Une petite lumière dans placard cafetière car on voit vraiment rien et un peu plus de tisane ou thé (deux sachets c est un peu juste). La thé Earl grey du petit déjeuner est insipide, on dirait de la tisane !! Hôtel un peu cher pour prestation

• Corentin (8/5): Bon hôtel bien situé mais quelques désagréments qui le rendent un peu cher - Emplacement parfait proche de la gare et du centre ville, mais quand-même au calme. Personnel sympathique et accueillant. Propreté et confort de literie impeccables. Conseils pour l'établissement : améliorer l'isolation phonique des cloisons (on entend les gens dans le couloir, qui ouvrent leur porte ou leur coffre fort dans la chambre à côté). Avoir des rideaux occultants qui occultent vraiment la lumière pour bien dormir le matin. Avoir une pièce dédiée pour la salle de bain. Sans ces éléments là, le prix est dur à justifier.

Really kind, attentive and helpful staff. I especially appreciated that the windows fully blocked out daylight, making it easier to sleep late when I wanted to. It was unavoidable that the Italian shower didn't spray the floor all around. The room service menu wasn't that inspiring. The cleaning staff were not so friendly.

Ähnlich verhält es sich mit den Glastüren im Badbereich: Diese sind recht laut, sodass Geräusche beim Benutzen der Toilette im ganzen Zimmer – und möglicherweise auch darüber hinaus – deutlich hörbar sind.

• Nora Bingenheimer (9/5): - Alle Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter waren absolut freundlich. Service wird hier groß geschrieben. Wir wurden intensiv zu Restaurants beraten und bei einem Fahrradunfall liebevoll begleitet. Ein besonderes Dankeschön geht hierbei an Hugo, aber es waren wirklich alle über die Maßen freundlich. Die Einrichtung ist neuwertig und modern. Die Betten sind sehr gemütlich. Wir haben jeden Tag lange geschlafen.... Die Lage zur Stadt ist hervorragend. Man erreicht alles flott zu Fuß und für das Parkhaus bekommt man vom Hotel einen mächtigen Rabatt. Das Hotel ist in der Nähe des Bahnhofs. Zeitweise habe ich mich unwohl gefühlt, da hier viele kranke, drogenabhängige Obdachlose mich ansprachen. Dafür kann das Hotel nichts, aber es ist zu erwähnen.

• Anna (10/5): Perfect place to stop in Annecy. Right around h tu corner from the train station and one block from supermarkets, 2 bloc - Kind and helpful welcome for a weary traveller with cat! My niece and I travelled from Italy by train with a stopover in Annecy. Very convenient location for inter European travel. Family owned hotel and extremely modern and clean but also homely. We were provided with an excellent French dinner meal brought up to our room by a charming gentleman :)

Posizione strategica a due passi dal centro. Parcheggio in strada comodo per l’auto e volendo hanno una convenzione con un parcheggio coperto nelle vicinanze.
