- Pennee (8/5): Great location - The location is pretty good, close to Hakata station and many rental car companies. All the essentials and amenities are provided. Beds are comfy. There is a kitchen and utensils. Walk up 5 floors with luggages is the hardest part of this place. We were pretty confuse about the location. I read from other people review that the 1st floor is restaurants or something. I think the host should inform us more clearly about it.

- 成琇 (8/5): - 空間寬敞舒服，，相關設備一應俱全，位置在主要交通路線旁的巷弄裡，方便且安靜。 房間在5樓，沒有電梯，如果行李太大或有老人與小孩，需要考慮一下，衛浴裡沒有免治馬桶，冬天上廁所感覺很冰冷，走廊的燈壞掉了，晚上回去會有點不方便和沒安全感，同時建議房間與餐廳中間加個簡單的隔簾，冬天晚上睡覺暖房效果會更好

- 진수 (4/5): - 따뜻한 물이 잘나왔습니다. 각종 필요 물품이 있었으며, 특히 세탁기와 냉장고가 좋았습니다. 또한 TV와 침구류는 만족스러운 수준이었습니다. 주변 거리가 깨끗했고, 하카타 시내에서 가까워 교통이 편리했습니다. 1층에 이자카야가 있어서 간단히 술을 마실 수 있었습니다. 호스트는 친절하게 전화를 받아주었고, 궁금한 사항을 질문했을 때 즉시 응답했습니다. 단열이 전혀 안되어 너무 추워 외부와 차이가 없었습니다. 아마 대부분의 일본 시설이 춥기는 했을 것 같습니다. 도어락이 제대로 잠기지 않아 외출 간 10~20분정도 소모되었던 점이 있었습니다. 전자레인지 및 전기 포트만 사용했는데 차단기가 내려갔습니다. 이외에 청결이 많이 안좋았습니다. 5층임에도 불구하고 엘리베이터가 없어 상당히 불편했습니다. 화장실이 너무나도 좁았습니다. 방음이 전혀 안되어, 주변의 말소리 및 발걸음소리가 잘들렸습니다.

- YOUNJEE (9/5): 만족 - 계단 올라가야 한다는 건 후기에 있어서 괜찮았어요! 침대가 편해서 좋았고 전자레인지도 너무 좋았어요! 무엇보다 식탁 있어서 좋았네요. 이 가격에 이 정도 시설 만족 합니다!! 없어요!

- Li Yun (9/5): - 空間非常大，但浴室比較小，因為是類似家庭空間，所以設備很齊全，甚至有洗衣機、洗衣劑和衣架可以用，雖然是自助check in，但有什麼問題屋主都會快速回覆，因為在住宅區，所以環境很安靜 房間在五樓而且沒有電梯 ....

- 千雯 (10/5): 非常棒的體驗，期待下次入住。 - 採光良好、空間寬敞、冰箱是家庭式冰箱、有小廚房可以加熱食物、大衣櫃、有洗衣機跟小陽台曬衣。 浴室稍微擠一點，但跟飯店也差不多，嚴格說起來沒有不滿意。 介紹已有說要爬樓梯，行李大的、帶孩子有推車的不建議。
- Hwang (7/5): - 하카타역에서 도보15분정도 거리이고 공항에서 가까워서 택시비1600엔정도 였어요 근처에 슈퍼마켓과 편의점 있었습니다. 에어컨도 좋아습니다. 방안에 세탁기 와 세탁세제가 있었습니다. 5층건물인데 엘레베이터가 없었어요 저희방은 5층인데 가족들이 힘들었어요.

- 旅遊美食就是要享受 (7/5): - 小廚房和洗衣機（有含洗衣粉），附近出去就可以坐到公車往博多站 @他的房間全在5樓沒電梯，要購物的人真的需要三思而後行（買太多會扛到死~很重） @而且一樓是燒烤店，到了晚上8-9點你就會聞到燒烤味道從門口的收件箱飄進來 @曬衣區的牆很髒，衣服碰到就會黑一塊
