• Leo (8/5): Mooi hotel met ruime en schone kamers. - Het hotel was redelijk lastig te vinden. Parkeren in de parkeergarage was makkelijk en bij aanmelden bij de receptie op de 7e verdieping wordt dit omgezet naar gratis parkeren. Hotel is nieuw 1,5 jaar oud en dus mooi en netjes. Binnenkomen in het gebouw eerst bellen bij de voordeur op de begane grond.

• Hélène (8/5): Hôtel agréable avec équipements annexes de qualité, mais restauration qui pourrait être améliorée - En déplacement professionnel à l'hôpital, cet hôtel était parfaitement bien situé. J'ai beaucoup aimé l'accès possible au sauna et la salle de fitness (petite avec 5 machines) mais bien agréable pour une séance de sport. A l'accueil, le personnel était agréable, ce qui n'était pas forcément le cas en salle de restauration. Le petit déjeuner était plus que correct avec du super bon ananas frais, du pain bien frais et des œufs brouillés crémeux à souhait. Les chambres sont confortables avec un lit qui vous permettra de passer de belles nuits de qualité. Je me suis sentie très bien dans cet endroit. Au petit déjeuner, j'ai dû prévenir deux matins d'affilée que la personne en cuisine avait confondu cardamome en gousse et graines de tournesol : le mélange de graines et le muesli étaient donc immangeables. Le serveur n'a pas réagi de suite et n'a surtout pas proposé un remplacement : ce qui ne m'a pas permis de manger ces produits durant mon séjour de 3 nuits. Je trouve que la prestation "restauration" ne vaut pas 3 étoiles : c'est d'ailleurs pour cette raison que je n'ai pas mangé le soir sur place. Il n'y a aucun restaurant aux alentours : j'ai tenté une livraison avec deliveroo mais comme l'hôtel est très mal indiqué, le livreur a mis un temps fou à arriver.

• ALAIN (10/5): Expérience magnifique. Je reviendrai! - Chambres très propres, confortables et fonctionnelles. Petit déjeuner et diner excellents. Large choix de produits pour le petit déjeuner et tout est préparé sur place. Mention spéciale au chef de cuisine. L'emplacement est vraiment pratique on est proche de tout sans avoir les inconvénients du centre ville. Les coussins des chambres étaient bien mais personnellement je n'ai pas été comblé, c'est le seul bémol mais c'est un point trop personnel pour en accabler l'hôtel. Le premier jour, l'accès a l'hôtel était un peu compliqué depuis le parking mais on s'y fait vite.

• Mehdi (8/5): - Nouvel établissement situé dans un grand et nouvel immeuble avec différentes fonctions selon les étages (salles de réunion, crèche située au 1er étage). Les appartements/chambres sont situées entre autres au 4ème étage ; la réception et le restaurant se trouvent quant à eux au 7ème étage. Chambre bien insonorisée avec petite cuisine et possibilité d'avoir le petit-déjeuner en chambre. Bâtiment sécurisé par un service de garde 24h/24h. Aucun changement de serviettes ni nettoyage malgré un séjour de 5 nuits, cela peut se comprendre pour 2 nuits mais à partir de 3 nuits, il faudrait qu'un service soit mis en place. Idem pour le papier toilette et le gel douche qui sont tombés à court après 3 nuits...Comme stipulé par plusieurs clients précédents, l'hôtel n'est pas facile à trouver la 1ère fois. Ce bâtiment se trouve à l'entrée du complexe hospitalier de Purpan et comme l'hôtel se trouve dans un immeuble avec plusieurs services proposés, il faut passer par une des 2 entrées, appeler la réception, prendre le bon ascenseur qui nous mène au 7ème étage pour effectuer le check-in et ensuite se diriger vers l'étage de la chambre.

• Marianne (9/5): A good hotel with easy accessibility to the tram to central Toulouse - I wanted a hotel that was close to the hospital Pierre Paul Riquet and it was just perfect . The accessible room was good although a bathroom separate to the bedroom would be better when the sofa bed is used for a carer I realise that there are facilities for breakfast and dinner on site but the kitchenette was missing a few useful items . e.g a sharp knife .The large plates would not fit in the dishwasher and there was nowhere to stack washed crockery or cutlery .

• Kathy (9/5): Frustrating to locate entrance and reception - The bed was very comfortable and the staff was friendly. The young lady (unfortunately I didn’t notice her name) was exceptional. We weren’t able to eat the breakfast as I had a medical procedure and we had to leave. The directions to get to the hotel were ridiculous. I can’t even begin to describe how difficult it was to find the entrance from the parking or to even enter the parking area. Even with calling the reception desk, it took us an hour to find the reception desk. I strongly suggest that clear and precise directions be written in the communications before arrival. For example, the door to the parking opens as you drive closely. Park in the lower level and then exit through the door labeled Sorti. You have to go outside of the parking facility to get to the elevator. Once you go outside, there are signs which direct you to the door to the elevator. There is also another elevator (frankly I’m not sure where it is because we wandered before finding it) which has a label for the floor to exit to get to the other door and the other elevator. The reception is on the 7th floor. We were aware from other reviews that the entrance was problematic, so we undertook this with our eyes wide open, but even so, to take an hour to find the entrance is ludicrous. Signs inside the parking area would help dramatically as well. Unfortunately, my husband was so disgusted by the time we got to the reception, no comfortable bed or kind staff helped his opinion.

It’s very hard to find, once you put in the google maps, Waze or the gps it directs you to the hospital entryway. The car park is even more difficult to find but it is next to it. Probably should just have instructions to enter from main roadThe staff member working was extremely unhelpful and unfriendly, it was an effort for him to assist.

Nous sommes descendus le prendre à 9h30 (samedi) Pour un petit déjeuner à 19€50, à 9h30 il n’y avait plus de viennoiseries, et 9h45 plus de brioche. Plus de baguette et de pain de mie. Œufs brouillés froids, voir glacés. Et quand on le signale au Check out, pas d’excuses. Vraiment dommage.

• Suzanne (6/5): Disappointing stay at a mediocre hotel, regret booking it. - The room itself was nice, bed was comfortable, it is clearly a very new building. Breakfast was good. The fellow at the front desk upon checkout was very helpful. Gosh, where to begin. I don't know how this hotel has so many high reviews. I purposefully booked something near the airport because we were only in Toulouse for one night, returning our rental car and flying out the next day. It took us over 30 minutes and several go-arounds of the area, using Google Maps, to find the entrance to the hotel. The hotel staff is aware of this problem, and yet they appear to be doing nothing to solve it. Once we finally found the entrance to the carpark we had a bit of difficulty navigating the tight turns and small spaces. The hotel lobby is on the 7th floor but there is no sign telling you that. You are left to wander around, with your luggage looking for an entrance or sign or person to help you and there is nothing. By the time we got to the 7th floor, we were tired and frustrated. This makes for a very bad first impression. In addition, we had booked this hotel because we knew it had a restaurant and wanted to simplify our dinner plans. But the restaurant is closed on Sunday. And there was nothing walking distance that was open. Again, very frustrating. The hotel might be a new building but the cheap finishes are not going to last. And although the breakfast was overall quite good, you are required to squeeze your own orange juice from oranges provided. This hotel appeared to be almost entirely vacant and I can't imagine it will stay in business long.

Otherwise the staff was great and the standard room was quiet and comfortable. Breakfast could be better. Limited fruit options and yogurt was missing. The place is new so a work in progress I think.

• Camille (10/5): Super rapport qualité/prix, belle chambre - Chambre confortable, spacieuse et calme. Lit grand et très confortable. Le parking gratuit en bas de l’hôtel. Petit déjeuner très complet avec des produits de qualité. Restaurant bistronomique très sympa, bon cocktails. Dans l’ensemble un personnel très sympathique. Seul bémol au vu de l’hôtel 4 étoiles: les capsules de la machine à café de la chambre à payer en plus passé le premier jour.

• Marcel (10/5): Pracht hotel met luxe kamers. - Prachtig uitzicht over de luchthaven met landende vliegtuigen die vlak langs het hotel langs komen, ondanks dat hoor je er niets van. Douchekop van de regendouche heeft de neiging om midden in de nacht te gaan druppelen, gebeurde op een nacht na elke nacht.
• Solenn (9/5): Si nous revenons à Toulouse, nous reviendrons très probablement dans cet hôtel. - : Le rapport qualité/prix est très intéressant. Le lit très confortable ! Aussi, la chambre était suffisamment spacieuse et très propre (attention néanmoins à nettoyer la porte du frigo, et sur la vitre il y avait un insecte écrasé avec un peu de sang sur le rebord...). : Il n'y a aucune indication pour accéder au parking. A notre arrivée, nous avons du passer par l'hôpital ! Il faudrait vraiment mettre des panneaux, ou préciser dans un mail le nom du parking... : La télévision qui ne propose pas Netflix ou ce genre de plateforme...
• Annick (8/5): - La chambre est spacieuse avec un lit grande taille de bonne qualité. Le bus et le tram très proches nous ont permis de rejoindre très rapidement le centre de Toulouse. L'arrivée est un peu déconcertante car mal indiquée. La réception est au 7eme étage.
