Guest Reviews
- Pamela (9/5): Well presented, well styled and good location - a lovely property! - Beautifully well presented and styled, high ceilings, well located, and very clean. The main bedroom was lovely and great to have an ensuite (or close bathroom) for each of the two bedrooms. A few coffee pods and milk was appreciated too. Just what we needed after finishing walking the Cotswolds Way. Our host was excellent and arranged for our bags to be safely stored. Thank you. We were two couples. Whilst we were very happy in our bedroom, the second bedroom wasn’t as comfortable as it was very small for travellers with bags.
- Vicki (9/5): Fun time in Bath. - The location was great. Beds were really comfortable. Host was fabulous and responsive. Small but cozy. Really nice facilities and kitchen. Right next door to a great coffee shop. The washer dryer combo didn’t work well. But they never do.

- Debbie (10/5): Would definately stay again - Everything it was lovely The only issue I had was the pillows . Much too hard.
Also I was very cold in bed , another blanket would of been very welcome
- Jenna (10/5): Lovely stay in a beautiful apartment with lots of character and very tastefully decorated. Really well located for explo - Beautifully decorated and very well located, great hosts and well equipped Long stay parking is a 10 minute walk but you can park on the street for up to 2 hours (at a fee) for unpacking / packing
- Peter (10/5): Wonderful property close to centre and attractions - Lovely property very close to the city centre, two nice bedrooms and having two bathrooms is always great for 4 people! Nice living tea Dan kitchen, space well used and nice touches with biscuits and tea/ coffee facilities Wasn’t anything we didn’t like, however beds are small due to apartment size, not an issue for us but worth bearing in mind
- Jane (10/5): Our stay was superb. I would definitely recommend and will be going back. - The property is amazing and had everything we needed for our stay. The location is superb with lots of surrounding restaurants and bars and very close to the Baths, the spa and shops. There was nothing to dislike.
- Miki (10/5): Super cozy long-weekend in Bath - We had a great stay as the apartment is located in the perfect spot close to sights, parks, and restaurants. The host was super nice, responsive, and flexible regarding our requests (+ helped out as we locked ourselves out once, thanks). The kitchen and the apartment was well equipeed too. Everything was as expected, and would recommend it for others. The bed wasn't too big, but it was comfortable enough. :)
- Angela (10/5): Lovely property and great location - Enjoyed a really lovely stay — quiet, clean and well maintained. The accommodation was exactly as described, very comfortable, and location was ideal. Nothing
- PAUL (10/5): - Perfect location. I've been to Bath many times and I must say this is one of the best locations and flats. The host is easily accessible , and was able to work within my schedule. Would book there again. Sabine made me feel right at home. Nothing to not like. The place is perfect.
- Martin (10/5): Elegance and comfort in the city centre - A compact but elegant flat - nicely furnished with excellent facilities and in a quiet street near the city centre.
- Meghan (10/5): -
- Sue (9/5): Comfortable accommodation, completed to a high standard. - Location excellent.
Beds very comfortable.
Facilities adequate. Bathrooms great.
Cosy, warm and beautifully decorated. Key pad on front door of flat 2 was quite low on the door, and very close to the wall, so individual keys hard to access, and we thought older people might find the bending down to see key pad clearly a problem.
We thought some instructions about eg use of the hob and the location of the switches to turn on radiators in the bathrooms would be helpful.
We would have appreciated a microwave oven.
- Lee-Ann (9/5): -
- Emma (10/5): - The apartment was in a great location, so clean and comfortable. The facilities were excellent.
- Sylvia (9/5): -
- Kathryn (10/5): - Host was available to answer questions. VERY comfortable apartment located close enough to everything but far enough from the crowds to provide a quiet environment.
- Anne (9/5): Beautiful place - Beautiful, well located flat on the ground floor in a quiet road. In the master bedroom, unfortunately the bed was too small for our couple.
- Fischer (8/5): Nice location, walk to most of Old Bath - The apartment was nicely decorated with most all you’d need. It was especially good to have two bathrooms since we were a party of three it’s a pretty easy walk to most I’d the sights we’d wanted to see. There was a smell in the bathroom like fumes from the sewer drain. The milk containers for coffee has been left at room temp and the milk was yucky. The parking was challenging
- Nicola (10/5): Perfect in every way - Small but perfectly done. Someone has given this property a great deal of thought and it shows. Good location, very comfortable, everything you could need and immaculately clean. Nothing negative to say. Would stay again and highly recommend it Nothing

- Jackie (10/5): Exceptional -
- Carrie (10/5): Fabulous, ideal location and property for a weekend break. Suits those looking for a little luxury - best suited to 2 ad - Immaculate and clean, modern convenience but characterful. Lovely decor and finish (granite worktops, marble bathroom tiles, waterfall shower. Also nice additional touches such as fans (it was a very hot weekend) in each room, good mirrors and vanity table. There was nothing we didn’t like. Only thing we couldn’t find that we needed was a corkscrew
- Adrian (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent quiet location in a beautiful Georgian building. The apartment is very tastefully renovated with modern amenities, clean and well kept. The host was easy to contact and responsive. We had a wonderful stay. Maybe not charge extra for the slightly early check-in, given that the apartment was not occupied the day before our arrival.
- Rahul (10/5): Exceptional -
- Barbara (10/5): An exceptionally decorated flat in a great location. - This first-floor flat was tastefully decorated, and we felt very safe. It was located very close to restaurants, pubs and shops. We had plenty of room to move around, and the beds were very comfortable. Our host was quickly responsive to any of our inquiries. I would stay here again. I would recommend this flat to family and friends.
- Stuart (10/5): Excellent - Fantastic location, great apartment and ideal level of communication from Sabine. Decor and location
