• Özlem (9/5): Sehr sauberes und hervorragend gelegenes Hotel mit außergewöhnlich freundlichem Reception- und Housekeeping-Team, aber v - Das Hotel war insgesamt sehr sauber, modern und sehr gut gelegen. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das Team an der Rezeption – Herr Duran, Herr Ali, Herr Batuhan und Herr Ulaş waren wirklich außergewöhnlich freundlich, professionell und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Man hat sich durch ihre Aufmerksamkeit und ihr Interesse sehr willkommen gefühlt. Auch Frau Nur vom Housekeeping war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und hat ihre Arbeit hervorragend gemacht. Der Service dieser Mitarbeiter hat unseren Aufenthalt deutlich angenehmer gemacht. Selbst wenn man an der Bar saß, kam oft jemand von der Rezeption vorbei und fragte, ob alles in Ordnung ist oder ob man noch etwas braucht. Dieses Engagement war wirklich bemerkenswert. Leider kann ich das Gleiche über den Service an der Bar nicht sagen. Die Mitarbeiter dort wirkten eher passiv und nicht besonders aufmerksam. Im Vergleich zum hervorragenden Reception-Team war der Unterschied beim Service deutlich spürbar.
• Julia (10/5): Amazing hotel with great staff - The stay was absolutely beautiful. The staff did everything to make our stay most comfortable. Thank you for the lovely service. Moreover, the breakfast was delicious and had a great selection. Very comfortable beds! The aircon is centrally regulated so during our stay only heating was able to be turned on. The staff offered some fans to make the room less hot so that was great.

• Edwin (9/5): Hidden Gem hotel in Istanbul - Walking distance both to Sisli and Mecidiyekoy stations. Restaurants, Cafe and Carrefour are very close to the hotel. Very professional service. They accommodated our request for late check out. None.

I will come back again next time I’m in Istanbul, probably in September. - This pretty hotel is in a lovely, quiet neighborhood on a street filled with cafes and small stores. It is outside the noise of the touristic center but an easy walk to a fast, frequent metro which takes you there. I went twice and was relieved both days when I returned “home.” Just as important, the staff is kind, attentive and goes the extra mile. I felt like they truly cared about me, especially Lilas and Duran. Thank you guys!!! Nothing

• Ibrahim (1/5): تجربة لن تتكرر في هذا الفندق. - موقع الفندق لايوجد تكيف في الغرفة، والغرفة كانت حارة جداً ، لم نستطيع النوم بسبب حرارة الغرفة، وطلبنا من الموظفين توفير مروحة ، لكن أفادونا بعدم توفرها ، وأحضروا لنا في اليوم الثاني مروحة لكنها لا زالت الغرفة حارة ، لا أنصح بالإقامة في هذا الفندق بتاتاً، لا سيما انه قيمة الغرفة كانت مرتفعة بالمقارنة مع الفنادق الأخرى . للأسف تجربة سيئة ولن أقوم بتجربتها مرة أخرى.

• Selin (7/5): War okey, aber wir kommen nicht nochmal - Das Frühstücksbuffet, vor der Tür gab es direkt einen Parkplatz für das Auto und die modernen Zimmer. Im 11. Stock gibt es keine Klima und die Fenster sind aus Sicherheitsgründen nur zu kippen (was verständlich ist) jedoch kann es nicht sein, erst auf Nachfrage einen kleinen Lüfter zu bekommen das nichts bringt! In den Zimmern gibt es keine Klobürste und nach der Reinigung wurde das Toilettenpapier nicht aufgefüllt!

• Nicola (9/5): - It was a great location close to a metro line - it's about 30min from the Old Town. It was clean and modern and the rooms are a great size. The breakfast wasn't very good - the cold meats looked dry like they were sitting out for way too long. There was no hot option like eggs.

Çalışalar çok güler yüzlü ve yardımcı hiçbir isteğimi kırmadılar ve birçok yerde ekstra ücret talep edilen şeyleri çözdüler. Özellikle Ulaş ve Oğuz’a çok teşekkür ederim. Eksi yönü hiç yok. Birçok odasında kaldım hepsinde aynı standardı yaşadım.

I will definitely come back and also recommend it to my friends and family! - The location of this hotel is unbeatable, situated within easy walking distance of a fantastic array of restaurants and shops. Whether you prefer walking, taking the metro, or using taxis, the accessibility is seamless. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the exceptional staff. During my stay, I suffered a sudden toothache late at night. The receptionist on duty was incredibly compassionate—she personally arranged a taxi to a nearby pharmacy so I could get medication. The fact that she followed up the next day to check on my recovery really stood out to me. It is rare to find such a caring team that makes you feel so genuinely at home.

Room was clean and quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful. Nearest metro/bus station only few minutes walk away. There's a Carrefour nearby for groceries Location not very central as it's still 30 mins away or so by bus from the usual tourist areas like Sultanahmet. Not many food options nearby but that's more of an area issue than a hotel issue

• Mehmet Firat (9/5): Great location, good breakfast, and very kind, helpful staff. - I stayed at this hotel for two nights and had a great experience. I chose it because of the good ratings, reasonable price, and its close proximity to the clinic where I had my dental operation. The breakfast was quite good and offered a nice start to the day. What really stood out was the staff’s kindness and support after my operation. They kindly allowed me to use their freezer for cold therapy and were always happy to switch the cooling elements whenever I needed them. Very caring and helpful staff — highly recommended. The room was a bit too warm, which made it hard to fall asleep. Aside from that, everything was very good.

Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den hervorragenden Service von Mehmet Bey und Batuhan Bey, die jederzeit sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit waren. • IURII (9/5): - Отличная коммуникация с персоналом, чистота в номерах, удобные кровати, хороший вид из окна (если брать вариант на море). Локация превосходная: от аэропорта на такси 35 минут. При этом рядом метро и можно быстро добраться до площади Таксим, также в 10 минутах пешком очень хороший торговый центр. В номерах, в которых я останавливался, дверь в туалет не глухая. Если живешь не один, то не будет возможности уединиться. Хотя знаю, что не все номера такие.
