Wspaniały właściciel który zawsze wita gości i służy pomocą w potrzebie. Lokalizacja super. Blisko stacji Reggio centrale. Mnóstwo sklepów i kawiarni na wyciągnięcie ręki. - TFL (9/5): Style in Regiio Calabria - Antonio is a unique guy and he made a unique B&B. All is technically modern and on top, rooms are modern and in style, the whole place has some unique flair. In fact we speak of more rooms in a bigger flat, with one bigger common space for all, very well furnished and very clean. Location is perfect, on the end of the main street, walking distance from everything in the city, also the famous lungomare. Congrats for the style. Breakfast is in the bar below and very "italian", basically just cofee and some cornetto, no salted or hot choices,

Это не просто размещение, а настоящее итальянское гостеприимство с большой буквы. Антонио — владелец с безграничным чувством стиля и такта: он встретил меня лично у дверей, сам поднял тяжёлый чемодан, будто я его старый друг, и провёл полноценную экскурсию по всему B&B. Каждый уголок он показал с такой гордостью, словно это его личный музей — и действительно есть чем гордиться! Он продумал всё до мелочей: от дизайна номера (очень просторный, светлый, с невероятно удобной ванной комнатой и приятными туалетными принадлежностями) до ежедневной уборки, свежего белья и мягчайших полотенец. Для B&B это уровень топ-отеля, но с тёплой домашней атмосферой. Антонио всегда был на связи и помогал мне с любой мелочью — от советов по ресторанам (и каким!) до неожиданных вопросов в поездке. Я чувствовала искреннюю заботу, а не дежурную вежливость. И конечно, маленькие радости: снеки, печенье, йогурт, молоко, чай и кофе — всё в свободном доступе в уютной общей зоне. Плюс ваучеры на завтрак в кафе прямо в этом же здании — очень удобно. Локация — мечта: в начале главной улицы, напротив парк с соснами, до моря 5 минут, до вокзала 5–7 минут пешком. Антонио, спасибо вам за то, что оставили Реджи в моём сердце навсегда. Обязательно вернусь — и только к вам! -
- lorrine (10/5): - Antonio est très réactif, er sympathique il répondra à toute vos questions. L’hôtel est très bien placé ( 5min à pied de la gare) ainsi qu’à 5mins de la plage. La rue du centre ville est egalement juste à côté de l’hôtel. Ce qui est très pratique car tout est à portée de main. La chambre était très propre, et spacieuse. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour au sein de cet hôtel.

Zapewniona codziennie woda butelkowana i kawa. Widok z okna na park z palmami niezapomniany. Bardzo czysto i komfortowo. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Bezpłatny parking niedaleko, bez problemu można było zaparkować samochód. Przystanek autobusowy prawie pod nosem. Jeśli w Reggio to tylko tu! - riccardo (10/5): Un gioiello nel cuore di Reggio Calabria - La posizione, la cura dei dettagli, la disponibilità di Antonio, il bagno moderno, la scelta tra colazione in struttura o al bar, il rapporto qualità/prezzo che è tra i migliori che abbia mai incontrato.
- Alberto (10/5): B&B di altissimo livello, comfort e tecnologie da Boutique Hotel - La struttura ha un'idea molto ben definita di accoglienza che si percepisce appena si entra. Tanti piccoli dettagli che non si riscontrano altrove, attenzioni e piccole cose (salviette struccanti, asciugacapelli con accessori, profumi, caffè e acqua sempre gratuiti) che rendono la permanenza in casa davvero gradevole. La dicitura Boutique è pienamente rispettata. Gestione degli accessi e comunicazione con il proprietario ottima, Antonio è disponibile e cordiale, e ci ha fatto piacere incontrarlo prima di andare via. La possibilità di fare colazione sia in casa che al bar è un plus enorme. Tra promozione dell'host e Genius livello 3 abbiamo soggiornato in Junior Suite con un rapporto qualità/prezzo pazzesco. L'affaccio sulla Villa Comunale conferisce ulteriore quiete ad un alloggio che è ben strutturato e pensato per garantire la privacy (le camere sono ben distanziate e separate da pareti comuni non invasive). La Junior Suite era davvero completa di tutto, molto luminosa, e con qualche dettaglio tecnologico che suggerisce l'idea di un piccolo lusso che gratifica. Bello il balcone anche se il meteo non ce ne ha consentito un ampio utilizzo, peccato. Nulla, il B&B è perfetto così e invitiamo l'host a non fare passi indietro sui servizi offerti, che sono esemplari. Posso solo suggerire agli altri ospiti di tenere acceso il tasto dell'acqua calda sullo specchio per averne sempre a disposizione (altrimenti ci mette un po'). La posizione, ideale per chi arriva a Reggio in treno, è vicina al Duomo ma più distante di altre strutture dal museo e dal lungomare. Per noi che amiamo camminare non ha creato alcun problema. Il letto concilia tanto il sonno ma può infastidire chi è abituato al fondo rigido.

Niezwykle ,,opiekuńczy'' już od pierwszego dnia pobytu. Cały czas dostępny pod telefonem w razie jakichkolwiek problemów. Między innymi polecił nam świetne restauracje, upewniał się, czy wszystko jest w porządku, a także pomógł z organizacją transportu na lotnisko w środku nocy🙂 Pobyt 10/10. POLECAMY!!!🙂

- Jonathan (9/5): Four-star hotel quality in a B&B - Good location close to the station, opposite the communal park, and close to the main shopping street. The B&B is a large apartment on the second floor with four rooms and a communal area. Room 203 was a spacious corner room, overlooking the park opposite. Both well-equipped room and bathroom had been refurbished to the highest standards and very stylish. The owner, Antonio, was most welcoming. Vouchers were given for breakfast in a nearby cafe. An observation not a criticism: the lift (elevator) in the communal entrance hall, looking ancient and rickety, might give a bad impression on arrival.

- En viaje (10/5): - Lo espacioso y cómodo en los más mínimos detalles. Los balcones. La sala con jugos, agua, yogurt y dulces. El personal cálido y atento a cualquier requerimiento. La ubicación del b&b, excelente para visitar la hermosa Reggio di Calabria y sus alrededores ( no se pierdan Scilla) así como el maravilloso Museo Arqueologico (con los Bronces de Riace). Desgraciadamente hay personas que no respetan el descanso de los otros y hubo mucho ruido una mañana. Pero el alojamiento no tiene nada que ver.

- Nancy (10/5): Great host and lovely stay. - As with many properties, if the basics of cleanliness, comfort and location are covered, it's the host who can really make you feel welcome and valued as a guest. Though we didn't get to meet Antonio in person it felt as though he was right with us prior to arrival and during our stay. First of all we had a phone catastrophe and thus couldn't communicate via booking.com. Antonio instantly adapted, seemed to genuinely sympathize (which helped!) and proactively put us in touch with a nearby repair store owned by a friend of his. Imagine our surprise when we went to the shop and right on our heels the owner arrived, greeted us warmly, issued instructions to the pleasant and helpful technician, and zipped off. It felt like VIP treatment and was all the more helpful because all the Italians spoke perfect English, easing our stress when that was much needed. For the rest of our stay Antonio checked in regularly to see if we had questions or needed anything, and he was always instantly responsive to any queries. Apart from all that, the common area was a lovely amenity, with juices and milk for coffee in the refrigerator.
- K.P. aus Bremen (9/5): Tolles Appartment in großartiger Lage. - Antonio war wahnsinnig hilfsbereit. Unsere Beanstandung zu dem Balkonmobiliar behob er sofort und zu unserer vollen Zufriedenheit. Er half uns sogar noch, als wir schon ausgecheckt hatten mit einem Kontakt beim Fähranleger (Fähre war ausgefallen) Betten waren breit und bequem. Der Aufzug im Haus war ein tolles Museumsstück. Frühstück in der Bar im gleichen Haus. Tolle Lage am Beginn der Fußgängerzone fußläufig zum Bahnhof Auch wenn Antonio dafür nichts konnte, so haben wir uns über die unfreundliche Behandlung in der Frühstücksbar gewundert. Sonst gab es nichts Negatives zu erwähnen.

- Andrew (9/5): Superb apartment in a great location. - We only stayed in Reggio Calabria for one night but our stay here did not dissappoint. It is a short 5 minute walk from the central train station which is also the place you can catch the bus to the airport if/when required. Walking in the opposite direction, you are immediately into the centre which was better than expected and quite pleasant. The rooms are sat above a shop at the start of the pedestrianised main street which ensures a quiet night. There are several doors to encounter before your room is reached but communication was good and once into the property, we were extremlely pleased to see our room (Suite). It was spacious, clean and the whole decor and fittings were cosy and inviting. It had doors which opened onto a small balcony which although we hardly used, overlooked both the street and a small park opposite. As well as the room, you have access to a shared area which has seating and some basic kitchen facilities should you wish to prepare any food. Our breakfast was provided with a voucher for a pastry and a cofffee,that we used at a cafe that was just around the corner, all of which was clean and pleasant. Added bonus was that we were allowed to leave our baggage both on arrival and for a few hours on our departure. Thank you again. There was nothing to dislike. The facilities were clean and everything was really nice.

- Doreen (10/5): Beautiful accommodations! - Antonio was a wonderful host, the rooms beautifully decorated, and the beds VERY comfortable. Definitely, home away from home. The location is fantastic, and there's a beautiful park right across the street. Just about anything you need is walking distance. Would stay here again if we visit Reggio Calabria in the future. (The common area was a nice touch. We enjoyed it) Everything was great!

Alle bezienswaardigheden op loopafstand en tegenover het appartement een fantastische kebab. Goed bed en een mooie ruime badkamer. Een uitstekende keuze voor Reggio Calabria.

Non manca assolutamente nulla.Un plauso ad Antonio e famiglia che ti fanno sentire coccolati e in famiglia anche nei momenti più delicati... posizione eccellente.. colazione eccezionale al bar proprio sotto casa e anche in casa non manca nulla. Se potessi dare 11 lo farei! Dimenticavo letti comodissimi , pulizia ineccepibile , ambiente sereno e silenzioso,la miglior struttura che si possa desiderare..non smetterò mai di ringraziare Antonio e la sua famiglia..presenza costante ma molto discreta...

- Chris13009 (10/5): - Situé en plein centre de Reggio Calabria, le long de la grande rue piétonne et commerciale (mais calme), le B&B offre tout le confort nécessaire avec le soucis du détail. Chambre vaste, décoration soignée, accessoires à disposition (bouteilles d'eau, articles de toilette, thé, dosettes café avec machine expresso...), literie hyper confortable, salle de bain au top, balcon avec poufs.... et un magnifique espace commun avec le nécessaire à disposition pour une pause fraîcheur, un petit creux ou un petit déjeuner. Ajouter à cela un coupon par personne pour un café et un croissant dans le sympathique café sous la B&B , le check-in en autonomie et l'attention portée par Antonio pour le moindre besoin. Un rapport qualité prix exceptionnel, un B&B hautement recommandé.

Da una struttura del genere dove si vede che il proprietario ha curato i minimi particolari ci si aspetta che riesca a risolvere il problema del cattivo odore proveniente dal bagno.... veramente un grosso problema xchè nn si poteva aprire la porta del bagno.

- MULLER (8/5): cet hébergement contribue à une bonne image du séjour à Reggio - A & C GOLD B&B est une bonne adresse : la suite est luxueusement équipée (tout est en abondance: parfums, produits de toilette), et sa situation sur la principale avenue commerçante de Reggio a été une très bonne surprise, ainsi que la proximité d'un parc. Ce qui est dommage , c'est une odeur d'évacuation de la salle de bain alors que les équipements son top. Le petit-déjeuner au bar du rez de chaussée est un instantané sur le public de Reggio, mais l'offre de viennoiserie est un peu réduite.

La difficulté d'accès à l'appartement avec un accueil très sommaire. La découverte d'un appartement aménagé en plusieurs chambres individuelles, de type colocation. Une d'entre elles étant occupé par une famille avec un enfant qui criait longtemps...) Le petit déjeuner très sommaire à prendre dans le bar d'à côté.
