• Juan (5/5): Algunas cosas son mejorables - El desayuno es flojo. Para llegar al centro hay que coger transporte siempre. La zona es tranquila. El alojamiento está en un piso de un edificio residencial. Las instalaciones están bien y está decorado con gusto. El desayuno es muy limitado. Consiste en un bono para utilizar en un establecimientos de la zona, por un importe máximo de cuatro euros por persona. El más flojo con diferencia de los tres que contratamos en Sicilia. En el precio estaba incluido el parking. Después resultó que solo lo podías utilizar de día y el domingo no era posible usarlo. Para eso mejor no incluirlo como extra.

Both the rooms and the common areas of the apartment were very clean and well-maintained. The location was excellent: a quiet neighborhood with fantastic restaurants nearby and close to the city center. Breakfast, served at a nearby bar, featured delicious fresh pastries. I highly recommend this place.

• Paulina (10/5): - We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Palermo. The owner was incredibly kind, friendly, and very helpful - after we left, I realized I had forgotten my AirPods in the room. The owner helped me immediately and arranged the shipment quickly and without any problem, which I really appreciated. The location is excellent - very close to a bus stop that takes you to the city center in about 15 minutes. If you prefer walking, it’s also a pleasant 30 - minute stroll. The apartment itself was perfect, beautifully decorated, and very modern. We especially loved the large terrace, which was ideal for relaxing. A nice touch was the complimentary snacks and drinks provided and also breakfast in the cafe nearby. We didn’t miss anything during our stay, everything was well thought out and comfortable. We will definitely come back again and highly recommend this place to everyone!

La stanza è bellissima, curata nei minimi dettagli e molto luminosa, ma il vero pezzo forte è il terrazzo: godersi il tramonto che si riflette sui tetti del quartiere è un momento di pura poesia. Il comfort non è stato da meno: il letto era comodissimo e ci ha permesso di riposare divinamente, proprio come a casa nostra. Un ringraziamento speciale va al Antonio per la sua estrema disponibilità e pazienza. Nonostante il nostro arrivo in tarda serata, ci ha aspettato per accoglierci di persona con grande gentilezza. Consigliatissimo a chi vuole vivere l'autenticità dei quartieri tipici di Palermo e godersi un soggiorno tra bellezza e calore umano.

• Miriam Pia Fortugno (10/5): - Stanza pulitissima, snack e bevande a disposizione per tutti gli ospiti, staff pronto a soddisfare le nostre esigenze e richieste. Buonissima anche la colazione in convenzione con i bar nelle vicinanze. Il signor Antonio è stato super disponibile e molto cordiale con noi, chiarissimo nelle spiegazioni e gentilissimo. Ritorneremo in questa struttura sicuramente qualora ci trovassimo nuovamente a Palermo
• Loris (10/5): - Tutto. Ambiente decisamente raffinato e dotato di ogni comfort, tv a schermo piatto con canali internazionali. Pulizia e accoglienza impeccabili. Frigo Bar fornito come non era nemmeno immaginabile: aperitivi, acqua, succhi, latte fresco, oltre a capsule caffè , the e tisane. Inoltre snack dolci e salati sempre a disposizione nella sala comune. Inoltre la colazione ( già con tutto ciò che era disponibile in camera e Hall sarebbe stata eccellente) servita in un rinomato e moderno bar e pasticceria con croissant fresche. Doccia spaziosissima e luminosa, senza gradini. Struttura adatta a diversamente abili A me è piaciuto tutto, anche la preparazione del titolare e del personale di servizio. Inoltre mi sento in colpa, un po' almeno, per aver ' approfittato del servizio caffè e snack, sinceramente in due siamo riusciti a finire le cialde del caffè ( ottimo di qualità) e ce ne erano tante. Complimenti all intera organizzazione per la qualità ed il servizio ad un rapporto qualità prezzo senza eguali al mondo. Grazie di tutto

• David (9/5): Confortable habitación en Palermo en las afueras con trasporte público cerca - La atención de Antonio, las cama muy comoda y el café en la habitación, nos dejaron capsulas todos los días, aparte de agua y zumos. Incluía desayuno en un bar cercano. La gestión del parking.

• Lena (10/5): Tolle renovierten Ferienwohnung - Sehr schön eingerichtete Wohnung. Alles neu renoviert und sauber. Das Frühstück gibt es in einem Café die Straße runter und ist vollkommen ausreichend. Der Bus fährt direkt vor der Tür in die Innenstadt. Der Gastgeber ist jederzeit erreichbar. Leider ist die Wohnung sehr hellhörig.

La camera ben ordinata, pulita, attrezzata di macchina del caffè, bollitore e ristrutturata bene. Abbiamo passato quattro giorni alla grande. La signora è stata molto accogliente e molto disponibile a tal punto che ci ha portati lei al b&b.

• LE DORNER (8/5): Excellent rapport qualité prix avec un emplacement facile d'accès en voiture - Chambre et salle de bain récente et confortable et propre. L'appartement est calme malgré un emplacement passant en périphérie du centre ville. Il nous a été proposé un parking à quelque rues de l'appartement, mais nous avons pu nous garer sans soucis à deux reprises dans la rue quasiment devant l'entrée de l'immeuble. Accueil courtois et arrangeant sur les horaires. Le petit plus est une machine à café en plus de la possibilité de faire du thé. Le petit déjeuner se prend dans un bar à quelques centaines de mètres de l'appartement et contrairement à ce qui est indiqué en note globale, il est plutôt frugal, un expresso italien avec un croissant. Pour un séjour prolongé la cuisine peut permettre de se préparer un petit déjeuner sur place
• gina.12 (10/5): Excelente relación precio calidad, instalaciones nuevas. - La habitación super amplia y estaba muy limpia, todo como nuevo, cama muy cómoda, instalciones frescas, ofrecen amenities y snacks. Superó mis expectativas. A pocos metros fuimos a un restaurante que nos encantó. Parada de bus muy cerca. Wifi no funcionaba, el desayuno muy básico y ubicado en un bar que el domingo estaba cerrado y no tuvimos desayuno.
