• karim (1/5): À éviter - Rien Le manque de propreté. Appartement pas du tout entretenu. L'échelle du lit est cassée et très dangereuse. Le chauffage n'est pas du tout adapté. La salle de bain est extérieure et il y fait très froid. Le canapé est sale avec une odeur de poussière. La plaque de cuisson ne fonctionne pas. Le propriétaire ne fait rien à par "raise a report" à un service de maintenance inexistant puis s'excuse. Vous devez re- enclencher l'eau chaude si vous souhaitez vous laver les mains (2 étages plus bas). Vous serez accueilli par un amas de poubelles dès votre arrivée devant l'entrée de l'immeuble. Les serviettes sont stockées dans une pièce sale...

• dowglas (1/5): Não voltarei, nem de graça!! - Da imagem que anunciaram, sem saber cair em um golpe! A imagem mostra uma coisa, mas chegando lá mostra totalmente outra. Não é um flat, é um quarto! Péssima acomodação!! NÃOOOO escolham pra si. Difícil de chegar e não é iluminado a entrada. Wi-Fi = não tem. TV = não é conectada a rede de internet. Máquina de lavar = lava mas não seca. Fogão = não funciona Escada do beliche = quebrada e eles amaram com um cabo de fio. O principal, diz banheiro privativo, porém fica fora do quarto do lado de fora e já viu, pra ir ao banheiro à noite tem que sair do quarto. O quarto que fiquei é no 3 andar as escadas são apertadas para subir com mala. A mim foi informado um código PIN para retirar a chave 🔑 do cofre que fica já na entrada, mas o código não abria e quando entrei em contato justificaram que foi engano e nem a chave do porta principal tinhamos, Sempre corria o risco de chegar e a porta da frente está fechada. Ambiente sujo e tudo muito velho. Logo na entrada fica os cestos de lixos tudo entulhado que à noite complica a saída. Sem falar que é longe do centro dependendo onde for vai ter que sempre que pegar 2 transporte para voltar. Se você leu esse comentário antes de fechar acomodação, ufa você deu sorte. • Claudia L. (3/5): Null Service - eine Enttäuschung - Die Gegend war prima, gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, gute verkehrsanbindung. Die Wohnung war warm, Heizung individuell einstellbar. ​Die Küche war sehr schlecht ausgestattet, sodass Kochen nicht möglich war. Nur eine Mikrowelle, ein Wasserkocher und ein Toaster konnten benutzt werden. Wir haben die ganze Woche Mikrowellenessen oder Ramensuppe zum Aufgießen gegessen. Die bereitgestellte mobile Herdplatte war defekt. ​Wir haben uns an den Service (drei verschiedene Mitarbeiter) und an die Hausverwaltung unter der angegebenen Telefonnummer gewandt. Niemand hat unsere Belange ernst genommen. Wir wurden mehrfach ignoriert. Wir wollten lediglich fragen, ob die mobile Herdplatte gegen eine andere oder eine neue ausgetauscht werden kann. ​Ebenso wollten wir melden, dass die Leiter des Hochbettes kaputt und wirklich reparaturbedürftig ist. Eine Sprosse fehlte und die anderen waren wackelig und kurz vor dem Rausbrechen, weil die Schrauben locker sind. Für unsere vier Kinder, die dabei waren, war das definitiv keine sichere Sache beim Auf- und Absteigen. ​Das Geschirrset ist nicht ausreichend an Messern, Müslischüsseln und normalen Schüsseln oder eine simple Kanne für Tee. Es war schwierig, für 6 Personen Mikrowellenessen zuzubereiten, ohne das entsprechende Equipment. Auch ein paar scharfe Messer zum Schneiden wären toll, denn mit den drei Buttermessern kann man nicht wirklich Essen schnippeln. Und im Flieger darf man keine Taschenmesser mitnehmen. ​Warm Duschen war unter dem schwachen Wasserdruck und mit dem mystischen Boiler eine Kunst. Die Einstellung mit den zwei Zahlenrädchen war irgendwie wie Rätselraten. In den sieben Tagen, die wir da waren, haben wir nicht herausgefunden, was die richtige Kombi ist. Doch Hauptsache, man wird sauber. Im Bad könnten wenigstens drei Haken hängen, wo man sein Handtuch oder auch seine Klamotten aufhängen kann. Oder ein Stuhl oder kleines Regal, damit man irgendwie etwas ablegen kann. In der Wohnung selbst gibt es nur drei Hochstühle. Wer legt schon gerne seine Kleidung auf den Toilettendeckel oder auf den Boden?

• Stefania (1/5): Assolutamente pessimo - Assolutamente nulla Trovate un' altra sistemazione!arrivati all' appartamento, seguiamo le istruzioni ma le chiavi NON CI SONO!Contatto l' host e, dopo aver aspettato per più di un' ora che venisse qualcuno con le chiavi (ero io con i miei 4 figli), abbiamo deciso di andare a fare un giro con i bagagli al seguito, sperando di trovare le chiavi al ritorno...e così è stato. Ma le sorprese non sono finite: bagno "privato" ubicato però al di fuori della stanza (quindi poteva entrarci chiunque), doccia rotta, divano in condizioni oscene, sporco ovunque, tappeto del bagno e asciugamani sporchi, scaletta per il letto a castello (dove abbiamo dovuto dormire in 5) rotta, letto cigolante e pericolante (tant'è che abbiamo deciso di mettere uno dei materassi per terra e dormire li per paura che cedesse durante la notte. Insomma, un vero tugurio...menomale che abbiamo dovuto dormirci solo 4 notti ed abbiamo sempre mangiato fuori.

• Sara (4/5): Foi uma estadia razoável, até porque passamos maior parte dos dias fora do apartamento. Mas o apartamento foi um pouco d - Gostei dos acessos. O autocarro e o comboio são muito perto do apartamento, bem como mini mercado. O apartamento é num terceiro andar com escadas muito apertadas. O espaço é pequeno. A casa de banho está fora do apartamento. O espaço não estava devidamente limpo, o sofá tinha manchas de sujidade e as escadas do beliche não eram seguras, porque os parafusos estavam quase desapertados.

Frustrating that the owners ghosted us and ignored messages after arriv - It was close to everything and photos matched what it was The booking said they had air conditioning but it didn’t. Being on the third floor in summer it was really hot. Even a fan would be an improvement
• Guest (1/5): Very bad and dangerous, don't recommend to anyone - The neighborhood was nice, and it was close to the train station as well as the shops and restaurants. The room was nothing like the pictures. The listing said there was a living room and a separate bedroom, but in reality, it was just one large open space. It also said that there is an AC but ofc nothing was there. On top of that, on the first night, a cabinet fell off the wall — it had glasses, plates, and all sorts of items inside. Luckily, no one was standing there at the time, but someone could have been seriously injured. Our phones and valuables were on the table underneath, and if the cabinet had fallen on them, we would’ve suffered financial loss as well. I contacted the host the same day, and after that, we wanted to leave, but received no meaningful response — only that the matter would be forwarded to the manager. You can even see in the photos that the cabinet had clearly fallen off before. Thankfully, apart from the loud noise and shock, nothing worse happened, but I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
• Anonymous (1/5): Very bed - Nothing Very important!!! It was a very conjusted room with no ventillation except one window that opens in garbage spot it was too hot in london there was no portable fan also very difficult to survive we have to keep open the main doors of the flat whole night
• Molleker (1/5): Bad - We booked the property expecting the facilities mentioned in the listing—specifically, a private bathroom due to certain health conditions. However, the photos on Booking.com were misleading, as they do not make it clear that the bathroom is located outside the room. Upon arrival and check-in, we requested a room change. The customer support was extremely unprofessional—bordering on rude. They attempted to convince us that the bathroom should be considered private simply because there were no other guests on our floor. They then suggested that we find alternative accommodation if we required different facilities. We explained our health-related needs and asked to be provided with the room and amenities we had paid for. In response, the customer support abruptly ended communication. The next day, we received an email from Booking.com asking us to confirm that we had not checked in—information that had apparently been reported by the property, despite us clearly having done so. We strongly advise against booking this accommodation. It should be removed from Booking.com and other reputable platforms.

• Cameron (5/5): Served its purpose - It served its purpose - we only had a few nights but that was enough. Like a studio - beds kitchenette and couch in the room. It does have a washing machine, which is handy just not powder or laundry liquid or hanging rack. Self checking with key in lockbox Some features were unsafe to have kids around - ie cupboard to store things in we wouldn’t use as looked like it would topple over. Couch idea was great to pull out into sofa but dirty. ** Please note the bathroom is outside the room to use - was not aware of this when booking. And the locking of the bathroom door is a bit pesky
• Sak (10/5): Exceptional - Apartment hidden. Nice mission to find it. I recommend it during the day. It's a bit dangerous. It's ok for guys, I don't recommend it for women after night. Very good rating, great for me.
