• Daria (1/5): This apartments for sure is seeing by robbers. Don’t recommend to stay here - We got robbed in this apartment! Be careful! This place is not safe for staying at all. The robbers was checking us while staying and when we left the apartment,they immediately opened the door and robbed us. Even the door in the apartment wasn’t not the strong,so they can easily open and come inside. When we got robbed,the owner of the apartment didn’t offer us any help, he is not take care of us at all. Very bad experience to stay in that place.
• SARAH (1/5): YOU WILL BE ASKED 48 HOURS BEFORE ARRIVAL FOR A 900 EURO DEPOSIT BEFORE THEY WILL GIVE TOU ACCESS CODES - THEN THEY WONT - The beds were comfortable. BE WARNED!! 48 hours before you are due to check in you will be sent a request to pay 900 euros deposit before they will give you the access codes. Then like us they will keep it all. We stayed here last week and the first thing is they have cameras in the garden and all the shared spaces - living room - hallway - kitchen area. We did cover them up as it felt very intrusive but we still felt like we could be being listened too. The first bedroom is an ok size with a double wardrobe There is only 1 toilet on the whole apartment which is located right next to the sofa - so anytime you need to use the toilet - everyone else in the apartment can hear you! Not very good. The second bedroom has a small open en-suite area. Firstly there is no door so no privacy internally and secondly there is no shutter or blind, they have put privacy film on which doesn’t work past dark as you can see straight through and into the shower cubicle from neighbouring balconies - so you end up not being able to use the shower (see photo) The third bedroom is very small and they lock the wardrobe so you only have a tiny cupboard for storage but there is nowhere else to put a case or anything. We thankfully only went as a 4 so our 2 girls shared the smallest room and they used the middle room for clothes and getting ready as it was the only way the space would work The master bathroom is good and the shower pressure is good - only issue is that there is no extraction at all so you have to open the window but you can’t open the shutter more than a couple of inches because then the neighbours can see you shower - and there is also a CCTV camera on the fence which also looks like it can film inside the bathroom - she makes the space hard to use. The kitchen was well equipped and the dining area also.

• ILANA (10/5): Super séjour - Appartement très agréable, propre et avec des matériaux de qualité. Très bon emplacement proche Croisette/rue d’Antibes juste derrière le Martinez Hôtes très dispo et agréables
