Guest Reviews
- Klaudia (10/5): - Restaurants and shops were nearby, and we could walk everywhere easily
- Desiree (10/5): Perfect for a short visit -

- Cristina (1/5): DO NOT BOOK this place!!! Only thing acceptable was the location with exception that finding the entrance was not clear - Only thing acceptable was the location with exception that finding entrance was not clear and door was surrounded by garbage. Everything except location. Host advertises much larger apartment as well as suitable for limited mobility persons. This is not the case. Not only was the apartment missing three major rooms - bedrooms and living room, the place was dirty which could be over looked had we actually gotten the space we paid for and not been misled and deceived. There was a lack of linens and amenities.
- Jack (10/5): Super chill place - Honestly a really cool spot. Location is 🔥 — tons of food around Montorgueil and easy walk to the Louvre. Place was clean, smooth check-in, no stress
- Brook (10/5): Great Spot - Clean, well located near the Louvre and Montorgueil. Easy stay.
- Alexis (10/5): excellent stay - The apartment was an excellent choice for our time in Paris. The location Rue d’Aboukir and near the Montorgueil area is simply outstanding — lively yet comfortable, with plenty of cafés, bakeries, and shops just steps away. It’s also an easy walk to the Louvre, which made sightseeing very convenient.
Inside, the space was spotless, well organized, and thoughtfully equipped for both short and longer stays. The layout is functional and comfortable, with everything working perfectly. The host was responsive, professional, and helpful throughout the stay, which made the experience smooth from check-in to check-out. A very solid option for anyone wanting to enjoy central Paris in comfort.
- Titus (10/5): Great Stay in the Heart of Paris - Spent 2 lovely days in Paris staying on Rue d’Aboukir — such a cool and lively area. The Montorgueil neighborhood is full of charm with its pedestrian streets, cafés, and local food spots. It’s the perfect place to feel the real Parisian vibe.
Everything is within easy walking distance. The Seine is nearby for beautiful strolls, and the Louvre Museum is just a short walk away — ideal for culture lovers. The area also has great metro access, making it super convenient to explore the city.
Clean, central, and full of life — a great base for a Paris stay.
- Maya (2/5): Do not belive and do not rent this apartment for morebteh 3 person !!! - Location Property is much smaller then in offer !!! Rented for 8 person for 3 nights for 1400 euro 5 rooms : 3 bedrooms and 2 livingrooms ! Only one bedroom, others beds infront of toilet doors !!!!
- Dean (3/5): -
- Sarah (7/5): The Parisan Experience - The location was perfect plenty of eateries both authentic and commercial. A bustling area for younger wanderers., A cheese and wine heaven! The basement level bedroom was beautifully decorated you could hear the underground trains , this didn't bother us . The winding stairs looked lovely but not so great to climb up during the night to use bathroom. Therefore I wouldn't recommend for people with very young children or problems with climbing stairs. The kitchen wasn't cleaned throughout. The microwave was dirty and the refrigerator had frozen our food . It was very noisy during the night which disturbed our family which was in the upstairs bedroom. We are quite sure there is a club opposite the apartment. They were bath towels but no hand towels in bathroom or kitchen.
- Matthias (10/5): Spotless Stay Near the Louvre - space itself was simple, clean, and ideal for 1–2 people
- Katharina (10/5): Great Welcome, Super Clean Apartment - Stayed one night during our road trip
Great stopover spot – cozy, comfortable, and easy to check in
- Sebastian (10/5): Perfect Place Steps from the Louvre - We felt at home right away. It’s not a luxury place, but it’s definitely a great value
Would recommend for short-term visitors
- Dean (3/5): So, if you don’t really mind traversing the two spiral staircases to use the toilet at night, and you are happy to shell - The three levels meant a lot of room for the family to stay. The property was clean and the location was quite good, walking distance from a lot of big attractions, if you like to walk. The top floor (3rd) had both bathrooms, one next to the other, which is impractical and annoying, especially for those staying in the bottom level (1st).
There was little to no check instructions. We arrive a few hours early, due to the Eurostar getting in at lunchtime. 6 of us, including our 7 year old, walked to get to the accommodation, but with no signage we had no idea which building it was.
We asked the hosts via WhatsApp if we could just leave our luggage, after messaging the night before but not having our question answered, but not check in, but they said ‘no’ unless we paid them 80euros for early entry. There was no one in the property when we were standing out the front in the cold, but the host would just not allow us to leave our luggage?? Even in the entry part?? Off to a poor start. We paid the 80 euros, begrudgingly, as we had little chance of walking 6 suitcases and backpacks around Paris for 3 hours (proper check in time). It was a few that really made no sense and it was a bad start to the stay.
On our 3rd day we returned to the apartment late (8pm) to find the door code had changed, and we hadn’t been told. Again, with our 7 year old, in -1 degree cold weather, we waited in the street for 15 mins while my wife attempted to contact them to ask why we were locked out. Very poor service and again, no real apology or offer of
Compensation for the disruption.
- Elias (10/5): Calm and Professional Near the Louvre - Very well-organized accommodation with a hotel-style approach
The Louvre area is elegant and central. Clear communication and a serious, dependable setup
- Luisa (10/5): - It’s a great location for visitors. The old town is just a short walk away, and public transportation was close. The apartment was bright and clean.
- Kevin (10/5): Ideal for a Work Stay - Stayed here for work and it was spot on
Easy access to meetings, great cafés nearby, and a quiet place to focus at the end of the day
Very practical setup
- Lexi (10/5): Christmas Shopping Bliss - Perfect location for Christmas shopping
Everything was within walking distance, from small boutiques to festive streets
Lively atmosphere, yet the apartment was calm and comfortable
- Lennox (10/5): Right Next to the Christmas Market - Loved being so close to the Christmas market
The area felt warm and animated, especially in the evening. Great spot to enjoy Paris during the festive season
- Salomé (7/5): -
- Lucas (10/5): Best Area to Explore Paris - this apartment is a perfect. Great atmosphere outside, calm inside, and walking distance to the main attractions. Excellent value for such a spot.
- Emanuel (10/5): Paris at Your Doorstep - Staying here makes everything easy: cafés, shops, and the Louvre just around the corner. Functional place, quiet inside, and very convenient for exploring the city.
- Antonella (10/5): Central & Lively Stay - Amazing location right in Montorgueil, steps from great food spots and close to the Louvre. The apartment is comfortable, clean, and perfect to enjoy Paris like a local.
- lorie (4/5): Good location, wouldn't stay again. - The property was clean. We liked the location for it's close proximity to a Metro station and many cafe's. Two bathrooms with two shower's was a plus. We did enjoy a drink across the street at the hidden bar, however, it was noisy ALL night long with people coming and going. Had difficulty gaining access to the door code. The host was incredibly unhelpful. If you are older and not very tech savvy this process may be difficult. We were aware of the spiral staircase, but this may be challenging for some. The mattresses and pillows were very uncomfortable.
- Alexzander (10/5): Perfect Setup for Work & Stay - This apartment in the heart of Rue Montorgueil district was ideal for combining both my accommodation and my professional meetings. I used the space to present my leather goods collection, and having a comfortable work area right where I stayed was incredibly useful. The host was outstanding—organized, responsive, and truly professional. A great setup for business-focused stays.
- Bev (10/5): Fantastic Spot in Montorgueil - Right in the heart of Montorgueil, the flat was spotless and very comfortable. The host was kind, professional, and made everything simple from start to finish.
- Sidney (9/5): Clean Flat in a Charming Neighborhood - A clean, well-kept apartment located steps away from the cafés and pedestrian streets of les Halles district . The host was friendly and attentive, which made the stay feel effortless.
- Gabby (10/5): Great Spot in the Heart of Paris - Clean, quiet, and well-equipped place — ideal for exploring central Paris. Excellent value for such a prime location.
- Broderick (10/5): - Private, peaceful, and exactly what we expected. The host was responsive, and the apartment was clean and ready. Would recommend for short stays.
- Nico (10/5): Stylish and Super Convenient - Beautiful apartment with modern touches and a comfy bed. We loved being steps away from the Louvre and great cafés.
- Brooke (9/5): Awesome location. Unit was beautifully renovated - Unit was perfect for what we needed
- Michelle (7/5): - The location was great very central and close to metro and shopping center as well as having many restaurants, brasserie near by. The appart was clean and the locking system was good(but you need to have internet and phone to access which can cause a problem) The bathrooms were both upstairs so the basement bedroom had to climb 2 flights of stairs to go to the toilet or shower. Also the 2 bathroom doors were broken on arrival, one didn’t close and one locked us in a few times. The beds were ok but the upstairs room didn’t have a duvet on a thin blanket and the pillows were old and uncomfortably lumpy. No bedroom door for the downstairs bedroom.
- Klaus (10/5): Perfect Stay Near the Louvre - Amazing location just steps from the Louvre! The apartment was stylish, spotless, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The host was attentive and made everything easy. Couldn’t have asked for better!
- Rayko (10/5): - Eine tolle kleine Wohnung in günstiger Lage.
- Tifaine (1/5): Terrible experience — stressful, dirty, and completely unprofessional - A professional stay in Paris that turned into a nightmare.
From the very start, we spent over a full day just trying to figure out how to get the access to the flat: we had to pay extra fees outside Booking (€34 for sheets and a €500 deposit) simply to receive the access codes. The messages from the host were extremely alarming, even threatening. One literally said:
"👮‼️⚠️ 👮♀️ If you may come alone and without assistance, security officer will charge you 100€ and they can blacklist you from the property."
When we arrived at the apartment around 6:30 PM, it was clearly not cleaned after the previous guests — a truly disastrous state. Someone was finally sent to clean, and we couldn’t access the property before 10 PM.
The apartment itself was dark and closed, with no real windows to the outside except in the upstairs bedroom.
Getting an invoice was another struggle: after four messages, we only received a screenshot pretending to be one. The deposit was eventually refunded, but only after several follow-ups, and we received no refund or compensation at all despite everything that happened.
For a stay that cost nearly €1,000, this was simply unacceptable. Booking should really reconsider allowing this property on its platform.
- Tracey (7/5): Apartment is very well located. 15 minute walk to the Lourve. Lots of shops, cafes, grocery stores and transport near b - Excellent Location. Space to spread out in the upstairs area if you can make it up the spiral stair case. Had everything we needed for our stay, we only used the apartment for a base as we spent majority of time out exploring Paris. The sofa bed was uncomfortable, could do with an upgrade. Glass table very large for space. No natural light on the entrance ground floor or lower level.
- Céline (10/5): Oh la la magnifique !!! - Awesome location near the Louvre and historic areas in the 1st and 2nd district . It was the perfect place for our family, host is professional and was very helpful and kind
- YH Lee (1/5): An accommodation that advertises Dyson fans as air conditioners. - The Louvre Museum is nearby (within walking distance).
There's a subway station nearby.
A McDonald's and a supermarket are also close by. 1. The space has a basement, a first floor, and a second floor, which are accessed via a spiral staircase.
2. Although advertised as having air conditioning, there is none. Customers staying in the summer should not be fooled. The host insists that the Dyson fans are air conditioners. There are three Dyson fans in total—one on each floor—but the fan speed and direction cannot be adjusted. To control the Dyson fans, you need to install a separate Dyson app on your smartphone and authenticate the product, but one of the three fans is missing a serial number. This means that you can't even use the fans properly in the middle of summer.
3. The basement and first floor do not have a single window. There is no ventilation, and the basement is virtually unusable due to a moldy smell.
4. Although advertised as having high-speed internet, the Wi-Fi signal is poor in the basement.
5. There are two windows on the second floor, but a place presumed to be a club is directly across the street, making it noisy all night long.
6. There is no mosquito netting on the windows, so mosquitoes can enter.
7. The toilets are not located on each floor; two are side-by-side on the second floor. This is very inconvenient to use. If multiple people are staying, keep in mind that using the toilets may be difficult.
8. The glass table on the first floor looks very dangerous and fragile. If you are traveling with children, be careful when using the glass table.
9. The paint on the staircase leading to the basement is peeling off, and the floor tiles need repair.
10. I have at least 10 more personal complaints, but I will not include my personal feelings. The above is a list of objective facts.
Davvero sacrificata.
- Tanja (10/5): Short but perfect stay, 5 minutes from the Louvre Museum! - As soon as you step into the apartment, you see and smell the cleanliness! Being very particular about hygiene, there was nothing to complain about!
The decor is beautiful. I 100% recommend this place, nothing to complain about.
Quiet, secure location. Thanks again!!
- Venus (10/5): - Central location. Other options to open the outside door besides the app on the phone. Our phones were dying a couple days and we had to rush back so we could open the door before the phone went dead.
- JOSE DAVID (9/5): -
- Juste (4/5): Hidden fees is a red flag - Proximity, and it was clean, staff was helpful Too much light from outside at night, curtain let lights pass trough. Hidden fees of 10%, this was a nice surprise… Toilet door broke
- Susan (8/5): We stay for 6 nights and it was really comfortable and close to main attractions. - Great location and close to everything. Apartment was a great size. Staff were really helpful and responsive. The bathrooms were on the top floor so did make it difficult with main room downstairs.
- Marcel (10/5): Ideal location in the lively Montorgeuil district and close to the metro - First of all it is decorated with great taste and well laid out and very clean. It is well equipped with high resolution wifi, an office space with TV screen and computer. I was able to do my business meetings there without any problems.
- Lindsay (6/5): Excellent Location but stay overshadowed by strict conditions - The location was perfect.
Overall, our stay was good for our family of 7 for 5 nights, beds were comfortable.
3 Levels with 2 bathrooms next to each other on the top level, only the spiral staircase to move between the levels.
Staff was helpful and always available and prompt to respond.
Lovely bakery on the next street across, close to supermarkets and shops and a few minutes to the closest Metro We were very surprised to about the additional charges (city tax €6.25 pppn and destination fee €21.00 pppn) collected by the property which can only be seen on the confirmation email after the booking has been made.
A security deposit of €500 is required as per Important Information on booking.
Information sent by property prior to the stay (after the cancellation period lapsed) regarding damages. Guests are expected to clean the Linen and Towels at departure, security deposit occurs if failure to do so. It appears they can choose to charge the replacement fee as items are (apparently) disposed of if marks are found.
I’ve never heard of guests having to clean linen before departure. With only a small washing machine on property there are no facilities to clean and dry before departure.
Cleaning of linen and towels should be included in the €85 cleaning fee
I recommend recording/taking photos of sheets and towels and the condition the property before departure as proof. We didn’t and we regretted it! We were charged €80 for a mark on a duvet cover (most expensive item on the list) which I’m almost certain of wasn’t ours, but accepted the charge as we didn’t have proof it wasn’t ours.
We received our remaining security deposit 21 days after checkout.
- Nantarat (4/5): Disappointing -
- Shuhurullokh (1/5): I think that Paris Le Louvre is a scam - I think Paris Le Louvre is a scam I rented an apartment in Paris for one day for 145 euros. However, I noticed that two payments of $239 each were deducted from my Visa card. I decided to clarify the issue upon arrival.
When I reached the designated address, no one was there to meet me or hand over the keys. After some effort, I found a contact number from Booking.com. They only communicated via WhatsApp, and I couldn’t speak to a real person.
When I told them I had already paid, they demanded an additional online payment of 500 euros to provide an electronic key. I agreed but insisted on meeting a real person first to ensure I wasn’t dealing with scammers, especially since I had already paid 450 euros.
Instead, they directed me to another unrelated payment platform to make the 500-euro payment. That day, I had to stay at another hotel, paying more than 500 euros. I never imagined losing about 450 euros on a booking made through Booking.com.
- Lilianbedani (10/5): It was a very good place! For sure we will come back. -
- Vinod (4/5): Would never recommend this place unless there are no options - The location was good The checkin formalities were horrible to say the least.
- Matthew (9/5): Superb - The staff was great. Struggled with the nuki app, door lock. Staff helped solve the issue and assisted all the way.
- Londine (10/5): My friends and I love this place and will definitely come back next time! - They kindly offered us an early check-in, the accommodation was amazing with a huge clean kitchen and a clean bathroom.
The bedding was excellent quality! It is located close to a few metro stations within walking distance (2 minutes).
The area is quite safe, typically Parisian with good restaurants and supermarkets. There is a great food market next door with local products.
- Mahmoud (5/5): Passable -
- Kiranpal (10/5): Exceptional -
- Melinda (8/5): Very good - Location and comfort We couldn’t get the light on in the kitchen
- Daniel (10/5): Great place to stay, excelent location, with plenty of room. - Clear instructions to check in and find the keys, the place is located with cafés, bars, and restaurants close by, the staff is super friendly and helpful.
- Cobi (10/5): Because of the Franky and his team we had execelent time - Because of electricity problem we received another apartment, which was amazing.
Franky and his team take care of our arrival, gave the right instructions and were all the time available for questions.
Thank you so much Excellent!!!
- Marianna (8/5): Very good -
- Lori (10/5): Great location and apartment for families visiting Paris - Great location with easy access to restaurants and transportation.
It was comfortable and spacious for an our family of 4.
The owner was responsive and helpful with questions. We loved it!
If you don’t like stairs you should be aware they are required for up/down.
Also, if arriving early or on Sunday, there is no place to store luggage. You can pay for early check in or there is a Baggage Nanny nearby but not open on Sundays. We were stuck dragging our luggage around until able to gain entry to apartment.
- Emma (10/5): Brilliant location, host extremely friendly and helpful . - The apartment was in a great location . So close to all the main attractions and the Metro.
- Linda (10/5): Great position and easy access to all of Paris. - It’s proximity to great cafes, restaurants and specialty food. Also it’s proximity to the metro.
- Ederisa (8/5): Very good - It was in a good location. And i liked the place
- Blerta (9/5): Top location - The location is amazing, walking distance to main sights, restaurants, shops etc.
The staff was very helpful and fast to response. The apartment could have been cleaned better. I saw hair everywhere: bathrooms, towels etc. There was dust everywhere. The wifi did not work at all.
- Vjera (10/5): The host was very friendly and available at every moment! - I really loved everything about this appartment. The location was perfect, there are many restaurants nearby where you can have breakfast!
Ideal for small journey with your family!
- Fin (5/5): Very good location but WIFI need to improve since it is advertised with WIFI - Very good location. Plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Walking distance to three different metro stations There was no WIFI for most of our stay.
- Takao (10/5): Amazing place to stay, my family was happy - The property looks new; it is same as pictures and even better, modern decoration, clean and spacious.
We were all happy of our choice.and enjoyed sleeping and dinner there.
Metro is few steps, You can find too a lovely Parisian outdoor vegetable and fruits with a lot of trendy bars/ restaurants.
Staff was lovely and always available.
Security deposit was refund after two days.
- Vandenberk (7/5): Good - The location is perfect. Very clean. Cozy. Rooms aren’t exactly like the pictures. Not so good isolated against noise ( subway🙃and street noises)
- Patricia (5/5): Paris is a beautiful exciting city. - The location was excellent. Shops and restaurants near by. Beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were clean and very nice. We enjoyed the living space with a couch and table. The spiral stairs to get up to the bathrooms and beds were difficult for my 79 year old friend. Our booking confirmation stated that our apartment was all on the ground floor level and that there was an elevator to get to the upper floors. We were booked for apartment 40, but were switched to 42. We didn't have any kitchen towels to wash up the dishes we used. We lost the WIFI connection on Wednesday and it was never restored, making it difficult to access tickets, directions, and communication with our host. We had to buy toilet paper. The property kept half of our security deposit because we didn't wash our towels and bed linens. I did not know this was expected. I had asked the host what were the instructions before checking out and I was told just to leave the keys on the table.
- Linda (9/5): great location - Location was perfect. Easy access. Good decoration, great comfort, good amenities. I regretted the lack of practical stuff such as a blow dryer for ex. or some more kitchen tools (a big knife to cut bread would have been appreciated along with dishcloths ... ). The main room and the bigger bedroom are blind, windows only in the upper room. Street works under our windows.
- Josefa (8/5): Very good - Our host, Franke, was very lovely and helpful. He gave us detailed information on the check-in process and answered all our questions promptly. We found the accommodation easily. It is near restaurants and public transport. The property looks new and secure with locks. It is also clean and very nice dècor. The beds were comfortable, and the internet was provided, and nice showers.
- Giles (7/5): Overall a very pleasant stay. - Location, comfy beds and pleasantly decorated. No internet working. Some low level noise from Metro. Layout a bit awkward with both bathrooms on upper level next to each other and no locks on doors and not ideal for anyone in sofa bed outside them.
- Gary (10/5): Great spot - I recommend this accommodation 10/10. - I cannot recommend this place highly enough. It's incredible.
The location is amazing - central to everything and so close to public transport. The place itself is amazing, especially compared to others I've stayed in Europe. Everything is new and clean.
Modern fridge, washing machine, oven, etc. Perfect space for a family trip. The host was very helpful, friendly and quick to respond.
- Emilia (2/5): Overall a frustrating experience - Location was good. Spacious place. Unfortunately, the property was not as advertised and the hot water was not functional for our entire stay. Even after notifying management on our first night, we were unable to get any remedy during our stay. Now, this property has the potential to be a very nice experience, but due to these and other challenges, I cannot provide a positive review.
The property was not ready at the agreed upon check-in time.
The property does not have luggage storage (although we were told otherwise before booking).
Travelers should know that there is also a substantial deposit that is collected outside of Booking.com that does include some non-refundable fees, so the entire cost is not apparent on the listing.
- Pearsall (4/5): Several members of the group rated this as the worst Bookings.com experience. - Location Check in process was very poor. No PIN provided for the Key box, we requested from host several times. Took the host 45 min to respond. The group had to wait outside for 45 min until the host responded.
Main light in the apartment was on permanently, and had to be switched off at the main distribution board. We were not informed of this, and had to sleep with the lights on all night. Im sure this is not up to code?
There was no hot water in the apartment. The group had to have cold showers for 3 days. We informed the host on the first night, and he only responded the next day. He said he couldn't find anyone to attend to the hot water system.
One member of our group who has stayed in over a 100 Bookings.com residences, communicated with the host that this was his worst experience ever, and that we never received the value that we paid for. He requested a 50% refund due to the inconvenience of 3 days of cold showers, and the light being on the whole night. He did say he would give him a poor rating. The host took exception to this, and accused him of "Blackmail". This is recorded on the Booking.com communication platform.
I communicated to the host that the group had moved on, despite their poor experience.
The host then said that we had damaged the hot water system, after he said it was fine when they tested it after check out?
He also said that we had not washed the linen and towels. Ive never heard of washing before check out?
He then said if we write him a nice review he will refund the deposit.
"If you want to write us a nice review it can be a deal ?
Then we finish
Deal ?"
I don't care about the 500 Euro, but I will NOT let this go. It is unacceptable to be held to ransom for a review.
I invite you to review the correspondence on the Bookings.com chat, and give me your feedback.
Please advise the next step on the deposit refund.
Many thanks Ken
- Steve (10/5): Ideally located, clean, comfortable - what else? - ++Host was professional and kind.
- Sonia (6/5): Pleasant - Great location. Clean and spacious. Nicely decorated. Comfy beds. Probably not up to par with safety regulations as there are no windows except on top floor. Poorly isolated we can hear everything that goes on right beside (storage or business space) and the subway that passes right under. It felt like it wasn't quite ready for rental (missing lots of kitchen basics, the entrance almost makes you feel like you shouldn't be there, some of the lights only shut off with the electrical breaker in the wall.) The security deposit amount is ridiculous and takes forever to get back.
- Robert (7/5): A bit complicated - It looks better in the pictures they show -The location is actually two doors from the address.-The entrance ti the appointment needs a face lift. —We had a difficult time sleeping because there was no way to turn off the living room and the light shined into both bedrooms.
—after I made the reservation, I got an email informing me to pay over 500 euros for deposit and local taxes. I still have not been reimbursed despite numerous texts and emails asking for the deposit. Working with Booking.com for help.
- Angela (1/5): Bad - Nothing. We are extremely disappointed about our stay at “LOUVRE-MONTORGEUIL PARIS HISTORICAL CENTER” address listed at 40 Rue D’Aboukir, Paris, France 75002. The apartment that was listed and that we rented through your website was falsely advertised. We want to express our concerns with the apartment that we stayed at through your platform. I’m listing these reasons below:
1. We physically arrived at the address that was listed for the apartment (40 Rue D’aboukir, Paris, France 75002), and called the Paris phone number that was given to us when we arrived. The lady that was giving us the keys was waving at us from a different door, that had no house number on it. It was a few doors down from the address that we were given and arrived at.
2. The condition of the apartment was still under construction when we arrived inside. There was paper taped covering the entirely glass front doors and windows, and when we were let inside we noticed the entrance or the apartment was still very much under construction and not finished.
3. This listing was described to be a “3 bedroom apartment” from your website. But in reality it was a two bedroom apartment with both of the full bathrooms on the top floor.
The reason why we ended up staying in this apartment and not expressing our concerns sooner was because we arrived at 10 pm that night to the apartment, in a foreign country, with the 5 of us and we could not go anywhere else. We had no money left to spend on another apartment or hotel room because we already paid for this apartment in full including a security deposit and the next day we were starting tours that we booked and paid for in advance in full. And for these reasons we had no choice but to stay there during our stay in Paris. We took video proof of this apartment that we can send to you to validate our claim. For all these reasons and concerns, we want a full refund of what we paid for this apartment. Please can you help us get our money back bc we booked thru u.
- Emmanuel (10/5): Recommended. - Location Bath doors

© The location was excellent. There was even

fish to vegetables and clothes, lots of
shops, supermarkets, cafes, restaurants
and metro lines right next to it.
- Beyer (8/5): nice location, large space for families - nice location. excellent air conditioning. could use a good cleaning - dusty likely due to construction. kitchen could use some critical utensils - sharp knife, wine opener. internet not strong at all
