• masae (8/5): 場所も部屋も概ね◎ - 場所がナイトマーケットのすぐ近くで、どこに行くにも利便性が良かった。部屋も割と大きく、ドライヤーも備え付けで快適だった。 私のwifiの状況が悪かったこともあるが、スタッフに連絡がつかずにチェックインに手間取った。偶然出会ったさきにチェックインしていた家族連れのおかげで事なきを得たが、ホテル内で宿泊客にほとんど会わなかったので、会えなかったらと思うと怖い。あとは部屋にトイレがないのと、トイレットペーパーや歯ブラシなどの備品がないので準備が必要。泊まることを検討されている方は事前にしっかり確認した方が良いかと。

• David (8/5): Very good - Great location on the edge of Chinatown and Jonker walk, easy walking to many places and temples, with great grab services. Also a friendly manager was helpful with good advice. The room had a shower but no hot water, so I used the shared shower facilities close by. Maybe bad timing during building renovations on the ground floor. Disturbed sleeping patterns because of a surging water pump constantly on and off all day and night.

• Victoria (6/5): It has potential if they listen to feedback - The location Is excellent, near the main street and with lots of options to eat. The Aircon worked perfectly. The bathrooms were clean enough. The man from the reception was nice and friendly. It's a new building and it has a kit of potential as long as they manage to improve some aspects. First, they give you coffee and tea but there's no kettle either in the room nor the common area, which is non existent. There's no minibar either so it's hard to keep cold water with the heat. The toilets are clean enough but I think that's because there wasn't anyone else on the second floor. However, you can tell they don't clean it often because no one replaced the toilet paper when it was over. If you text the manager, they would supply with some but excellence is in the details, I think. Also, be careful if you search for the address on Google maps because this new building does not appear on it.

• Javen (7/5): Good - This hotel is located in a very hidden spot. Although the building itself is quite prominent, we passed by several times without realizing it was the hotel because there was no sign with the hotel's name on the building. We had to contact the hotel, but when we called, the person who answered said it was not their branch and gave us another phone number. The first number we called was not answered, and then we were given yet another number. It took us a long time to finally confirm the hotel's location. We finally arrived at the hotel around 2:45 PM. Although there was a sign at the front desk stating that it opened at 1:30 PM, there was no staff present. Since check-in was at 3 PM, we decided to wait. Later, we saw three staff members walking around, but they kept telling us to wait. One of them briefly looked at printed booking at the front desk, then walked away slowly without explaining anything. We had to stand there for half an hour, and check-in was delayed until around 3:17 PM. When we got to our floor, we saw that a nearby bathroom had a burst pipe. In our room, the tap water initially came out yellow but cleared up after a while. Although the bedsheets had some stains, at least the bathroom was clean. However, the shared bathroom and toilet outside were quite dirty. The location is great, close to Jonker Street. There is also a parking lot in front of the hotel. However, since we couldn't find the hotel and couldn't reach the staff, we ended up parking farther away.

Is the hotel safe without a fire extinguisher? Is it safe for anyone to enter the password lock outside? The child slept all night and was bitten by two insects. Last night, I sat by the bed and was bitten by insects. Does the new hotel have a bug bed?

• Mohamad (9/5): GOOD LOCATION WITH GOOD PRICE - Stayed at Swing and Pillow in Malacca and had a great experience. The location by the river is beautiful and convenient. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly. A nice, peaceful place to stay
