• Yanli (10/5): wonderful stay！ - ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent stay – warm host and lovely house We had a wonderful stay here and highly recommend it. The host was incredibly kind, warm and responsive — communication was always very quick and helpful. We arrived in the evening and the host even came jogging to help us find parking, which we really appreciated after a long drive. Such a thoughtful and welcoming gesture made us feel immediately at ease. The house itself was lovely, clean and well arranged across three floors. There is a practical kitchen downstairs, while the bedrooms upstairs were comfortable and cosy. The location is also great for exploring Béziers. Overall, a lovely place with a genuinely caring host. Just what we needed. We would happily stay again!

• Sławomir (9/5): kapitalne miejsce. - Świetna lokalizacja na Starym Mieście. 2 minuty od kościoła św. Magdaleny 4 minuty od Hali Targowej, i 9 minut od katedry. Dom całkowicie do mojej dyspozycji, dwie sypialnie, kuchnia, łazienka. Śniadanie w opcji self service. Właściciel zakupił jedzenie na śniadanie w takiej ilości, że ciężko było to przejeść przez dwa dni na śniadania i kolacje. Właściciel bardzo życzliwy i otwarty. Osobiście przyjechał dać klucze i oferował wiele podpowiedzi, by dobrze czuć się w mieście. dość strome schody mogą być problemem dla osób starszych.

• Megan (9/5): A good base for a short stay - Great accommodation close to the heart of Béziers. The kitchen is well equipped (the kettle, fridge and oven were useful). The bedrooms and bathroom were simple, but did the job. The host, Michael, was flexible, very responsive and helpful. He provided excellent supplies for an evening meal and breakfast. The house is tiny with respect to the floor area, staircase and size of the bedrooms. I guess it's an old building - in places, the finish is a little rough, but not unreasonable for the price. The wifi was a bit slow and unreliable.

Было тепло и уютно. Есть всё для готовки и проживания. Приятный бонус - ванная. Есть два санузла. На третьем этаже с ванной, и на втором отдельный.

• Gilles (8/5): - Nous avons été très bien accueilli par le propriétaire ne comptant pas son temps pour nous fournir toutes les informations nécessaires pour visiter la ville et les environs. Il nous a laissé le choix de l’horaire d’arriver. L’emplacement est parfait tant pour se garer (parking à moins de 5 min) que pour visiter la ville (5 min à pieds). Le petit déjeuner est très copieux, il y en avait plus que nous ne pouvions manger. Quartier très calme. N’hésitez pas

• Peter (7/5): Nice place in Béziers - Old fashioned house right in the centre of Béziers. Good value for money. The owner Michael very friendly and left a lot of food for breakfast which was very kind. This is an old fashioned house so it’s not ultra modern. It’s a 3 storey house so for solo travellers it could get a little lonely.

Sur les hauteurs de Béziers avec la possibilité de s’échapper sans passer par la ville. J’espère que les rénovations vont permettre de conserver l’esprit et la population du quartier…

• Kevin (7/5): Great value for money small cottage in centre of Beziers - A cottage with rustic charm ideal for self catering and near to city centre. Michael was very helpful and is on hand if needed Would have liked a decent pillow and maybe some sheets

He also very kindly sh - Unusual let, set on 3 floors, in the heart of Béziers, very close to shops & sights. Bed/room comfortable and shower/bath excellent. (I didn’t use the kitchen). I did like the property!

• Bernard (10/5): A great place to enjoy a lovely town - The host is wonderful. This is a small house, with 2 single beds and a camp bed if needed. Very well equipped and a short walk to many of the tourist attractions in Béziers. You can cook, iron, and live as comfortably as at home. We had a great, stress free stay and much of that was due to how good the host is.

We couldn't believe the extras he left us, from a bottle of wine to ingredients for dinner had we wished. Slept really well, more or less in the centre of beziers and he explained to us where to visit and best areas for dining entertainment etc. Would hesitate to recommend this stay. Nothing
• Emma (8/5): Great apartment, would stay again. - Lovely apartment in the centre of town. Lots of facilities provided. Friendly host. Only issue is it doesn't have aircon and it was 36 degrees outside. If it wasn't so hot it would not have been an problem.

The food and water was definitely helpful because we were exhausted and it felt welcoming which is what I love to be welcomed with while travelling. I wish we stayed another night

Micheal - the owner is very helpful and change the check in time for us. He always replies the message soonest. Thanks for easy breakfast and many other things provided in the fridge and outside that you prepared. Appreciated a lot. Nothing. Recommend to take the photo to promote the house better as we are not feel so sure how the house looks like but we chose because of guest score and price which are the best among all available in Beziers. Due to old house, many things may not look new and in good shape but we have a good stay here and everything is good for 1 night stay

• Clive (9/5): Another wonderful stay. - Michael, the host, is so accommodating, friendly and helpful. The apartment has everything that you need to enjoy your stay, even a dishwasher. The breakfast supplies are more extensive than needed but so welcome and cost-saving. It's my second time here but certainly won't be my last, hopefully! It can be a little noisy but considering; it's a vibrant city of just over 80,000, it's hot because it's on the Mediterranean... what do you expect?

• Marleen (9/5): Nice stay in la douce Beziers - Our host was punctual and very friendly. He also provided breakfast food, fruit and vegetables. The house is located close to a very nice square to eat out. Maybe the mattress was a bit too soft for me personally but I like to sleep on a hard one. My friend liked it.

• Tom (10/5): Nice apartment with great location - Host is very friendly and provides food and drink such as bread and croissants, milk etc. the apartment is very nice, spanning three floors. Located in an ideal location close to many restaurants and bars.
