• ELZORRO (9/5): - Me gustó que la zona era muy tranquila y el personal muy amable, el salón muy bonito La distancia al centro, me equivoqué porque creía que era centro al lado de la catedral pero al final estuvimos muy bien
• Jose María (3/5): Falta limpieza. - La ubicación. Muy sucio, le faltaba limpiar urgentemente el polvo de todo el apartamento, se notaba mucho que le faltaba limpieza profunda, las habitaciones, el salón, muebles, cortinas... Falta mucha limpieza. Además de la escobilla del baño partida, y algunos detalles que se ven por descuido. Lo salva la ubicación y que el trato por teléfono del personal fue atento y educado.
• Wiebke (8/5): - I loved the living room with the roof and windows overlooking the church and alleys. Quiet neighbourhood but not far from sights/food. Bottled water in fridge was a nice touch. Some issues with the downstairs door lock (but Paula was quick to advise). Could be cleaner.

• Giovannini (8/5): Lovely house, good location, quiet neighborhood, maintenance and deep clean needed - Excellent property. Big enough to make it feel like a home away from home. Lovely view from the window. A bit of a walk from the main part of town but we didn’t mind. Very quiet area. The only sound come from the bells chiming in the hour from the church opposite. Maintenance needed. Broken tile in the bathroom from a heavy toilet roll holder that doesn’t stick to the wall, waterfall shower not working, coffee machine missing capsule drawer making it unusable, stains on all lamp shades, missing door knob on front door, damaged skirting boards. All minor things but that added up. In addition to that the flat was not truly clean. Visible dust in lots of places, especially in difficult to clean spots due to furniture design, rug needed a serious clean as we found plenty of hair and a toenail from a previous tenant. Pillows were also dirty and need a good wash or a replacement. Informed owner of all of this on arrival but received no response. Minor maintenance and a deep clean would make this a 5/5.

• Nina (7/5): Bella, ma poco curata - La posizione e la tranquillità sono le cose che ho apprezzato Un climatizzatore tenuto aperto da una molletta, ma comunque rotto nella stanza principale. Li ho contattati e si sono scusati. La macchina del caffè era mancante del pezzo dove si inserisce la capsula. La Polvere non era stata tolta nonostante il check in alle ore 15

• pedro pablo (8/5): Con un poco de atención podría ser un alojamiento excelente - Es amplio y tiene buena ubicación. No se aparca mal. Le falta algo de cariño al apartamento.
• Ortega Verano (10/5): - Ubicación excelente, trato del personal impecable El apartamento es perfecto pero se nota el “uso” ya que había varias cosas rotas o con desperfectos (mampara de la ducha, cortinillas de la entrada, bombillas fundidas, etc). La limpieza del apartamento tampoco era excelente aunque es comprensible porque nos facilitaron la entrada 3 horas antes del check in
• adfvargas (7/5): Bien situado y buen precio, pero muy mal mantenido - El apartamento está bien situado, cerca de la zona centro de la ciudad, es luminoso y tiene buenas vistas. Se ve que originalmente se hizo una buena inversión en el acondicionamiento. El barrio es tranquilo y se puede aparcar relativamente fácil en zona gratuita. El mantenimiento habitual deja mucho que desear. En Booking había comentarios de hace meses sobre un problema con la mampara de la ducha (falta una de las hojas de la puerta) y aún sigue en las mismas condiciones. El microondas no calienta y no hay ni una sola sartén. Estas dos cosas también lo habíamos leído en comentarios.

• Sandra (10/5): - El Apartamento está muy bien, la decoración es bonita y no le faltaba de nada, ubicación buena a 10 minutos del centro caminando. El personal atento, incluso nos dejaron entrar antes de hora, Flavio muy amable.
• Bea (7/5): Bien - La localización, la cama es cómoda y el apartamento es muy bonito. También nos dejaron dejar las maletas en una oficina que tenían y nos salvó de estar cargando con ellas todo el día después de dejar la casa. No tenía sartenes, solamente tenía cazos / ollas y nos parece algo esencial en un alojamiento. El microondas no funcionaba, por muchos minutos que lo poníamos no calentaba nada. También a los cristales de la ducha le faltaba una parte y se salía el agua y se pasaba un poco de frío. La calefacción del salón no llegaba a calentar nada porque la rendija solo apuntaba hacia abajo. A pesar de estas cosas el resto bien.
• Sara (9/5): Wonderful apartment, very cosy and quite. - The apartment is even more beautiful in person than in the photos. It’s just a five-minute walk from the city centre, and it’s very easy to reach any part of Seville on foot — we didn’t need to use any transportation at all. The place was clean and very comfortable. There are just a few small details that could make it even more convenient, such as having a dish rack, although the kitchen space is quite limited. The host was very responsive and friendly, making check-in and check-out extremely smooth. The apartment was quiet at night, which made our stay very relaxing. The bed was comfortable and we slept very well. The layout is well thought-out, making good use of the available space. Highly recommended. Little trouble with the AC, microwave and the shower, but overall they were not big issues.
• Lila (7/5): Overall, the stay was fine – great location and nice service, but the apartment needs a few repairs and maintenance to m - Great location – very close to the main attractions, restaurants, and shops. The staff were friendly and responded quickly. Unfortunately, there was an issue in the apartment that made it difficult to use the bathroom – the shower cabin doors were damaged (one of the sliding doors was removed), so the bathroom floor got flooded every time we took a shower. The microwave in the kitchen was very old and not working. I know this is not the owner’s fault, but there was loud noise from renovation work in a nearby building every morning around 8 a.m., which made it hard to have a quiet start to the day.

• Johannes (10/5): Perfecto - El apartamento está perfecto, tal y como se ve en las fotos. Paula me informó sobre el registro y la baja; todo transcurrió de forma rápida y agradable. Los principales lugares de interés de la ciudad están a poca distancia a pie; se tarda 10 minutos andando hasta el casco antiguo y 15 minutos hasta la Giralda.
