• Amber (4/5): Won’t be back - Building did not feel safe. Entry to the building housed rubbish bins and smelt like urine. Cobwebs in almost every corner. Stains on walls. Artwork and decorations missing from wall. Blood left on sink. Water damaged shelving. Light fixtures missing. Stained kitchen bench. Art work and furniture shown in photos is missing. Bed held up with timber. No washing machine. Shared entry with another tenant - cupboard open (broken) and left messy. Exposed wires at window. AC remote wasn’t programmed so wouldn’t turn on. Don’t trust the pictures, the unit does not look like this anymore! Other people constantly trying to enter the unit thinking they are renting it - scary! There are better hotels for the same price.

La ducha era pequeña y algunas de las manillas del grifo estaban sueltas o rotas, los azulejos del suelo de la ducha estaban bastante sucios y la cortina reducía mucho el tamaño de la ducha haciéndola muy incomoda. El extractor de la cocina no funcionaba.

• Ella (10/5): Jag var där men mina två kompisar och vi trivdes jättebra, fint inrätt och högt i tak vilket vad mycket trevligt. Vi had - Ligger väldigt centralt och har nära till allt Lite begränsat med städ utrustning

As well as Tv wifi and etc The toilet is so close to the sink and I was wonder why they didn’t put the sink a little bit more to the door and made more Space.

• Laia (7/5): Buena opción calidad precio - El alojamiento nos gustó mucho, sobre todo por la ubicación, que es excelente. El apartamento en sí está muy bien, tanto la cocina como el baño están en muy buenas condiciones, y todo el interior estaba muy limpio y que la atención era 24/7 ósea que siempre había alguien para resolver tus dudas, la verdad que calidad- precio estaba bien osea repetiría Lo que no nos gustó del alojamiento fue que la entrada estaba siempre llena de basura y desprendía muy mal olor al entrar. Además, la cama era bastante pequeña y el edredón también, ya que estaban divididos. La verdad, fue una pena porque la cama no resultó tan cómoda como nos habría gustado. Y otro tema es que el check out a las 10 de la mañana me parece demasiado pronto y no hay opción de dejar las maletas en el apartamento para aprovechar el día

The wifi was not working the whole stay, The bedsheets were all stained, the location itself is extremely noisy and aside all these random people constantly kept knocking on my door, even by night. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone I love.

• not_karolina (2/5): Save Yourself the Trouble - The location of this accommodation is pretty good, the apartment itself is quite spacious, and that is the only reason it's getting a rating of 2 instead of 1. All the other ratings have got this spot on (apart from the suspicious ratings of 10 all coming from Hungary around the same time, in my opinion to fix the average) – trash right at the entrance, questionable hallway, but the apartment itself looks nice apart from the stained curtains and slightly rotten bathroom vanity. Prepare to break ur fingernails trying to open the old, stuck lockbox you need to access every single time you want to get inside the building. The street below gets noisy at night from Thursday to Sunday, the first half of the week is fine. The real problem with this accommodation is the management and the fact that if you run into any problems, you're on your own. I stayed at this place for a week and the wifi didn't work the whole time (meaning you can't do any work at the apartment or use the smart TV). I've seen similar reviews about this, so it seems to be a long-term issue (unfortunately, I didn't look through properly before booking). I let the management know right away and I kept being assured day after day that something would be done about this (spoiler alert, nothing was done). I'm glad in my case it was a non-working wifi and not the heating like some of the other ratings have stated, otherwise it really would have been a stay from hell. The management ended up ghosting me at the end of my stay and didn't even bother to reply to Booking when Booking itself inquired about the wifi issue, which is why I'm leaving this scorching review.

• Norbee1 (1/5): Awful experience ,horrible customer service - The location of the property is quite central This was one of the most awful experiences ever. I arrived after midnight due to flight delay and when I got there there was no heating -bear in mind it's -8C outside. There are only 2 radiators which none of them worked. I tried a message to property management but noone replied. Somehow managed to call and this guy( Hungarian number ) just lied multiple times that he is sending someone noone come. Absolute poor unhelpful customer service. I had to leave the place as has not slept and I could not stand the cold room .For ta week they don't want to refund either. Awful. They probably own multiple properties of all the letter and numbers. Company:BQA quality a accomodation. Quality my a******.

NO AIR CONDITIONING! the heating does not work in the middle of December... it is dirty, like hairs in the room, generally it is not the same as in the picture. The landlords were told by fraudsters every day that the heating would be fixed later, but they did not respond to messages. Please just skip this accommodation, I wish you all the best on your trip, but don't skip this accommodation. AND THE ACCOMMODATION IS ABOUT HALF AN APARTMENT. that means two rooms in one apartment... People, there is no heating, we are freezing. Also, the room next door did not have heating and they were lied to just like us... we will do it, the master will come, now the building editors, etc., etc. Fraudsters.

• _ (1/5): - Na plus była bardzo dobra lokalizacja, wszędzie było blisko. Apartament diametralnie różni się od zdjęć ze strony, po zameldowaniu się zastaliśmy brudną pościel w żółtych plamach oraz we włosach - więc kupiliśmy własną. Mimo wszystko okazało się że to nie największy problem: ogrzewanie nie działało przez co mieliśmy w pokoju w okolicach 15⁰ i nie byliśmy w stanie spać, na dodatek w łazience strasznie śmierdziało grzybem, po próbie lokalizacji zapachu podejrzewam że zagrzybiałe były rurki do słuchawek prysznicowych/słuchawki prysznicowe, co zapewne jest zgodne z prawdą ponieważ wszystko nas swędzialo po kąpieli. Mimo prób zgłoszenia ,po wielu bardzo opornych próbach dodzwonienia się do obiektu, jedyne co dostaliśmy to nowe poszewki, z klimatyzacja oraz grzybem "nie byli w stanie nic zrobić". Podsumowując jestem bardzo zawiedziony za równo apartamentem jak i jakością obsługi oraz podejściem do klienta, poczuliśmy się olani oraz brak jakiejkolwiek empatii w stosunku do drugiego człowieka, uważam że w momencie gwarancji np. ogrzewania w opisie, powinno być to dopięte na ostatni guzik.

• Maela (7/5): L'appartement est porche de tout, cependant la propreté laisse à désirer - Le logement est idéalement situé dans un quartier assez animé avec pas mal de restos, bars, magasins etc... Il y a de l'agitation la nuit mais ça ne nous a pas dérangé pour dormir c'est assez bien isolé. L'appartement est sympa et assez grand avec pas mal de rangement. Les hôtes sont vraiment arrangeants et disponible à tout heure pour répondre à nos besoins. Cependant, la propreté du logement laisse à désirer. Le matelas était plein de tâches et de poils/cheveux. Le ménage est fait sommairement au niveau du sol et des meubles. Autrement le reste était correct. Attention aussi pour récupérer les clés du logement, la réception n'est pas à côté de l'appartement. La propreté du logement peut être grandement améliorée. Le lit sale, les meubles poussiéreux, des mouchoirs usagers dans le canapé, les serviettes tachées etc...

• Robert (10/5): WSPANIAŁY - Obiekt położony w centrum - bliskość wszystkich atrakcji, których chcieliśmy doświadczyć. Łatwość dostępu do mieszkania, Brak parkingu dla samochodu - parkowanie na ulicy było dosyć drogie ale to nie wina obiektu.
