• Buket (9/5): Wunderschöne, saubere und ruhige Unterkunft mit tollem Pool, allerdings etwas abgelegen, sehr hellhörig und leider ohne - Ich war insgesamt zehn Tage dort und habe mich wirklich sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Unterkunft ist super schön, modern, groß und sehr sauber. Besonders der Pool und das Schlafzimmer haben mir total gefallen. Das Bett war ebenfalls sehr bequem und insgesamt ist alles sehr stilvoll eingerichtet. Es ist ein perfekter Ort, wenn man Ruhe haben und entspannen möchte.Und super nettes Personal Die Unterkunft liegt etwas außerhalb, daher muss man für Cafés oder um nach Uluwatu zu kommen immer ein Stück fahren. Für Ruhe ist die Lage zwar ideal, aber ohne Roller oder Taxi eher unpraktisch. Außerdem sind die Wände leider extrem dünn, sodass man die Nachbarn und Gespräche sehr deutlich hören kann. Was ich ebenfalls schade fand: Obwohl es eine große Küche gibt, war praktisch keinerlei Küchenequipment vorhanden. Es gab nur Besteck und Teller, aber keine Töpfe oder Möglichkeiten, richtig etwas zu kochen — nicht einmal einfache Instant-Nudeln.

What made the experience even more special was the exceptional service. A special thank you to Satria (Front Office Staff), who was incredibly welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with anything we needed. His attention to detail and genuine hospitality made us feel truly valued and at home. The location is also great - close to beautiful beaches and amazing sunset spots, yet still quiet and private.

В віллах є все необхідне. Окрема подяка Adi за чуйність і допомогу, чудовий персонал ! Шумоізоляція бажає кращого. Все інше просто чудово!

That it’s not sound proof and we could hear the neighbors making noise, talking, screaming and even flushing. The other thing is that they do not provide basic tea and coffee which is the biggest let down. It’s so easy to provide these things but they don’t.

• Olga3163 (9/5): Прекрасная вилла, мы бы вернулись сюда! - Это абсолютно новые свежие виллы, вернее таунхаусы, расположенные через стену друг от друга. Интерьер очень стильный, всё красиво. Идеально белое чистое белье и полотенца. Также предоставляют чистые пляжные полотенца. Есть фен, гель для душа, шампунь и кондиционер (в больших объемах). С горячей водой проблем не было, всё работает исправно. Продуманное многоуровневое освещение. Мы жили в вилле №18. На первом этаже кухня: холодильник, индукционная плита, посуда, кулер с питьевой водой и большой стол, а также гостиная с диваном (на котором может спать взрослый человек) и ТВ, и туалет. Выход к собственному небольшому бассейну и 2 шезлонга. На втором этаже 2 одинаковые спальни (с двуспальными кроватями), в каждой есть свой санузел с душем, балкон, шкаф, кондиционер. В отеле есть пост охраны и паркинг. Рядом строятся новые корпуса, но прожив на вилле 5 дней мы ни разу не услышали звуки стройки, хотя вставали по утрам достаточно поздно. До пляжа Меласти (красивый пляж без волн, где можно купаться, но есть отливы) - 20 мин. пешком, до маленького местного магазина - 1 мин. (можно купить напитки и снэки). На фото вилла с 2 спальнями и частным бассейном, а также пляж Меласти. В туалете на первом этаже был запах канализации. На первый этаж иногда заползали гусеницы (может, кому-то это неприятно, но это Азия, и это нормально). Жаль, что нет завтраков, хотелось бы, чтобы был ресторан или заказ завтраков на ресепшн, однако есть доставка еды (через службу доставки). В пешей доступности маловато инфраструктуры (магазинов, ресторанов), зато тихо.

• ALIAKSANDR (10/5): - Останавливались на неделю. Совершенно новый комплекс вилл, рядом пляж Меласти, пешком минут 15, правда назад придется идти вверх по дороге, не очень комфортно. Если ищите место для спокойного отдыха, то лучше не придумаешь. В номере есть все необходимое, вплоть до штопора. Собственный бассейн выше всяких похвал. Для передвижений лучше брать в аренду байк, так мест для развлечений рядом нет, до рынка и магазинов далеко. Персонал работает четко, любой вопрос решают сразу, общались в чате WatsApp. Многие пишут про стройку рядом, да, отель продолжает строится, но нас это совершенно не беспокоило, громких звуков никаких не было. Когда стройка закончится, думаю цена будет гораздо выше.

Everything was perfectly maintained and felt very cozy and welcoming. The location is excellent: the beautiful Melasti Beach is nearby, and there are many great cafés around. You can even order breakfast to the villa, or take a pleasant 7minute walk to a nearby café. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, always ready to help. We really enjoyed the private pool and the overall atmosphere of the place. There is some construction nearby, but it did not disturb us at all during our entire stay. Thank you for such !

• Anzhelika (9/5): Сучасні вілли зі своїм басейном біля чудового пляжу Меласті! - Новенька вілла зі стильним ремонтом. Сучасні дизайнерські рішення. Для кожної вілли передбачене невеличке подвір'я та невелкий басейн, а також гарне озеленення та вечірня підсвітка - там комфортно відпочивати та охолоджуватись. На кухні було все потрібне для приготування їжі. Також їжу можна замовити в номер по меню. Поруч велика відкрита парковка. Персонал чемний та доброзичливий. Близьке розташування до океану (чудовий пляж Меласті), можна дійти і пішки, але краще скористатися байком або таксі. До магазинів та кафе також можна дістатися на таксі або мопеді. Матеріали внутрішнього оздоблення вілли мають сильний запах і при нагріванні всередині важко дихати (потрібно провітрювати та вмикати кондиціонер) - можливо, це через свіжий ремонт і з часом запах вивітриться. Через невелику територію вілли та специфічну форму будинків трохи не вистачало приватності (потрібно завжди зачиняти штори).

Amazing staff and daily cleaning, we liked it so much that we extended our stay for a few more days and also the administration went to our meeting and allowed late check-out after 13:00, I would stay here for longer, Melasti beach can be reached on foot in 10 minutes, the place is quiet and calm, and all the furniture is new, and there is no mould at all Everything was amazing

Тонкие стены - большой минус этого жилья. Ночные разговоры соседей были слышны даже через беруши. Запах канализации из туалета, тоже портит впечатление о жилье.

Be warned that you need to walk to the gate to pick up orders from Grab or get a taxi, for me walking is fine so I don’t complain. Cleaning could be a bit better, I saw couple of places with spider web that could be removed. From the balcony you can see two swimming pools from the villas of your neighbors (warning about privacy)

She was always available, very responsive, and genuinely cared about making our stay as comfortable as possible. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, she helped us with everything we needed and made the whole experience even better. Overall, we highly recommend this villa and would definitely love to come back again!

• Natalia (10/5): - Нам очень понравилось проживание. Все новое, чистое, комфортное. Сняли на 1 день, а задержались на 3 дня и продлили бы еще, но надо было ехать дальше
• Natalia (10/5): - Вилла новая, очень красивая, в ней приятно находиться. От пляжа Меласти 5 мин на байке. Парковка также есть. Ежедневная уборка - очень хорошая. Моют полы, сантехнику, чистят бассейн. Персонал весь вежливый. Постельное белье, полотенца белоснежные. Удобный матрас, одеяла. Везде телевизоры, можно ноут подключить. По запросу принесли утюг и гладильную доску. Заселяют ровно в 15 ч и выселяют в 12 ч. Но можно оставить вещи - это плюс. Уточняли возможность пораньше на 20 мин - отказали, и уточняли задержаться на 30 мин - тоже отказали. Просто надо иметь в виду этот момент. Подушки. На 2 спальни - 8 штук. Они все одинаковые и очень неудобные. Такие высокие, что шея залымавается.

• Deniz (1/5): AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMENDED. - To be fair, the rooms are modern, spacious, and clean — unfortunately, that is the only positive. This is without question one of the worst places I have ever stayed in my life. Calling this an “hotel” is an insult to real hotels. The reception area feels like a cold government office, completely soulless, with zero sense of hospitality. If your room is not ready, you are forced to wait right next to the staff, standing around like an inconvenience. No welcome drink, no water, no offer of Wi-Fi, not even a basic “welcome.” The staff are glued to their computers, acting like they are doing extremely important work, while completely ignoring arriving guests in. You are treated like you do not exist. The location is a dead zone. No markets, no restaurants, nothing to see or do around. The beach is supposedly only 1 km away, but even that short distance is a nightmare. Grab and Gojek charge ridiculously high prices for this distance. Getting to the beach is a struggle, coming back is even worse. This is not a vacation — it’s stress from start to finish. Check-out was an absolute disgrace. They made us wait unnecessarily, claiming they needed to “check everything very carefully.” Then they accused us of using a wine opener that was never even placed in the room. Despite explaining this multiple times, they did not believe us and treated us like thieves. When I asked how much they wanted so we could just leave, they said 2 euros. Yes — 2 euros was enough for them to accuse their guests and ruin the entire experience. Because of their incompetence and delays, our driver waited too long, demanded extra money, and eventually cancelled the ride and left our luggage in the middle of the road. The end of our stay was pure chaos. You pay almost 100 euros per night and in return you get: ❌ Disrespect ❌ Indifference ❌ Stress ❌ Being treated like a criminal There is no proper welcome, no proper farewell. You are kept waiting in a hall and sent off angry and stressed instead of relaxed.

• Girts (10/5): Peacful and quiet, new villas with deep swimming pool. Great location, helpful staff! - Friendly and very helpful staff, thanks to front desk agent Mita. Helped to organise my wife’s birthday surprise and got our luggage to be taken to airport ( for free). New villa. Very comfortable. Beach 6 min drive with scooter. Can’t leave scooter at front of villa, need walk and Cary your belongings in my case 200m from parking
• Timur (10/5): - Новые виллы, хороший бассейн во дворе. Никто не написал, что продолжается стройка. На вилле особо не чувствуется, но выходя из виллы вид немного не эстетичный. Отсутствует ресторан. Еду либо заказывать с доставкой, либо покупать продукты и готовить самостоятельно.
• Stephanie (8/5): New Villas that will be lovely when construction is finished - Good sized new and nicely appointed villa with private, small but deep plunge pool. Very comfy beds. Exceptionsl staff. Walkable (long walk but downhill) to Melasti Beach if you dared brave the heat. Although the villa complex is lovely, it was in the middle of a construction site (we were advised of building works when we booked though). Its in the middle of nowhefe with no shops, restaurants or cafes nearby or within walking distance. Although kitchen had oven and halogen hob, there was no kettle, coffee machine or micrwave. So no way to make a coffee in a morning which was very dissapointing.

• Анна (6/5): - Хорошая красивая новая вилла, крутая очень стильная мебель и атмосфера но есть одно но! у них постоянно отключалась вода, каждый раз когда ты идешь в душ надо быть к этому готовой, Это реально напрягает , стоять с мыльной головой в полотенце и ждать сантехников;) подача воды в душевой которая постоянно отключается

Our two-bedroom villa with private pool was beautifully designed and very relaxing. The kitchen and bathrooms are modern, stylish and clean. Melasti Dream is a stunning private retreat.
