• Kamila Kot (Kotu) (7/5): dreamy BUT room doesn't safely lock from outside - It is a genuinely nice place, clean, modern and welcoming. Self check-in with detailed instructions on how to get to the property and where to park so no confusion whatsoever. Good bed and wardrobe for storage. They had guest towels and basic toiletries that are not always a standard for a guesthouse. Kettle and mugs are also in the room so you don't need to use the kitchen every time (in fact I didn't even go there) I chose this place for the location mostly so for me it was prime anyway objectively convenient as it's close enough to the bigger road while still being peaceful. Huge advantage of 2 min walk well stocked grocery store (co-operative) that's open 7 days a week till late. Double room on a smaller size - a bit awkward to open two suitcases at the same time but could use closet for storage so still passble. Another small thing - there is not much space to get to the further side of the bed so you kind of need to choose between squeezing between bed and wall or jumping over your partner. The biggest issue and a massive drawback that is actually a deal-breaker for me is NO SAFE KEY LOCK TO THE ROOM with the bathroom-type lock instead. We stayed one night and arrived late but if checked in early and/or booked for longer I would definitely search something else and ask for cancellation/money back or demand changing the lock for a key-type one instantly. Would be less of an issue if you booked the whole property with family/friends or at least less exposed room I guess. Though we stayed right next to the main door so anyone could get in if they wanted to (not to mention the fact that when we arrived the main door was open) We used 2p coin to lock it from outside every time when leaving the property but that's not good or safe enough for me. I travel light but still have some valuable bits with me always so it's a no-no hence the lowered rate from me.

• Martin (9/5): - Comfy bed, TV with prime, in the bedroom TV in the bedroom is really important to me. The owners live there , so it's their own home, were really friendly, use of kitchen with everything you need. Nothing to do with the property, but the amount of speed humps n the area.

• Daniel (8/5): - Clean room and good tv apps to use, ed was comfortable enough with room been a fair size. Bathroom was clean too.

• Agne (8/5): - Simple bedroom with a wardrobe and an ensuite shower. The bed was comfortable, everything was clean, and the location was quiet. You can lock the door only when you are inside; if you go out, the door stays unlocked. I missed having a hook for a towel in the bathroom. We went to the kitchen to make a cup of coffee while dinner was being prepared, and the space felt a little crowded at that moment.
• Ann (4/5): Would like to stay again for location but needs basics as mentioned to make it more acceptable. - Comfy bed, shower OK. Access to kitchen down steep stairs, not suitable for anybody with a difficulty. Due to this inconvenience there should be at least a kettle & cups etc. in the room, not even a glass in the room to get water or even a mirror anywhere. Very sparce and was not able to even make a coffee in the morning due to stairs. Sorry to make these comments but basic facilities woulld make an immense difference. Very comfortable bed, shower was OK but there was nothing else

• Suzete (10/5): The best 2 nights sleep I’ve had in a longtime I was very relaxed - The bed was very cosy, bathroom was clean. The other guests or people that lived in the home were quiet. I did not see anybody else. It felt safe. They had shower gel, bath towel, toothpaste, slippers. They had bottled water also. Smelled very nice. I have no complaints.
• Janos (10/5): A peaceful, private and comfortable stay with an exceptionally kind host. - The host was very kind and welcoming, the neighbourhood was quiet, and parking was always available. The internet connection was very fast and reliable. I also appreciated having a private bathroom, which made the stay even more comfortable. There were no negative points worth mentioning.
