• Jeremy (1/5): B&B super bruyant, sale et malsain. - Pas grand chose La présence d’une machine à laver peut être. L’emplacement paraît idéal sur le papier, mais vous êtes en face d’un bar hyper bruyant jusqu’à très tard dans la nuit, à côté d’un love hôtel et donc dans une rue où il y a du passage de viande soûl presque toute la nuit. Tout ça dans un bâtiment très très mal isolé. Idem pour les occupants des autres chambres, vous entendez tous vos voisins comme si vous étiez avec eux. De plus, comme l’atteste les photos, la chambre n’était pas bien entretenu, je dirai même plutôt sale. De la moisissure dans la salle de bain, des mouchoirs usagés qui traîne, des tas de cheveux à certain endroit, de la poussière, une petite cuisine dont l’état laisse à désirer, pareil pour l’ameublement… Bref en résumé, B&B : Super Bruyant Sale Malsain

• Duangporn (10/5): Very good - Good location which is near shopping street and not too far from the train station to the airport. Easy for self check-in with clear instruction. The host response quickly. There should me more space for hanging cloths or towels. However, it is fine for me.

Tout était également propre et bien expliqué, c'était très simple. Conforme à la description. Parfait pour moi, je suis très satisfaite ! L'appartement au rez-de-chaussée est collé à la rue, il y a eu un peu de bruit certaines nuits. Mais ça, on n'y peut rien

• Tracey (8/5): Would recommend for location in Osaka! - Great location. So close to everything and easy to get around. Good communication with the host and easy directions to check in. Comfy bed and all the amenities needed.
• Lu (10/5): That's great！ - The location of the property is excellent. It's right next to Dotonbori. Although it's in the downtown area, the property is very quiet. Everything in the room is well-equipped, clean, and cozy. The landlord is also very friendly. I will come again next time.

It's an older japanese apartment building, so the floors squeak, you can hear everyone who passes by outside, just how it is. Don't expect 5 star comfort or space inside.

• sek yuen (8/5): - Very convenient and central location, just 10 mins or so from Nipponbashi station, 15mins or to the Nankai Namba station( for the rapid train service to Kansai airport), 10 mins walk to awesome Dotonbori attractions. The apartment manager/owner is supportive and responsive to my online request. The facilities of the apartment is dated. Room for improvement in sound insulation will be helpful as we can hear the next door occupants' conversation late at night /early mid night. In the separate bathroom perhaps adding a tower rack will be more convenient.

• 토다라바 (4/5): - 도톤보리 도보 5분 지하철 난바역 도보 3분 집 주위 식당,이자카야,상점,편의점 많음 냉장고가 크고 와이파이 빠름 1층에 짐가방 보관 락커를 무료이용 가능하고 짐 무게 체크가능한 저울있음 객실이 건물4층이라 짐을 가지고 올라가기 힘듬 객실이 너무 작아서 커피포트도 냉장고위에 놓아야하고 2명의 캐리어를 펼칠 공간이 안되서 1명은 세탁기위에 가방을 올려놓고 사용했음 무엇보다 샤워장에 욕조만 있고 세면대가 없고 거울도 없어 너무 당황스러웠음 😱 세탁기옆 거울이 있는 유일한 공간의 탁자가 엄청 흔들거려 곧 부서질거 같아 사용하기에 불안했음

• Nelly (7/5): - Very quiet in spite of being very close to Dotonbori. Very well situated. The apartment is small but has all the amenities. We neglected to read that our apartment was situated on the 4th floor and that there was no elevator in the building to get there.

On the day we checked in, the landlord had just updated the Wi-Fi. There are many delicious restaurants nearby, and it's very convenient for travel. I highly recommend this place。

• Nickalus (7/5): Excellent value especially for a long stay, highly recommend, though some inconveniences. - Convenient check in and out, nearby dotonbori as well as namba station and nippombashi station. Convenience store nearby for essentials. Incredibly comfortable bedding and very efficient air conditioning/heating. No towel replacement, wifi did not work during my stay, sometimes smoke smell from outside, if on low floor can hear other guests leaving or going up to their rooms.

Sabemos que estamos en una zona poco tranquila. Pero he de avisar que se oye bastante ruido en la calle. Además, la máquina de aire acondicionado de al lado hace mucho ruido de noche. Nos ha parecido que debería estar mas limpio... aparentemente limpio, pero sucio.

This makes it easy to plan for day trips in and out of Osaka, plus the location is extremely value for money and has a lot of food to eat around the area at all hours It is located near some night life establishments so there were people being noisy from time to time at odd hours, so light sleepers may want to take note of that

• Fanny (10/5): Self check-in appartement plutôt que hôtel - L’hôtel, enfin plutôt l’appartement, est bien situé, quartier super actif mais à la fois sur le côté donc pas de bruit. Il y a tout le matériel qu’il faut. Le contact avec le proprio est efficace et amical. Attention c’est du self Check-in donc pas de contact humain. Les rues et le quartier sont assez sales. Ce serait bien de nettoyer les fenêtres de l’entrée car ce n’est pas très accueillant.
