Lori (9/5): Great location, fabulous view, so much to see and do! - The space was beautiful. The location can’t be beat. A gorgeous view of the water with the beach right out your doorstep. Tons of restaurants within walking distance. We were surprised how large the city was. So many shops, so much to explore. We loved walking along the waterfront. There wasn’t anything we didn’t like. We would have preferred a couple of extra pillows. Also it was particularly hot when we visited and there was an initial minor issue with the AC. Bianca was very responsive and worked hard to resolve the issue.

Vettorello (10/5): Un Piccolo momento di svago e relax - Ho soggiornato 2 notti per spezzare un viaggio molto lungo.....una struttura così è davvero difficile da trovare: pulizia voto 10, le stanze tutte ristrutturare molto belle e super accoglienti con anche una cucina in comune molto funzionale a ben organizzata, la posizione davvero molto comoda a tutto (la spiaggia è praticamente sotto, bar, ristoranti....tutto vicino), poi voto 10 alla disponibilità della Sig.ra Bianca che è stata sempre molto carina in ogni momento dando anche consigli sul parcheggio... Consiglio a tutti di fermarsi qui perché è stata davvero una piacevole scoperta..... Non posso dire nulla di negativo

Terri (10/5): Great place to stay and convenient to restaurants, trains and port! - Bianca was super sweet! She was there to meet us when we arrived, answered all our questions before we got there. The room was lovely! It's only a few steps away from the coast and we were able to pick from several places to eat to watch the sunset. It's also conveniently located close to the train stations that take you all over Italy. We purchased a day pass for the trains which covered the subways also, so we could get off and on those as much as needed. It was all great! Perfecto!
Neerja (10/5): Beautiful modern rooms with beautiful views and wonderful location. - Bianca was very welcoming and easily available before during and even after the trip. We felt at ease making plans for transfers and local experiences with her. There are stairs so we do not recommend for elderly that have a hard time with stairs.

We felt very comfortable and felt like we have known her for a long time. Will definitely recommend our family and friends and stay there again. Also the location is perfect if you are going on a cruise. Nice restaurants with fresh seafood steps away

Larry (10/5): Exceptional - The location is excellent, our room had a fabulous water view and with the double windows open we listened to the waves caressing the shore. Upon entering the main door, the historic building causes some concern, it is ancient and being renovated. As soon as we entered Bianca’s door it was like an oasis. All newly updated, impeccably clean and the AC works great, which is not often the case in Europe. Hot water, great water pressure. A shared kitchenette is at hand, coffee and cookware if you wish. Small fridge in room. Superb value, and Bianca was very welcoming and helpful as well as communicative with my questions. Walk to everything, grocery store 10 min away or less. Right across from train stop.

Randall (8/5): Lovely place and location with stairs - The good.The location is great. The room we were in, number 4, was like recently renovated and was like new. It was very clean. Bianca came to our door shortly after we checked-in. She super helpful and friendly. She provided information regarding how to get into the port. The adjacent kitchen was stocked with, coffee, tea, and a few snacks. This area is shared with the four units Bianca manages. The downside. I meant to count the steps on my way out. However, we were on a three week vacation and our large suitcases were heavy and counting steps was the last thing on my mind. Anyway, there is no elevator and there must be twenty steps. For that reason and that reason alone, I cannot recommend this Guesthouse for older guest, such as I, with anything other than light weight luggage.
Mike (9/5): Superb - We liked the room it was very beautiful and clean. The view of the Mediterranean and the beach were spectacular from our room. The entrance to the building was unfriendly and a little concerning and dark until you reach the interior of the apartment! It doesn't leave a good first impression
