Ioanna (5/5): - Το στρώμα ήταν άνετο. Θα τόνιζα δυο πράγματα προς βελτίωση. Πρώτον η καθαριότητα. Ταξιδεύοντας με μικρό παιδί, έστω και για μια διανυκτέρευση, το θεωρώ ανεπίτρεπτο να περπατάω στο πάτωμα με κάλτσες (μέχρι να έβρισκα τις παντόφλες από τις βαλίτσες) και να γίνονται οι κάλτσες μαύρες στο 5λεπτο. Δεύτερο πράγμα προς βελτίωση, η κουζίνα. Ποιος ο λόγος να υπάρχει κουζίνα στο κατάλυμα αν δεν μπορεί να χρησιμοποιηθεί σωστά. Δεν υπήρχε πιατοθηκη, με αποτελέσματα ο,τι έπλενα για την μικρή που της ζέστανα λίγο φαγητό, να μην έχω πού να το ακουμπήσω. Πάντοτε φέρνω μαζί μου έξτρα πετσέτες και τελικά χρησιμοποίησα αυτές. Ένα χαρτί κουζίνας, ένα βετεξ θα ήταν επίσης χρήσιμο. Δεν έχει κανείς την απαίτηση να είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένη η κουζίνα όμως κάποια ίσως μικροπράγματα να άλλαζαν τον τρόπο που μπορεί κανείς να λειτουργήσει την κουζίνα. Διότι έκλεισα κυρίως το κατάλυμα για αυτόν ακριβώς τον λόγο, για την κουζίνα.

Nie polecam. - Blisko do centrum i na promenadę Według opisu recepcja dostępna 9-17, w rzeczywistości nikogo nie ma, kontakt whats app który miał być 24/7 nie odpowiada. Najedliśmy się trochę strachu, ponieważ zostawiliśmy według ustaleń bagaż w recepcji i pracownik recepcji miał wysłać numer pokoju w którym nasz bagaż będzie na nas czekał. Jednak zapomniał o tym. Przyszliśmy przed 16, ale ani wiadomości, ani obsługi nie było. Po 30 minutach poszukiwań trafiliśmy na panią sprzątaczkę ktora skontaktowała się z recepcjonista, jednak zamówiony transfer na lotnisko zdążył odjechać przez co musieliśmy wezwać osobno Ubera, co wyniosło dodatkowe 35€

Das Badezimmer war aufgrund des stinkenden Abflusses eine Zumutung. Es wurde einem regelrecht übel, wenn man ins Bad ging. Trotz durchspülen des Abflusses mit viel Wasser gab es keine Besserung. Dir Tür zum Bad konnten wir nicht offen lassen, da der Geruch dann ins Zimmer kam. Wir wollten das am Sonntag an der Rezeption melden, die se war allerdings nicht besetzt.

Adnan (9/5): Good value for money - Costworthy! Small neat studio nicely located. Lady at the reception desk was really kind. Parking is public and problematic to find a place if you have a big car. I ended up paying 150€ parking ticket fee.
Gabriela (8/5): Good value for money - Fairly priced accommodation, a bit dated but with all the amenities needed. Nespresso capsules offered for the morning was a plus. Quite close to the action in the city (about 500-600 m) and right next to the bizantine wall. The location of the building among car services was not very pleasant but we stayed during the weekend and there were closed. The location is also on the airlines traffic, that it is a bit disturbing in the morning/night.

There was a rather big free public parking lot next to the building, we parked there and on the neighboring street as well. Main sightseeing was within walking distance. The staff was friendly. The apartment was spacious and comfortable, with almost everything needed, including a well-equipped kitchen, coffee machine with coffee provided, and a sufficiently large refrigerator. The staff was very kind and helpful. Free parking around the building was also a big advantage, although it can sometimes be difficult to find a free spot. We also appreciated the 11:00 AM check-out time, which is more convenient than the usual 10:00 AM. A few minor things could be improved: no slippers were provided, so the tiled floor felt a bit cold, there was not enough toilet paper, and some small practical kitchen items were missing. The elevator is also extremely small and not convenient for two people with luggage.

Emilie (9/5): Joli, propre et confortable - Le check-in est très simple et l'hôte a communiqué des instructions très claires en amont de notre séjour. Nous sommes arrivés à 1h du matin, et avons pu accéder directement à l'appartement sans aucun soucis. La jeune fille à l'accueil était très aimable. La rue est calme la nuit et nous avons pu dormir dans le noir complet, même le matin. L'appartement est bien décoré, confortable, propre et fidèle aux photos du site. La climatisation ne semblait pas bien marcher, nous avons eu chaud la nuit. Le pommeau de douche n'est pas fixable au mur, c'est un choix écologique de l'hôte que nous respectons, cependant ce n'était pas très agréable pour nous.

Dijana (6/5): Für eine Nacht in Ordnung. - Das Personal war super nett und hilfsbereit und wir konnten auch etwas früher einchecken. Die Lage ist in Ordnung und Parkplätze gibt es auch, auch wenn man etwas länger suchen muss. Die Unterkunft war insgesamt auch sauber. Auch wenn es im Zimmer nicht der Fall war, hat es im Gebäude und Treppenhaus sehr stark nach Abfluss gerochen. Ausserdem ist das Bad leider sehr klein und die Dusche ist so gebaut, dass man beim duschen das gesamte Badezimmer unter Wasser legt. Auch warmes Wasser hatten wir leider nicht lange. Die Ausstattung an sich ist in Ordnung aber die Decken und Kissen schienen etwas alt zu sein.

Ovidiu (4/5): Good location, big problem with smelly swage - Location, is closed to the harbor, only 10 min of walk, also 5 min walk to subway. The whole building smells very bad, problem with sewage. So, this was a big issue about our stay, we only spend 8 hours of sleep, I don’t know if we could rezist more than that in the room. When I told at the reception this issue, they told me that it is not their fault, from my perspective this is a wrong reply as it is entirely their responsibility to assure normal condition for the accommodation. From my perspective they should first resolve the smell problem and then to reserve rooms. I was not the only one complaining about the smell issue, there were also another 4 rooms that were reserved by our group, all of them same issue. Cleaning on the floor should have been done, as we got our sox dirty from the first time. Related to garden view from our room, a very not clean behind the buildings garden with trash all over the place.
Sinzian (7/5): O noapte in Salonic - Locatia este destul de aproape de centru , pe o straduta destul de aglomerata ( probleme mari cu locul de parcare ). Apartamentul in care am stat , curat , dotat cu cele necesare si un mic balcon catre straduta. Sellf check-in usor , toate instructiunile clare si usor de aplicat. Mirosul neplacut , care te intampina de cum intri pe hol ( in ciuda faptului ca sunt puse peste tot diverse dispozitive frumos mirositoare , care sa acopere aceasta neplacere : nu acopera :( ). Mirosul persista in lift , si patrunde si in camera banuiesc ca pe sub usa . Si in camere am gasit tot felul de betigase parfumate , etc . Daca pui ceva in pragul la usa , mirosul nu mai e asa accentuat. Lipsa unui loc de parcare , este un alt inconvenient , e destul de greu in zona sa gasesti ceva stradal.

Vihra (7/5): Good location and value for the money spent - The location is nice! Close to main Boulevard that leads to the city center. The staff was nice and friendly. The studio was equipped with small but useful kitchenette We stayed for 4 days there and nobody cleaned during this period, not even garbage pin or towels change. On the floor we were staying with our baby, somebody was smoking constantly and nobody paid attention to that.

MARIANA (7/5): Добро - Момичето, което ни посрещна беше много учтиво. Обзавеждането беше добро. По стълбите имаше неприятна миризма. Мухъл или канализация беше.

Mila (10/5): Fantastic! - Excellent approach to Check-in. You don’t have to be limited with time, it’s quite easy. The room was very clean, towels, hairdryer, coffee, kitchen utensils, literally everything was included. The parking is also nice, you’ll find a free spot for sure. Highly recommend!
