• Coventry (10/5): Excellent stay in gorgeous Riad! Highly recommended! - Absolutely stunning riad in superb location. Rooms are beautiful, spacious and very comfortable. Plush towels, robes and bedding. Freshly made breakfast, lovely and delicious meals available. Quiet and relaxing. Really enjoyed the rooftop pool and terraces. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We felt safe and well cared for. Perfect way to see Marrakech for the first time. Don’t miss a visit to the gorgeous Hammam! Body scrub, massage, sauna were just a perfect way to wrap up a few days in dreamy Marrakech. Highly recommend! Nothing. It’s perfection.
• Dominique (8/5): Geweldig! - Een prachtige en rustige riad. met super vriendelijk en gastvrij personeel. het ontbijt was top en varieerde elke ochtend een klein beetje met een standaard basis. elke dag vers gemaakt en we kregen Marokkaanse thee bij aankomst. we kregen super goede tips van het personeel en ook de transfers werden voor ons geregeld. De bedden waren wat aan de harde kant. maar hier wen je erg snel aan dus dit was geen enkel probleem! we hebben echt een geweldig verblijf gehad. een rustige plek in een toch wat hectische en drukke stad.

They also have a pool (not super deep) but enough to cool down and they have sun beds on the terrace if you do want to tan. • Sigrid (1/5): - Very disappointing and stressful experience – completely unacceptable handling of serious issues. We chose this riad because of the high ratings, but unfortunately our experience was the exact opposite of what we expected. The problems started immediately with a malfunctioning shower that sprayed water uncontrollably across the bathroom. Staff attempted to fix it, but the issue continued. The following morning we woke up to water leaking heavily from the ceiling. The bathroom was flooded, our belongings and personal products were soaked, and the entire situation felt extremely unhygienic and unsafe. We had to wake up the receptionist in the every early in the morning, and despite promises that the owner and maintenance would arrive quickly, we were left waiting for hours with no real solution. After approximately 7 hours, we were moved to a smaller and clearly inferior room without any proper compensation or apology. What made the situation even worse was the complete lack of professionalism and accountability from management. We were repeatedly promised that the owner would speak to us and compensate us for damaged belongings, but this never happened. Even now, long after checkout, nobody has followed up despite multiple assurances. We also experienced serious hygiene concerns during the stay. We were served water that appeared to be tap water rather than bottled water, which is highly concerning for international guests. In addition, basic requests throughout the stay were constantly ignored or forgotten. By the end of the trip, the atmosphere had become so uncomfortable that we avoided spending time at the riad altogether and only returned late at night to sleep. This experience significantly affected our trip to Marrakech and left us feeling stressed, ignored, and completely unsupported as guests. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this property.

La experiencia del Hammam y el masaje estuvo increíble. La predisposición del personal para que la experiencia en su alojamiento fuera satisfactoria. • Rudolf (10/5): A wonderful place providing outstanding service. - We received a very warm welcome and immediately fell in love with this wonderful small riad. Abdul and Yassin were incredibly lovely, helpful, and kind. Their friendliness made us feel truly welcome and comfortable throughout our stay. Yassin even prepared an early breakfast for us because he didn’t want us to leave without having breakfast — thank you, Yassin! The breakfast was always fresh and typically Moroccan, with msemen, fresh orange juice, eggs, and more. I also had the best orange cake ever! The riad was beautifully decorated, and we really enjoyed the quiet and peaceful atmosphere. The terrace offered several nicely arranged seating areas, as well as a small but lovely and refreshing pool. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely come back one day. The riad is perfectly located in the medina, in a quiet little street, only five minutes away from the souk. Thank you, Abdul and Yassin, for your kindness! The room was a little bit small for 3 people... but very very nice, so it did not matter.

Besonders hervorheben möchte ich Yasinn, der mit seiner außergewöhnlichen Freundlichkeit und Herzlichkeit unseren Aufenthalt zu etwas ganz Besonderem gemacht hat. So einen aufmerksamen und hilfsbereiten Service habe ich wirklich noch nie erlebt – selbst nicht in sehr teuren Hotels. Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen und bestens umsorgt. Das gesamte Team ist äußerst professionell, aber gleichzeitig warm und persönlich eine seltene Kombination. Das Riad selbst ist wunderschön, sauber und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Es herrscht eine ruhige, entspannte Atmosphäre, in der man sofort abschalten kann. Ich kann dieses Riad von Herzen weiterempfehlen und würde jederzeit wiederkommen. • Catherine (9/5): Beautiful Riad and lovely staff - This is a beautiful Riad in a lovely quiet location but 10 / 15 mins walk from all the main attractions. It has an onsite spa which we also used for Hamman and massage, beautiful rooftop and lovely breakfast! The staff are so helpful and friendly too always there if you need them. We got a Hamman in the spa below but there wasn't much exfoliating - the lady just left us in the steam room. The massage was good. We had to ask for some water after the Hamman - might have been nice to have this available and allow us to remove wet swim wear and put on something dry before the massage.

• Lestari Nuriza (10/5): Comfortable stay, beautiful riad and wonderful staff! - This was my friend and I’s favourite riad we stayed in during our one week trip in Morocco. Our room was exceptionally spacious, featuring a large double bed as well as a sofa that converted into a single bed. The mattress was incredibly comfortable—easily the best sleep we had. The location is another major advantage. The riad is ideally situated right near the entrance to the souks, while also being close to the edge of the medina. This made it very convenient to explore on foot and to access taxis when needed. All the main tourist attractions are within walking distance; the longest walk we took was around 25 minutes. What truly stood out, however, was the staff. Everyone was warm, welcoming, and consistently friendly. A special mention goes to Yassim, who took the time to chat with us each day and made us feel genuinely at home. Breakfast each morning was excellent, and although we didn’t have enough time to fully enjoy the swimming pool and hammam, they looked like great amenities to unwind in. Overall, I would highly recommend this riad for its comfort, location, and outstanding hospitality. Nothing!

• Alice (10/5): Best thing about a wonderful holiday - Breakfast was amazing and filling. Staff were friendly and insanely helpful (helping resolve issues with a tour not booked through them). We ate evening meals there which were among the best meals we had in Morocco. The airport pick up and drop off were seamless and I would highly recommend. The place itself is an oasis with the waterfall, birds and peace. The rooftop terrace is lovely with a small pool for kids and a lounging deck with views across the city to the mountains. We loved everything, however, it is a small family hotel (I think they have six rooms) and some rooms open onto the courtyard (as with any riad). You have to wait a bit for the shower to get hot - not a problem once you figure it out.

Külön köszönet Yassin-nak, aki minden kérdésben a segítségünkre volt, gyakorlatilag a nap bármely szakában. A hammam szép és tiszta volt, viszont meglehetősen rohanós volt minden napunk, így nem tudtuk kipróbálni.

• Maria (10/5): Loved our stay! Beautiful, relaxing Riad, just a few minutes away from the Souk. - Everything was new and clean. Super beautiful Riad, with small artistic touches that we appreciated a lot. The staff was very friendly, helped us with everything needed. We asked for a shuttle to the airport the night before the check-out and everything went smoothly. Loved the breakfast, they served us different options every day. Overall it was a great experience, relaxing and enjoyable. There’s nothing we didn’t like. The rooms are indeed quite small and with not much natural light but it was absolutely fine for us. This is something typical for Riads and we’re happy to have stayed in a place that has a history.

The place is a beautiful oasis of calm in busy Marrakech. There was sometimes a group of men hanging around near the entrance to the riad, but the staff always came outside to meet us.

La posizione è ottima in quanto appena fuori dalla Medina: questo permette un buon riposo rimanendo comunque a breve distanza dai souk. Particolare non da poco: si trova a 2 min da una strada in cui possono accedere macchine e taxi: comodissimo per gli spostamenti da e per l’aeroporto, soprattutto con le valigie.
• Ricarda (10/5): Marokkanische Gastfreundschaft in stimmungsvollem Riad - Das Riad ist sehr stimmungsvoll eingerichtet, sowohl die Zimmer als auch der Speiseraum und die Terrasse. Besonders hervorzuheben sind aber die herzlichen und aufmerksamen Gastgeber und Mitarbeiter, die uns freundschaftlich behandelt haben und durch die es schwerfiel, weiterzureisen . Wir konnten sogar zusammen mit dem Besitzer bei einem Tee ein Fußballspiel gemeinsam anschauen. Das Riad ist hellhörig, aber auch das gehört zu einem Riad-Erlebnis im Zentrum von Marrakesch dazu.

• Carina Belén (10/5): EXCELENTE RIAD, VOLVERÍA MIL VECES !!! - La atención del chico que estuvo en nuestra estancia moreno de pelo rizado porque no recuerdo su nombre, ha sido lo mejor del Riad, atento, respetuoso,educado, siempre pendiente de cada detalle con información y haciéndonos sentir cómodos en todo momento !! El desayuno muy rico, el té y la bienvenida para destacar, habitaciones limpias cómodas con todo lo prescindible!! Nada, todo impecable !!!

All staff members was so friendly and helpful, but I must say Abdul was our star, always with some good advice. Breakfast always on agreed time, coffee on the terace, taxi arangements, laundery service etc. This riad is also good for solo femail travelers, we felt very safe. Definitely will come again. -
• Christa Hoff (7/5): Mooi nieuw Riad - Personeel echt heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Erg mooi dakterras, gezellig ingericht. Oog voor detail. Ontbijt was redelijk. De kamers zijn erg donker en kaal, er is geen raam. Helaas geen waterkoker of koelkastje, dat mag je voor die prijs wel verwachten.

Le petit déjeuner servi est délicieux et varié . le personnel est agréable . mon regret est de ne pas avoir pu prendre notre petit déjeuner sur la terrasse alors qu'il faisait très beau . la piscine n'est pas chauffée nous n'avons donc pas pu en profiter alors qu'il faisait chaud !

We booked last minute due to a flight cancellation, the staff were very accommodating and I was able to book a hammam and massage the same day, which was great. We had the best meal of our trip here, and the night porter was very friendly and helped us to get our taxi the next morning. Highly recommend staying here when in Marrakesh!

• Maikel (10/5): Einmaliges Riad! Wie der Name sagt, alle sind eine Familie! - Wo soll ich anfangen!? Unser Urlaub verlief leider ganz anders als erhofft. 5 von 7 Tagen haben wir in Krankenhäusern verbracht aufgrund einer Lebensmittelvergiftung.. Das gesamte Riad-Team hat uns aber so unglaublich geholfen bei allem, dass wir unsere Dankbarkeit garnicht in Worte fassen können. Nabil, Abdul und sogar die Besitzer waren mit uns im Krankenhaus um uns zu unterstützen oder den Transport zu organisieren. Der Name des Riads ist hier wirklich Programm - eine Familie! Das hat unseren Aufenthalt doch noch zu etwas positiven gemacht. Zudem ist das Riad wunderschön eingerichtet und man fühlt sich super wohl. Nochmal vielen Dank für Alles! -
• Sofie (9/5): Prachtig, rustige plek in het midden van de stad met rooftop, zwembad en enorm vriendelijke mensen - Dit was een heel aangenaam verblijf. Iedereen was super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De riad is werkelijk prachtig zoals op de foto's. Wij boekten luchthavenvervoer bij aankomst en was perfect. Bij aankomst in de riad kregen we een welkomst thee en koekje. Wij hadden de hammam geboekt en het was een fantastische ervaring, zeker zijn geld waard. Ook het eten was super lekker, een echte aanrader. De rooftop is zalig, heeft een klein zwembad met ligstoelen, handdoeken en zonnehoeden. Zelfs een nieuw bijgebouwd terras nog wat hoger met een adembenemend zicht op de stad en het Atlas gebergte, prachtig om de sunset te bewonderen. De kamer is klein, maar heeft alles wat je nodig hebt (douche, make up tafeltje, haardroger, handdoeken, badjas en nog zoveel meer). Elke dag wordt de kamer gekuist, opgeruimd en krijg je verse handdoeken en badjas. Er is 24/7 iemand beschikbaar aan de receptie voor vragen en om de deur te openen. Aan de gastheren kan je altijd vanalles vragen, ze zijn enorm behulpzaam. De riad heeft een perfecte locatie en alles is bereikbaar op wandelafstand. Daarnaast is er vlakbij de riad een plaats waar veel taxi's staan, wat het gemakkelijk maakt om een gele taxi te nemen als je niet kan/wil stappen. Het ontbijt was typisch Marrokaans en met heel veel liefde klaar gemaakt. Wij konden kiezen afhankelijk van het weer waar we aten (rooftop of in de prachtige binnenplaats). De riad zorgt voor een zalige oase van rust in het drukke centrum. Een tip: Boek activiteiten via Get your guide (gids, Afagay woestijn, ballonvaart...). Het bed is wat hard, maar opzich oke. We hadden een mindere ervaring met een gids, maar de gastheer was direct bereikbaar om te helpen en tips te geven, enorm vriendelijk!

• Mingyang (8/5): Pleasant experience overall, will come back, but absolutely insane and shocking they charge me 20 diram for water. It’s - Stayed in multiple Riads in Marrakech, this is the most well decorated one. You can tell the owner definitely put in efforts to deign it. Friendly staff. The price for SPA and message is European price. You can definitely find more local price / more affordable alternatives. You should expect to pay city taxes when you check out. When you request a service, a water, a tea, always confirm if it’s free.

• David (10/5): Great place to stay in an interesting place - make sure you know your way home! - Exceptional help. I decided to go for an evening walk at 21:30h, downloaded a map (or so I thought), and set off to find a bar. Enjoyed getting a sense of the place, but decided to head back to the riad. Arrgh!! Satnav on the phone not working. Wandered around for 30 minutes relying on my sense of direction, down some dark empty streets. Eventually found a small square with a tiny shop and - thank heaven - a name. Phoned the riad, spoke to Abdul (I think) trying to explain where I was - passed the phone to the shopkeeper. He said "they are on the way" and handed me my phone back. 10-15 minutes later Nabil turned up on his motorbike, so I had a 15 minute tour of the Medina on the back of his bike as we headed back. So, places is very clean, food was excellent, and Abdul and Nabil were so friendly and helpful. Nothing, all good

• Pawel (10/5): - Za każdym razem drzwi otwiera przy miły Pan Abdul. Jego uśmiech daje poczucie powrotu do domu. To rzadko spotykane w hotelach na całym świecie. Bardzo podoba mi się zapach w hotelu fontanna oraz śpiew ptaków o poranku.

• Harriet (9/5): Stunning stay in Marrakech - The riad was beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. Hosts were really lovely and friendly, and we enjoyed watching the AFCON final with them. Breakfast was simple and freshly made every morning - and the variations to the sweet breads and yogurts each day made it special. Nice to have spa facilities onsite. There are no facilities to pay by card onsite, which would have made check out easier. Cars cannot drive to door of property, so for tours and taxi pick up/drop off is 3 mins up the road at the college.

• Pamela (10/5): Esperienza indimenticabile al Dar a Marrakech! - Abbiamo soggiornato in questo luogo meraviglioso e non potremmo esserne più entusiasti. Il Dar è nuovissimo, curatissimo e pulito in ogni dettaglio. Lo staff è stato incredibilmente cordiale e disponibile, sempre pronto ad aiutarci a qualsiasi ora del giorno (e della notte!). Appena arrivati siamo stati accolti con il tradizionale tè alla menta e deliziosi dolcetti locali, un gesto che ci ha fatto sentire subito a casa. Senza nemmeno dover chiedere, ci è stata mostrata una mappa della città con tutte le attrazioni da visitare, ottimi consigli sui ristoranti e utili spiegazioni su come muoverci e comportarci a Marrakech. Ci siamo sentiti coccolati dal primo all’ultimo giorno. L'atmosfera calda e autentica del Dar, unita all’ospitalità sincera dello staff, ha reso il nostro soggiorno davvero speciale. Un posto che consigliamo a occhi chiusi e dove non vediamo l’ora di tornare! Assolutamente nulla!
