• Eric (1/5): Aucun séjour dû à la malhonnêteté de cette personne - Le fait d’avoir demandé un remboursement sachant après qu’il s’agissait de dormir avec le loueur qui lui dormait dans la salle à manger et qui laissait sa chambre. Je trouve cela honteux qu’il n’ai pas voulu annuler comme je l’avais demandé après son sms. Ne vous faites pas avoir par son annonce ‘Appartement coquet ‘ Le fait de recevoir un sms du loueur me disant seulement après qu’il dormait dans la salle a manger alors que je croyais que c’était un appartement à louer. En plus il facture le parking ainsi que le spa que vous voyez en photo
• Alain (1/5): Je ne réserverai plus jamais une location sur booking - Le propriétaire avait loué l'appartement à d'autres personnes ce soir là 17 Mars. Je n'ai donc pas été hébergé dans cet établissement que j'avais pourtant réservé sur booking J'ai déjà averti booking qui ne tient aucun compte de mes messages, j'ai donc perdu plus de cinquante euros, honte à Booking !
• Lam (1/5): Expérience inacceptable. - Rien. Je ne recommanderais jamais cet établissement même pour quelques heures. Propreté plus que douteuse. Hôte très désagréable. Un service et une hygiène plus que douteuse. Le séjour ne se déroule absolument pas comme décrit sur l'annonce.

• Stirling (3/5): Unpleasant stay - It was easy to find and check in. The owner is just after your money. Firstly he advertises it as an apartment. With no mention of it being a shared apartment with him. So you book and pay and it’s a “non cancelable” booking. Then he tells you, you will be sharing the small apartment with him. When I asked to cancel one hour after making the booking, he would not. He offered to refund the tax of €2. You not only sharing, he doesn’t have a room, so you sleep in the only room and he sleeps in the lounge. So you don’t really have a lounge to use and you don’t really want to use the kitchen as he is fast asleep in the lounge. Really just an unpleasant experience. Also the linen in the bedroom is of the cheapest quality with rock hard pills. Would I stay again? Definitely not.

Très dur de dormir tant la literie était mauvaise et vu que le propriétaire dors dans le salon on l entend regarder la TV. On se sent un peu cloîtré dans une chambre a attendre le lendemain. Salle de bain très mal insonorisé. La chambre est collé contre. Le jaccuzzi il y a un supplément a régler en +.

I informed the host in advance about our arrival time and that it was a special day – my birthday. Everything was paid for. But when we arrived, we couldn’t get into the apartment. My friends and I called, sent text messages, left voicemails and audio messages – not a single reply. We stood in the rain for three hours, completely soaked and stressed. The host never contacted us, never apologized, and ignored us completely. Because of this, I let down my friends who came to celebrate with me. We had to urgently find another place to stay in a strange city. Absolutely unacceptable. This host is irresponsible, disrespectful and unreliable. Do not book this place if you value your time and sanity. _________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Ужас! Испорчен день рождения, полный игнор, позорное отношение! Этот опыт стал настоящим кошмаром. Я заранее сообщил о времени прибытия и отметил, что это особенный день — мой день рождения. Всё было оплачено полностью. Но по приезду мы с друзьями не смогли попасть в квартиру. Мы звонили, писали СМС, отправляли аудиосообщения на голосовую почту — полное молчание. Три часа стояли под проливным дождём, промокли до нитки, а хозяин даже не ответил ни разу. До сих пор — ни звонка, ни извинений, ничего. Из-за этого я подвёл своих друзей, которые приехали отпраздновать со мной. Вместо праздника — стресс, разочарование и срочный поиск нового жилья в чужом городе. И всё это — из-за полного безразличия и отсутствия минимальной ответственности со стороны хозяина. Никому не советую это жильё! Хозяин — человек, которому нельзя доверять. Он вас просто проигнорирует в самый важный момент. Позорное отношение. Сплошной обман и ноль уважения к людям.

Si vous n’avez pas peur de partager votre appartement avec quelqu’un foncez !!! Je n’avais pas fait attention lors de la réservation que le jacuzzi était en supplément. Ce n’est pas grave c’est la vie.
• ludovic (1/5): propriétaire non compréhensif, juste pour l'argent, autant prendre un hôtel - dans le logement il y a le propriétaire , c'est un t2 , donc chambre et salon coté proximité on repasse, j'étais avec un collègue intermittents , nous dans la chambre et lui dans le salon , ou l'inverse , vu que je n'y es pas mis les pieds je n'en sais rien dans le descriptif de l'appartement sur la page d'accueil, le détails concernant la présence du propriétaire apparait que si vous lisez la totalité , mais pas au 1er coup d'œil sur la courte pt présentation , j'ai demandé l'annulation , mais il n'a pas voulu , donc j'ai recherché un autre logement , 2 logements pour le même weekend a éviter ,

Stay away of this man because he will pull you off. When I arrived to the airport and I called him, he did not pick up the phone, he just wanted to keep my money. He did not want to give anything for my money. Stay away of this man he's fishing your money and he will not give you the possibility to sleep there. I tried to call him many times after 8:00 p.m. when I arrived to the airport he just did not pick up the phone. I called booking.com and an assistant ensured me that I will get back my money from booking.com. I could not check in because the man did not pick up the phone and I was very afraid if I arrive to that property maybe it will be locked and I won't be able to sleep there. Sobooking.com should take it serious it's not a joke. So I asked very polite the management of booking.com to return back my payment because this man did not gave me any services he did not check in and he just f***** me.

• Haifa (1/5): Horrible, don’t book this property - Nothing I booked one night 3 - 4 June as I had an exam the morning of the 4th. The owner never answered the phone, I was in front of the building , the appartement not accessible. They ruined my day The customer service I called was more than horrible, two promised to find me a solution but never called back as promised. The third one kept saying she’d so sorry, that she understands and finally asked me to book again another appartement that I had to pay of course myself and later ask for refund. Horrible experience added to the stress of the exam. Don’t book with this irresponsible person and don’t wait for real assistance from the agent of booking.com

• Magdalena (1/5): UNHYGIENIC - Do not recommend! - The check-in was easy. The host seemed to be nice. There was free parking on the street. You can use Netflix. The place was very unhygienic. The pillows smelled old and dusty. Generally, it seemed like no one has properly cleaned the place for a while. There were used tooth brushes in the bathroom, dirty laundry in the washing machine, open bottles of various drinks/milk in the fridge, ash trays full of ash (see photos). We paid approximately 58 pounds for the night, but upon arrival we were asked to pay an unexpected, additional fee of 30 Euros for our puppy - this was 50 % of the price we paid. We have stayed in nice, and well-known hotels, and they never charged more than 20%. It feels like we were severely overcharged. We left a review stating that we aren't satisfied with the property, so the host tried to cancel our booking afterwards without reimbursing the money to get this review removed.

The owner was rude, insulting and failed to allow us access to the property. - We arrived at the property having been told that the owner would not be there to show us in and that the key would be under a mat. This mat was behind a locked door for which we were not provided the code. My 85 year old mother was forced to sit on the floor in the street whilst I tried and failed repeatedly to contact the owner. We were forced to leave and find another place to stay.

• Imke (10/5): Exceptional - Farid is a really friendly guy. The home is cosy and has everything you need. Space outside. Kitchen. You can enjoy yourself. Rooms have enough space. We didn't try jacuzzi. Next time for sure :-) We were travelling around Champagne and stayed one night here. Car could stand in garage for a small amount.

• Barbara (9/5): Superb - Nice enough apartment that had a fully stocked kitchen and a very comfortable bed. Easy bus ride, or walk into the city center. Very quite and building had good security. Host is super helpful with information. The check in time is pretty late so that is inconvenient. I found it very odd that the Jacuzzi took up most of the room, so much that there was no room for a table or chairs. There is a table outside but it was cold and windy when I was there so that wasn't an option.
• Anna (6/5): Good stay for a night if you only want te sleep - check in was easy, appartment was clean We expected a shared living room, but not a person to sleep in this living room, so we could not properly use the living room and kitchen. - After paying we got a message with option to privatize the appartment for 50 euro’s extra… (we didn’t want this, and I think you can find better private appartments for 100 euro’s a night.) (pay attention it is not 24 hours front desk, but check in till 23:30.)
