Quirineu (9/5): - Roberta da Seazone muito atenciosa. Prédio novo, tudo funcionando bem. Ambiente limpo. Nas necessidade tudo foi prontamente atendido. Voltaria com certeza. Com a intuito de melhorarem o atendimento, quando cheguei, meu quarto nao estava disponível. Fui alocado em outro até a limpeza finalizar. No quarto em que fiquei os controle remotos estavam com pilhas fracas, sabonete foi esquecido, mas prontamente entregue pela Roberta. Detalhes para serem melhorados. Voltaria.

Lana (9/5): Estadia prática e confortável. - O apartamento é muito confortável e equipado. Com uma vista muito boa e internet ótima para trabalho. Há eletrodomésticos e roupa de cama limpa disponivel. A localização é um pouco confusa, o bairro não oferece muitos serviços e a rua alaga rapidamente quando chove. Piatã tem uma praia linda, mas é perigosa. O flat tem espaço para oferecer algum café da manhã, mesmo que pago a parte, seria muito interessante.
Peter (8/5): Great for short stays. Close to the beach and several stores. - Location is great. Beach is very close and there are a lot of stores nearby that are very accessible by foot. The building is quiet and clean and modern. Roberta the host was really helpful and nice. Overall a pleasant experience. Had to force the door to open and close it. Also, in the photos there was a water filter near the sink but when I went to the apartment there was none. Lack of door on the shower is also not ideal. These are minor stuff for quick stays though.

Victoria de Figueiredo (7/5): Apartamento pequeno, mas tem os eletros necessários e foi bem planejado. Itens de cozinha estavam ok, mas só tinham prat - O espaço é compacto, mas foi bem projetado. No primeiro dia em que chegamos não havia internet, somente no fim do dia posterior e nos últimos dois dias a internet voltou a ficar ruim. Nossa estadia foi de 10 dias e não tinha ao menos 1 vassoura pra varrer, pano de prato e limpeza. A anfitriã responsável pela nossa acomodação foi extremamente rude, ignorou minhas mensagens. O atendimento foi péssimo.

MARCOS ROBERTO (10/5): - Os apartamentos são novos. Localização Segurança Recepção Ar condicionado Sistema com Alexa Smartv Bebedouro no apartamento 607. Travesseiros Cama é boa, apesar de pequena (o tamanho do Apto exige pequena mesmo). Abaixo listo algumas coisas, que seguem como medida de sugestão Falta cortina com black-out! Resolvi colocando a coberta. Ainda faltam alguns itens essenciais como, pano de limpeza da pia. Além de rodo e vassoura, dificultando a limpeza diária. Utensílios de cozinha, como: potes (para salada ou temperar alimentos), vasilha para esquentar alimentos no micro-ondas. Só deixaram 1 rolo de papel e 2 toalhas, para 5 diárias. Garagem limitada. Apenas 2 vagas rotativas para praticamente todo o prédio. Um pouco pequeno o apartamento (405).

Daiane Regina (7/5): - Localização e espaço muito bom. Para quem tem carro se atente com o fato de não ter garagem, mas deixamos do lado de fora o nosso, e foi super tranquilo.
roberta (10/5): Confortável e relaxante - Lugar maravilhoso, bem localizado, de frente para a praia, próximo a vários lugares de comida típica. O apartamento é super bem equipado, conta com todos os utensílios que você pode vir a precisar, itens de limpeza, cozinha, ar condicionado, iluminação agradável, super confortável. A Roberta da Seazone estava sempre a postos para ajudar se eu precisasse de algo. Super recomendo e quero voltar algum dia!
