- Carmen (7/5): Good price with parking, easy walk to the Civic for the concert we went to -
- Chloe (8/5): -
- Khan (10/5): Location is very good, staffs are good too. Room was good, - Cleanliness Absence of staff in reception
- Mark (10/5): Would stay there again - Central to Auckland
Neat and tidy
All we wanted
- Cameron (9/5): -
- James (4/5): Shambles - The rooms were clean and comfortable The domestic violence of the couple living there above room 315 at 11pm through to 1am I had to intervene. Then the fire alarm being set off at 2am. Following morning more of the same shouting and arguing in the hallways. Doors between rooms allow every sound coming from the adjoining rooms so stuck woth more drunk clowns snoring throughout the night. On the outside this place looks great.. my experience leaves me never wanting to go near there again
- james (8/5): Was good - Not too far from everything More tv channels
- Jarret (9/5): A gem in the rough. - The area wasn't the best and the building looked a little old but we were pleasantly surprised by our room.
The room was large and very modern. We enjoyed it so much that we asked about staying another night there.
There is parking on the ground floor that is secure.
I would recommend but there wasn't much around the hotel so you had to walk a little. The hotel is in a sketchy area with homeless around but inside the hotel was fine.

- Nikita (6/5): - Hotel in the center, comfortable bed, full kitchen and washing machine. Despite being in the city center, it's not the most pleasant neighborhood. We checked in late in the evening, and a homeless man was sleeping across from the hotel entrance. The area is full of suspicious people, seemingly alcoholics or drug addicts. Not the safest place.
- John (8/5): An affordable gem in the CBD. - The beds and bedding were brand new. It was nice to have a washer and dyer but the dryer needed maintenance. The bathroom was okay with basics inside the shower as a pump system. Location is a bit sketchy. This is not the hotels fault but it is what it is. There's a Thai and Sushi restaurant walking distance but that's it.
- Sam (8/5): - Clean and good space, big windows. Helpful staff. Would stay again. Very firm bed and big solid pillows. Not a great area but I knew that.
- Charlie Walker (10/5): - Service was excellent room was nice and tidy also was very warm and cosy
- Francois (9/5): Bien. Je recommande - Proximité centre ville
- Rose-mai (7/5): -
- Anonymous (9/5): - The studio (clean, new), location (walking distance 7mins to sky tower, airport express NZD20 onway there) and the price. Outside the hotel a little bit of rundown, some homeless people there but safe.
- Lynn (8/5): Worth the price…and helpful staff - Very clean, large bedroom and bathroom. Good security for lobby, hallways, elevators and rooms. Location an easy downhill walk to shops. The neighborhood was uncomfortable for a 71 year old solo female traveller. I was sure to be in from walking before dark. Though on a busy street with highway access, traffic noise dropped down after rush hours.
- Petar (10/5): Easy check in place, nice and clean and convenient for most of cbd locations - Clean and smooth check in Everything is fine
- Gwendolyne (10/5): -
- Michelle (8/5): -
- Jo (8/5): All I needed!! - Room was clean. Bed was reasonably comfy. Good shower pressure and hot water. Did the job for one night at a great price.
Parking could be confirmed on booking and it was a better price than other places.
Short walk to Queen Street, Aotea Square, The Civic and the Waterfront. Great location. Microwave didn't work. Couldn't get any channels on the TV and couldn't find any instructions.

- Olivia (8/5): Comfortable, perfect for attending event at town hall - Location, clean, comfortable beds, helpful staff No view

- Anita (8/5): - Big room. Had everything we needed for 1 night stay The location & the front desk was not inviting
- Che (5/5): Not worth it, would not stay again - Big room, comfortable beds and had parking. The reception has no signage, there was no one at the desk when we arrived and was hard to find someone. The street it is on has a lot of homeless people sleeping along it and through the nights we were there, there was a lot of loud music, yelling, police sirens and was quite hard to sleep on one of the nights. I would not recommend staying here.
- Georgios (8/5): - Good value A little far from city center
- Sophie (10/5): Comfortable stay for a reasonable price - Room was very clean with comfortable bed. Ensuite also very clean, with a good shower. Helpful staff. Good wifi. Decent kitchenette. Good location Exterior a little run down, and not the clearest signage. Some traffic noise from main roads, but not too bad
- Georgios (8/5): - Good value A little far from city center
- Carlos Trajano (8/5): -
- Hideki (7/5): -
- Arthur (8/5): Very good and comfortable value for money stay - helpful manager. - Room is excellent and car parking very convenient. Do not be put off by basic reception or corridors. Good service and security. Easy walk to many places. Value for money is high in my opinion.

- Olsen Ia (10/5): Fantastic value, location including great facilities and private parking - Friendly welcome (English is fairly good), very easy system, fantastic facilities. I upgraded my visit to the premium suite for free, and a discount on the private parking too. Was very affordable at the time at $125 per night (includes discounted private parking) for a total of 5 nights. I will be back there again some time soon. I did not have anything
- Daniel (10/5): - The rooms were very clean. The staff were flexible and nice. I extended my stay by a few more nights, I was that comfortable. Wifi was good but can be a bit spotty at times.
- Eric (6/5): Decent, affordable option in Auckland. Could be cleaner. - I stay at a lot of hotels and am a bit conflicted about my rating for this one. We had an overall decent stay and our room was mostly clean with perhaps a bit deeper cleaning being beneficial. It was a fairly quick walk to the CBD and the Skybus from the airport is just down the street about 5 minutes away. Sam, the fellow running the place was also very friendly and always waved as we went by. There is also a shared kitchen and paid laundry in the building if you need those. ($4 wash and $6 dry I believe). We also had no issues with the wifi. So it was pleasant enough but definitely some area to improve the actual facilities. The price was also reasonable for Auckland. It's on the cheaper end, so the condition is sort of fitting for the price. The common areas like the entryway, elevator, laundry room and hallways are quite dirty. They could all benefit from having a deep, deep clean. The area itself is also a bit rough. It's New Zealand, so nothing is really dangerous, but there are a good number of sketchy people in the area. Primarily, though, the cleanliness is what brings the score down. I would probably give it a 7 otherwise.

- Ramandeep Kaur (7/5): Overall 07/10. - Staff was good and room was clean Paid for parking, but there was not any reserved bay for parking. Hard to park big car sometimes inside.
For laundry, need to pay differently. It was not included.

- Olga (9/5): Comfortable stay in well equipped apartment - The apartment was clean, spacious and well equipped for a weekly stay. The kitchen was small but efficient with a stove, a microwave, kettle, a fridge, cutlery, pans, and cupboards. There was a dedicated desk area, a sofa, tv, lots of closet and cupboard space, as well as an iron and ironing board. the bed was very comfortable, and the ambient lightning behind it was a nice addition. The owner was very friendly and accommodating, which I really appreciated. There is also a paid car park. The area is quite central, with many supermarkets around and a Chinese shop around the corner selling all sorts of homeware and electronics (like adaptor plugs). Very good value for money. The apartment I stayed at was on the ground floor facing the street, so it was a bit noisy when the windows were open. Other than that, a very comfortable stay.
- Kenya (8/5): Very affordable! Clean and comfortable rooms. Kind and helpful staff. Would stay again! - Location and room were great. Clean and tidy room. Good secure parking. Staff were helpful and kind. Would stay again for sure. Good value for money. Hallways and reception area could have had done with a bit of attention - even just a daily vacuum to look more tidy and welcoming. However it didn’t affect our stay and the room was comfortable and clean.
- Jury (6/5): - Good value for the price , good location Just wasn’t enough pillows
- Guest (7/5): -

- Gontier (7/5): convialité et bonne reponse aux demandes - accueil et convialité du personnel
- Mohd Fadil (7/5): - Walking distance to Skytower and city center. Access to the parking area.
- Benjamin (7/5): -
- Antony (9/5): -
- Marc (10/5): -
- Cornelius (6/5): Not a great first impression but the clean room was the highlight. - Spacious room, clean The location, lobby was not appealing and the washing machine drum was mouldy so we didn’t use it.
- Kaliu (10/5): -
- Will (7/5): - Value for money The state of the reception and public areas
- Amanda (10/5): - While the property may feel a little older from the outside, the rooms themselves are really nice, clean, and cozy. The staff is super helpful and even helped us store our bags! I would definitely recommend a stay here.
- Bjööön (7/5): - The Bed was comfy. The double room has a kitchenette and air conditioning as well as a dining table. Additionally there is a common kitchen.
There was daily complementary room service. We had a cockroach in the room. Generally the place needs a renovation for it to look fresh despite everything in full function.
- Medhi (8/5): -

- Christopher (7/5): Above average. - Basically clean and convenient. The housekeeping staff kept knocking on the door starting at 8am.
- Lionel (10/5): -
- Paul (7/5): - Large room with plenty of space,aircon...good bathroom. Undercover parking on site Very officious staff member treating me with suspicion that I would not pay for parking.
- Patricia (8/5): -
- Ryan (8/5): -
- Andrew (7/5): -
- WanLing (9/5): -
- Ellis (7/5): - The room was nice The hotel was a bit rundown, including the lift. The area wasn’t the best.
