to both the train station and the center square. Loads of restaurants, bars, malls and other services are all within short walking distance. The apartment itself is small, but met most of my needs for a one week stay. The kitchen was well enough stocked to cook most nights I was there, but could use a few more items for convenience. Communication wasn't the best. I had 2 small issues during my stay and each took 2 days for a response. The second issue was more of a comment about the wifi being slow and dropping periodically and the response was simply "that's strange, we have fiber connection and never get any complaints". There was no offer to check the connection or contact the provider. Another minor issue, but worth noting, is that the mini-fridge doesn't have a small freezer section like many other mini-fridges, so no ice or frozen food can be stored.

- Karolina (9/5): Znakomite miejsce - Mieszkanie było czyste, zadbane i posiadało wszystkie udogodnienia zawarte w opisie. W szafkach był cukier, herbata czy przyprawy, a nawet kapsułki do ekspresu. Pościel czysta, ręczniki tak samo. Można na spokojnie przyjąć spacerkiem z Poznań główny, do rynku niedaleko, a restauracje pod blokiem przyjemne. Jedyne do czego można się przyczepić to ciśnienie wody pod prysznicem ale nie jest to wina właścicieli.

- Bartosz (5/5): Okay für den Preis, machen wir nicht nochmal. - Gute Lage, das Zimmer und das Bad waren sauber. Im Bad hat es aus den Rohren schlecht gerochen. Das Treppenhaus war unappetitlich und hat gestunken. Die unverputzen Wände vermittelten den Eindruck von Dreck, obwohl das Zimmer an sich sauber war. Die Betten und Kopfkissen waren viel zu weich. Wir hatten das Dachzimmer, wodurch es unangenehm warm war. Die Fenster sind auf Fußbodenhöhe und ungesichert, was für uns als Familie mit kleinen Kindern eine Unmöglichkeit darstellt.

Blisko do dworca i do Rynku, do sklepów, tuż obok są domowe obiady. Wyposażenie zgodnie z opisem, nie zauważyłam tostera ale nie był mi potrzebny. Najgorsze są okropne, drewniane skrzypiące i krzywe schody - jak to w starej kamienicy. W chłodne dni może być zimno, mimo grzejników i koca.

Lokalizacja jest rewelacyjna — ścisłe centrum Poznania, wszędzie blisko. Apartament bardzo czysty, zadbany, pachnący, świetnie przygotowany i komfortowy. Obsługa na najwyższym poziomie: profesjonalna, uprzejma i naprawdę pomocna. Właściciel to bardzo sympatyczna, życzliwa osoba — widać, że zależy mu na gościach i potrafi sprawnie rozwiązać każdą sytuację, jeśli tylko się pojawi. Nie mam żadnych zastrzeżeń — wszystko było dopięte na ostatni guzik.

В квартире есть wi-fi, tv smart, плита, духовка, чайник, холодильник, кофеварка, стиральная машина, фен, утюг. Есть необходимая посуда. Расположение удобное, центр. Все в пешей доступности. Подъезд старый, лифта нет, шумоизоляция средня. Входная дверь тонкая, слышно звуки из коридора. Было немножко прохладно при максимальной работе батарей.

- Kateryna (5/5): Niby okej, ale drugi raz bym nie została - Lokalizacja i kontakt z obsługą obiektu są w porządku. Na miejscu jest dużo rzeczy codziennego użytku. Mieszkanie jest ładne, ale znajduje się na 4. piętrze bez windy. Lista jest całkiem spora, mieszkanie prosi się o mały remont. Telewizor w salonie nie działa (kanały zwykłe są tylko około 10 i często się przerywają, Netflix nie działa, bo nie ma internetu po kablu). Prosili o sortowanie śmieci, ale klucza do wiaty śmietnikowej nie dali. Woda ma słabe ciśnienie i, jak wisienka na torcie, kleszcze gołębie w salonie (nic dziwnego, bo to jest strych i nad nami są gołębie, które słychać prawie cały czas). Mam nadzieję, że obsługa, tak jak poinformowała, zrobiła dezynfekcję pokoju.
- Guillaume (7/5): Nice place - Great localization, the flat is nice and you can cook and eat easily, the kitchen’s big enough, the sleep areas are nice. The host is pretty helpful and sorted our boiler issue quickly. The washing machine needs to be changed, it making an awful lot of noise and it is moving by itself. The mattresses could be changed.

- Monika (8/5): Spoko - Zdecydowanym plusem jest lokalizacja. Nam zależało bardzo na bliskości do Rynku oraz do ul.Fredry. Zapewniona kawa i herbata, to również plus. Coś ewidentnie jest nie tak z kanalizacją- w łazience i pokoju czuć było nieprzyjemny zapach. Dodatkowo brakuje kontaktów przy dużym łóżku- akurat dla mnue to duży minus, ponieważ chciałam chwilę popracować i nie miałam możliwości.

- Łowicka (7/5): - Good communication I didn’t like the entrance to the property, it’s a bit dirty and unwelcoming. Also I didn’t like the check out time, 10am is earlier than standard
- Klaudyna (5/5): Central, well equipped but thin walls and it was cold - Very centrally located , abundance of restaurants nearby , well equipped , good transport links , friendly staff It had a coffee machine and pods were included which was amazing Paper thin walls - I could hear every conversation my neighbours had, luckily no party folk were there at the time I was there in November, it was really cold and the apartment was only equipped with a single summer duvet with heaters on luke warm. I woke up several times during the night because I felt cold! The next morning the staff did bring an extra duvet and a heater as soon as I asked for it but I shouldn’t really have to ask for the basics

- Uladzislau (6/5): Dość dobrze, ale z wieloma „ale” - Podobało mi się położenie, sposób zameldowania i wymeldowania, a także wyposażenie samych apartamentów. W apartamentach całkowicie brak izolacji akustycznej – słychać absolutnie wszystko, od skrzypiących drewnianych schodów po "rozmowy" sąsiadów. Tego oczywiście można się było spodziewać po tak starym budynku. Ogólnie nie jest źle, ale jeśli traficie na takich sąsiadów jak my, możecie zapomnieć o nocnym odpoczynku. Nieważne, jakie zasady są zapisane na kartce – właściciel nie ma żadnych możliwości, by zapobiec ich łamaniu.
