• Kozovita (10/5): Якщо обираєте готель в Кракові, то цей точно входить у топ 5! - Не раз уже зупинялась в цьому готелі. По перше розташування просто супер, якщо ви приїжджаєте до центрального автовокзалу, то до готелю пішки 10 хв. Дизайн готелю дуже красивий і персонал на рецепції завжди дуже ввічливий і приємний. Самі номери дуже чисті і комфортні, є все необхідне і +дуже гарно. Вийшовши з готелю ви уже фактично знаходитесь в центрі Кракова. Тому беззаперечно раджу! Єдине, що шумоізоляція трішки погана, але це не велика проблема для мене.

• Michael (9/5): Great location! Hotel feels brand new! - Feels brand new!! Staff super friendly and very helpful. They are really putting in the effort. Room was very nice with updated appointments. Location was inside the old town in the northeast corner so everything was walkable distance. They don’t run the AC during non summer months so to cool the room down we had to open windows. That did the job as it was October and cool outside. There was a little bit of outside noise (early deliveries) but it was not constant.

Hotellin henkilökunta todella ystävällistä ja auttavaista. Aamiainen ei ole tarjolla hotellilla, vaan läheisessä kahvilassa. Matka ei ole pitkä, mutta kuitenkin hotellin ulkopuolella.

• BMW320_ (7/5): Helt greit i sentrum av Krakow - Pros=> Romslig. Sentralt. Gode senger. Trygt. Stille. God søvn. God kundeservice. Hyggelig personale. Ok bad. Minikjøkken. Kjøleskap. Kaffemaskin. Strykejern med brett. Safe. Behjelpelig med bestilling av drosje til flyplassen. Døgnbemannet resepsjon. Nært mye av det som er av kafeer, butikker, med mer. Mulig med baggasjeoppbevaring etter utsjekk. Ingen restaurant/bar. Ingen frokost på hotellet. Dette er på en kafé et lite stykke å gå unna. Du må dermed på med full bekledning for å få frokost, ikke optimalt. Det er ganske dyrt sammenliknet med tilsvarende størrelse og plassering i Krakow, da blir det en merkbar ulempe at det hverken er restaurant, bar eller frokost på hotellet. Store rom på bekostning av bad, de er overraskende små. Mulig vi misforstod, men slik vi tolket infoen trodde vi at frokosten var på hotellet, noe den altså ikke var. Vi valgte dermed å ikke benytte oss av frokosten.

Staff were amazing,so kind and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Rooms stunning and more importantly spotless. Breakfast in a lovely diner 100 meters away was fantastic and far better then your usual all you can eat buffet stodge. Pancakes and granola were especially fantastic. Only bad thing was no Netflix

Schoon, vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel en heerlijke ontbijtjes op 2 minuten lopen in een aller charmantst restaurantje. Als we dan toch 1 ding moeten noemen is het de school aan de overkant, wij sliepen aan de voorzijde van het hotel en op doordeweekse dagen was het vanaf 8.00 een behoorlijke herrie. Echter.. uitslapen in een stad als Krakau zou zonde van je tijd zijn, dus op tijd eruit en je dag ten volste benutten. Als je de ramen dicht doet valt de herrie voor 80% weg

From the moment we arrived, the staff were absolutely fantastic – so friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Our room was extremely comfortable and beautifully presented, making it the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. The location couldn’t be better, with restaurants, shops, and sights all just a short walk away. On top of that, it offered great value for money. We only wish we could have stayed longer! We’d have no hesitation in coming back and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Loved it all

• Guest (9/5): - Świetne rozwiązanie z kodami dostępu do kamienicy i pokoju, człowiek czuje się prawie jak u siebie w domu. Doskonała lokalizacja, wszystkie ważne atrakcje krakowskie dosłownie kilkaset metrów dalej. Świetny pomocny personel, radzący sobie z problemami. Bardzo, bardzo czysto. Dostępny oświetlony ogródek z tyłu hotelu. Choć bardzo blisko ścisłego centrum Krakowa, to w hotelu i pokoju cisza, przytulnie. Zabójcze ceny za parkowanie (150zł za dobę), a mimo to problem z parkowaniem mimo rezerwacji, ale to jest Kraków, miejsca postojowe na wagę złota. Jednakowoż wspaniałe Panie z personelu zadziałały skutecznie na zgłaszane problemy, więc to taki minus naprawiony powiedzmy. Śniadania w obcym lokalu to też u mnie minus, ale trzeba uczciwie przyznać, że bardzo niedaleko i doskonałe, a la carte, 6 czy 7 do wyboru.

Keyless entry to hotel and room was good feature. No breakfast room but 3 other options, none of which was entirely satisfactory. 1. Voucher for cafe 5 minute walk away - 1 dish + 1 beverage from fixed menu (opens at 08:00 with slow service). 2. Pre-ordered pre-packed breakfast with bottled water. 3. Excellent buffet breakfast at sister hotel over 15 minute walk away. Most excursions pickup early at hotel so these arrangements are not convenient especially if it is raining.

• Stam Kon (8/5): Μια ιδανική πρόταση για όσους επισκέπτονται πρώτη φορά την πόλη - Πολύ ωραία τοποθεσία. Πολλή ήσυχο, αλλά δίπλα στο ιστορικό κέντρο. Πολύ όμορφα διακοσμημένο. Ικανοποιητικό μέγεθος δωματίου και ευρύχωρο μπάνιο. Θα ήθελα λίγο καλύτερο το κρεβάτι. Το διπλό κρεβάτι που ζητήσαμε ήταν δύο μονά ενωμένα. Δε θα είχα θέμα με αυτό, αν τα στρώματα ήταν σε καλύτερη κατάσταση και δεν κάναν κοιλιά.

• Liudmyla (9/5): Very nice hotel in the center - Everything was fine. Check-in and check-out went smoothly. The place was clean and tidy. The ladies at the reception were nice and helpful, explained everything clearly. There was also water in the room. And the location is great — you step outside and you’re right in the center, ready to go explore. Super convenient. Overall, no complaints. All good. As for the downsides — since the hotel is located in the center, it happened to be near a park or concert area. One evening around 8–9 p.m. there was a loud event or concert, and honestly, the screaming was so intense that even earplugs didn’t help. When you’re really tired, it can be a bit too much. Of course, I don’t blame the hotel — it’s not something that happens every day. Just bad timing. Another thing — when I entered the room, I had a subjective feeling of dampness. The air felt a bit humid, like the room hadn’t been properly aired out. I opened the window, but the feeling stayed. Nothing was actually wet, and the room was clean — it’s just the impression I got. Maybe other rooms don’t have this issue, or maybe others wouldn’t notice it at all. But I thought it was worth mentioning.

• Algirdas (8/5): Wonderful city, beautiful old town, many cafes and entertainment - The very center of Krakow's Old Town, is reachable within a few minutes. This of course means noise, but for a one night stay it is really comfortable The price-quality ratio is poor, next time we will stay in a more comfortable and much cheaper hotel.

• Chelsey (10/5): Comfortable luxury in the heart of Krakow. - Location was excellent, staff were really friendly and they went above and beyond to meet our needs with extra pillows, towels and a really sweet birthday surprise. The rooms were also really quiet despite being so central. I liked everything! It’s worth noting there isn’t breakfast directly at the hotel, but there’s so many nice café’s around that we wouldn’t have opted for breakfast anyway.
• Manuel (9/5): Schickes und ruhiges Hotel an bester Lage in der Krakauer Altstadt und in Gehdistanz zum Hbf - Sehr gute und zentrale, aber ruhige Lage in der Altstadt Krakaus. 15 min zu Fuss vom Hauptbahnhof Krakau. Schöne Zimmer, stilvolles Hotel, sehr sauber. Unterste Zimmer mit Blick direkt auf Gehsteig/Strasse (weniger Privatsphäre). Aber dies war kein Problem.
