• LAURE (2/5): A fuir, draps sales, femme de ménage qui entre dans l'appartement sans prévenir. - Draps sales, ils n'ont pas été changé du dernier locataire, odeur de cheveux sales sur les oreillers et de crasse sur tout le lit. Odeur d'humidité dans tout l'appartement. Femme de ménage qui entre dans l'appartement à 8h du matin alors que l'appartement doit être rendu au plus tard à 11h. Vous imaginez mon effroi quand j'ai entendu quelqu'un pénétrer dans l'appartement alors que je dormais.
• Gombert (3/5): - Attention à la caution importante à verser préalablement pour obtenir les clés, montant non précisé dans l’annonce si ce n’est le coût que le propriétaire paye pour collecter cette caution. Pratique très limite et hors marché.

• Ilona (3/5): Exaggerated - The location is near the train station and close to different restaurants, cafés and shops. The building is very old and humidity smell is everywhere. The pictures are not in line with the apartment itself: badly finished and furnished, no towels, no additional bedsheets (those that were on the bed were of bad quality, with stains and holes), the bed itself is small and short, the floor was badly done and gave off an impression of being unstable and dirty, the shower cabin was also dirty and it often malfunctioned, plus it didn't have enough hot water for 2 people, no bin in the restroom, no internet. The entrance door is tricky to open.
