- Ines (8/5): Sympa - La luminosité L’espace Lits confortables Grande salle de bains qui relie les 2 chambres Emplacements idéal, proche des commerces et du tram La chaleur : un système de Clim serait plus favorable pour ce genre d’établissement, surtout à l’étage il fait très chaud malgré les ventilateurs mis à disposition. Le canapé : il serait peut être temps de changer le canapé qui est dans un état pitoyable. Système de récupération des clés : devoir aller chercher les clés quelques rues plus loin peut être fastidieux pour le/les voyageur(s).

- Emma (7/5): Bien mais appartement mal entretenu - La déco et le style de l’appart 3 nuits : Pas de sac poubelle , 2 fin de rouleau papier toilette à l’arrivée, demande une grosse caution (non débité 👍) mais pour un appart déjà bien abîmé, le robinet de la cuisine fuit, l’accroche du pommeau de douche cassé, et ampoule manquante (celle-ci a été notifié dans un précédant avis client entre avril et novembre ..) serviette de bain très fine …

- Rayya (6/5): Spacious/comfortable but NOT clean - Great location. Spacious living room letting lot of daylight in. Walking distance to attractions and eateries. Beds comfortable. Not clean. There was a stain on one of the beds. Also some signs that it was not cleaned after previous guest too (such as emptied shampoo bottles left behind and hair). The couch could use a change/clean..it felt a bit grubby that we put a sheet on top of it before sitting.

- Gabrielle (8/5): Very good - A great little apartment. Being so roomy was amazing. Because we didn't have data it was a bit stressful getting the information about the key. A photo of the key box would have been good. We couldn't get the film of where the key box was.
- Lucinda (8/5): Nice apartment, complicated system of renting. - Position is great. Lovely outlook. Nice 'Jack and Jill' bathroom between the rooms. Comfortable beds. I've never had to supply so much information before I arrived when renting an apartment. They want proof of ID plus a credit card before we were sent any details about how to access the property. I was seriously concerned that it might be a scam(but it was fine!)Then, when details were sent I couldn't open the relevant information with accompanying video of how to access the key. Ended up having to phone them from outside the property with only 2% phone charge.... All a bit hairy. The information was re-sent when I requested how to leave the keys at the end, and that time the link worked. However, they were at least contactable and nice to talk to, and did sort it out in the end....but what a palaver!
