• Meighan (5/5): Comfortable but imperfect accommodation - Great location and fairly comfortable apartment. Communication from the host was not great. We raised a number of issues on arrival (parking, air conditioning, WiFi and TV) and during our stay and still haven’t received a reply.
• Kerry (8/5): Great location! Short walks to trams. Loved the foyer. Very good value for money. - The location was great. The foyer was exceptional to walk into! Great size apartment. The bathroom could have been cleaned a bit better upon arrival. I would have lso preferred the lighting in the bathroom to be a little brighter too.

• Jodi (8/5): Clean, cosy apartment conveniently located near all amenities and many attractions. - Conveniently located, clean and cosy apartment. A little too cosy for one adult couple and two individual adults, would be fine for two adult couples.

• Nan (1/5): Avoid and should be unlisted - The picture Our family of four had a very disappointing experience at this apartment in Melbourne. Upon arrival, we discovered that both bed frames were broken and unusable. The property had clearly not been cleaned prior to our check-in: there was a significant amount of dust throughout, and on the floor we even found grains of rice that had clearly been there for a long time. The bedding caused discomfort and itchiness, making the place unfit for a proper stay. We immediately contacted the host, but despite the urgency of the situation, we had to wait five hours for a response. The host eventually advised us that we could check out the following day, yet they still deducted an additional $300 from our booking. Given that the total reservation cost was $600 for four nights, losing half of this amount for only one uninhabitable night was both unreasonable and unacceptable. I am leaving this review to inform other guests of our negative experience and to caution them against booking this property. The conditions did not reflect the listing, the cleanliness was appalling, and the host’s handling of the situation was unsatisfactory.

• Craig (6/5): Pleasant - Fantastic location. Enjoyed the view. Having a kitchenette to use during the stay was handy. Toilet stopped working 2 days before we left. We contacted for support but they couldn't find a plumber in Melbourne on a weekend to come and fix it. ☹️ Linen didn't smell fresh.
