• The Felkers (9/5): Excellent value - It was modern and clean, with THE most amazing shower. Loved the double balconies and view from the terrace. The location took extra planning, but was worth the quiet.
• Dorota Bogna (10/5): Spotlessly clean and perfectly located - I liked everything about M&H and their friends. Although the room was tiny and simple, it was spotlessly clean and practical. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was nice, with a great shower. I loved the private terrace. In general, it is a nice, very clean facility with common dining, cooking, and relaxing areas, as well as access to the laundry room. Also, the location - a nice, quiet, and clean niehgborhood, with the Dafni metro station and bus terminal within walking distance - about 10 min. A good grocery store, Sklavenitis, some other shops, coffee bars, and bakeries. Checking in/out was super convenient, and all the instructions from management were very clear.

Μικρές λεπτομέρειες. Πχ ότι ο χώρος σχετικά περιορισμένος γύρω από το κρεβάτι. Δόθηκε μόνο 1 ρολό χαρτί υγείας για 2 άτομα για 5 βραδιά. Καταλαβαίνω να μην καθαρίζεται κατάλυμα αλλά θα μπορούσαν οι καθαρίστριες να αδειάζουν το καλαθάκι του μπάνιου (που σημειωτέον είναι ανοιχτό, δεν κλείνει). Αυτή τη στιγμή η βαθμολογία σας είναι για 8.6. Διορθώσετε αυτές τις μικρές λεπτομέρειες και θα είστε 10

• Maxim (9/5): A nice option in a very pleasant neighborhood of Athens - First of all, the location is simply amazing! The property is located in Ymittos, a suburb of Athens. The neighborhood is much cleaner, quieter and, in my humble opinion, safer than most of Athens. There is also a relatively big supermarket ΑΒ Βασιλόπουλος and a nice bakery (Αρτίνα Bakery) close by. It takes around 12 minutes by walk to get to the Dafni metro station. So, in total it's only around 30 minutes until the Acropolis metro station. For Athens, it's not that much. The property itself is modern and spotlessly clean, exactly as in the pictures. Moreover, the property is equipped with kitchenware, so there is an opportunity to cook. Finally, the landlady replies fast and in a friendly manner. I liked almost everything, besides the lack of soundproofing. I should mention from the beginning that I have a very low tolerance towards noise when I try to fall asleep. Thus, the following comments might not be relevant for everyone... So, being located on the ground floor, I could clearly hear people entering the building through the front door and using elevator. Furthermore, I could hear almost everything that was happening above, especially at night. So, if, for example, some guests check-in late at night, you might probably hear it and all their moves within the apartment... And lastly, some nights, a faint rustling was audible (it didn't resemble any human movement)... Again, all of these concerns are not an issue during the day, but can be a problem at night; and overall I still recommend this option 👌.

• Βαλέριος (10/5): Άνετο, καθαρό και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο κατάλυμα σε ήσυχη περιοχή - Η διαμονή μου στο M&H and their friends A στον Δήμο Υμηττού ήταν εξαιρετική. Η επικοινωνία με τους διαχειριστές ήταν άμεση και ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετικοί σε ό,τι χρειαστήκα. Η περιοχή είναι πάρα πολύ ήσυχη, ιδανική για χαλάρωση ή/και δουλειά, ενώ ταυτόχρονα προσφέρει κυριολεκτικά τα πάντα σε κοντινή απόσταση (φούρνοι, σουπερμάρκετ, φαρμακεία). Το κατάλυμα ήταν πεντακάθαρο, καινούριο και πολύ προσεγμένο, με άνετους χώρους που καλύπτουν κάθε ανάγκη. Πολύ βολικό επίσης το σύστημα εισόδου χωρίς κλειδιά, με κωδικό, που κάνει την πρόσβαση εύκολη και ασφαλή. Η θέα της Ακρόπολης είναι πραγματικά μοναδική και προσφέρει μια ξεχωριστή εμπειρία. Η τοποθεσία είναι εξαιρετική, με το μετρό κοντά και πολύ καλές συγκοινωνίες. Όλα άψογα
• DIMITRIS (8/5): Σε γενικές γραμμές καλά αλλά πολλές παραλήψεις σε αυτά που αναφέρα!!!!! - Σε γενικές γραμμές το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ καλό και καθαρό Η τηλεόραση δεν μου άρεσε καθόλου διότι δεν είχε σύνδεση με τα ελληνικά κανάλια μεγάλο λάθος και το πιο μεγάλο λάθος η υπεύθυνη της διευθύνσεως δεν μιλούσα ελληνικά μεγάλο λάθος για εσάς

Δεν μας άρεσε που το διαμέρισμα 4μερες διαμονής δεν καθαρίστηκε ούτε μια φορά.ειχαμε τις πετσέτες για 4ημερες και δεν ερωτηθήκαμε καν αν χρειαζόμαστε αλλαγή .δεν υπήρχαν σακούλες για να αλλάξουμε τα καλαθάκια.Δεν υπήρχε ένα χαλάκι πέραν από ενα μικρό στο μπάνιο και το δάπεδο ήταν γυμνό και κρύο.

• Pantelakis (9/5): πολύ καλή - η ποιότητα των δωματίων και η καθαριότητα. επίσης πολύ η ψυχή γειτονιά, και η φωτογραφίες είναι ακριβώς όπως δείχνει το κατάλυμα μίνα με ικανοποιημένη και θα το ξανακάνουμε στο μέλλον, επίσης ο ιδιοκτήτης του καταλύματος ανταποκρινόταν άμεσα στα μηνύματα και της ερωτήσεις που είχαμε😊 το μόνο πρόβλημα από αντιμετώπισα ήτανε αρκετές φορές με το πάρκινγκ για κάποιον που έχει δικό του αυτοκίνητο μπορεί να μη βρει πάρκινγκ έξω από το κατάλυμα και να χρειαστεί να το αφήσει σε απόσταση 500 m 😏

Συνολικά καλή εμπειρία, ωστόσο υπήρχαν δύο μικρές ελλείψεις: δεν υπήρχε δεύτερη κουβέρτα παρότι είναι χειμώνας και στο μπάνιο υπήρχε μόνο ένα χαρτί υγείας. Με λίγη περισσότερη πρόνοια σε αυτά, η διαμονή θα ήταν πολύ καλύτερη.

La zona es muy tranquila incluso en la noche (tuve una experiencia donde cerraron el metro Acropolis y tuve que volver caminando desde allá llegando a las 00:00), cercana a varios locales de comida, un minimarket que te ayuda a reducir costos, cerca del metro. El edificio es totalmente moderno, con tecnología para ingresar, un secador novedoso, dormitorios cómodos y cálidos, excelente limpieza. Además, cuentan con un área común donde puedes preparar tus alimentos y es muy cómoda. Por otro lado, tienen servicio de lavandería qué se agradece un montón. Se agradece el detalle del hervidor+café en la habitación. Por último, la anfitriona es súper amable y gentil, me ayudó un montón en mi estadía incluso auxiliando en situaciones personales que se me complicaron. Me gustó tanto el lugar que volveré dentro de lo pronto. Todo estuvo excelente.

• Anastasia (9/5): - Modern eingerichtet, mit Gemeinschaftsküche und Balkon. Ruhige, sehr sichere Gegend, 12min zur Metro. Für eine Person war das Zimmer super, für zwei mit Koffer etwas klein. Sehr gutes Bett, komplett Selbstversorger. Selber reinigen und waschen oder es kostet extra. Für mich ist das völlig in Ordnung, dafür sind die Preise auch entsprechend. Die Klimaanlage war außer Betrieb, im November könnte man morgens etwas Wärme gebrauchen.

Δεν υπήρχαν οδηγίες για την λειτουργία της τηλεόρασης , δεν βρήκαμε πουθενά κούπες για ζεστό καφέ,ούτε κουταλάκια του καφέ . Δεν υπήρχε δυνατότητα επικοινωνίας στα ελληνικά για τυχόν απορίες ή προβλήματα κατά τη διαμονή .

• Ingeborg Weiler (10/5): Neues und modernes Haus mit sehr netten Gastgebern - Wie bereits bei meinem ersten Aufenthalt im Juni war wieder alles bestens. Trotz des Generalstreiks am Anreisetag kamen wir gut im Hotel an, da uns die Vermieter vom Flughafen abgeholt haben. Danke nochmals für das Service! Das Zimmer ist zwar klein, aber gut und modern ausgestattet. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist wirklich ausgezeichnet. Die Lage ist etwas entfernt vom Zentrum, aber aufgrund der großen Auswahl an Verkehrsmitteln schnell erreichbar. Uns haben zusätzliche Haken für die Badetücher gefehlt. Auch eine Ablage für das Duschgel war nicht vorhanden. Aber das sind nur Kleinigkeiten.

• RYOYA (10/5): - 中心部からは遠いが、バス停から近くアクセスしやすい 近くの繁華街なら歩いて行ける 上の階だと階段を登るのが大変だが、エレベーターがあるので問題なし 洗濯機も有り、洗濯を干すスペース(テラス)も有るのはありがたい、日当たりも良い(風は強いので飛ばない用、工夫が必要) 冷蔵庫がスペース分けされているのはありがたい 強いていえば、トイレにペーパーを流せないくらいだが、水道事情としてヨーロッパでは珍しくない気がするのでOK

Chambre propre et suffisante pour qu - L’emplacement proche du centre historique, et la vue sur le parthenon qui était un plus. Personnel très sympas. L’isolation phonique pourrait être meilleure. Nous avion une chambre au 3eme étage, et nous entendons très distinctement les personnes parler sur le palier. Pareil pour l’escalier qui mène au rooftop qui résonne contre le mur de la chambre quand quelqu’un monte et descend.
• Andrea ZZevallos (10/5): Excellent service and communication - I loved the communication with the host because everything was very straightforward, fast, and welcoming since the beginning. The room was small but was everything I needed. Also, the kitchen/living area was very spacious and clean. Last but not least there was a side with my room number in the fridge, this was awesome so I could store my food there. Neighborhood was calm, there was not weird people around and this is the main reason of why I decided to book a room there. Possibly that the room wasn't too dark at all, maybe because of the curtains, but that is something very personal as I'm like a vampire lol and I need to sleep in complete darkness. And maybe the texture of the bath mat can absorb more water when you exit the shower, but again, that is something personal. Not everyone is the same.

• Dura (10/5): A true gem for more than reasonable price - The location of the property is very good. 8 minutes walking from the metro station, 5 minutes from A3 bus stop, in a very quiet neighborhood, where in the evening jasmin smells all over. Not far from the city center, yet far from all the chaos and noise. The room was sparkling clean, and the internet was ultra fast. The host is very very kind and responsive. The rooftop terrace is a cherry on the cream. View from there is amazing, especially at night. Acropolis and Lykavittos hill are completely visible. Some fine touches like providing the shampoo of a well-known Greek manufacturer really astonished me. Everything in the room was brand new and even Hi-Tech. Common kitchen was well-equipped. I've got a hotel-like experience, for 40-50% less money. Definitely worth of coming again. After 15 years of visiting Athens, I believe this was the best place I've stayed at. Really, no such thing
• Natalia (10/5): - Das Zimmer ist zwar klein, aber sehr modern eingerichtet, gut durchdacht und absolut sauber. Es bietet alles, was man braucht, und der schöne Balkon ist ein echtes Highlight. Besonders begeistert hat mich die Dachterrasse mit dem traumhaften Blick auf die Akropolis – einfach fantastisch! Die Unterkunft liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend, dennoch erreicht man die Metro in nur etwa 10 Gehminuten. Auch die Gemeinschaftsküche ist praktisch und gut ausgestattet. Ich war insgesamt sehr zufrieden und werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. -

It had a small balcony with a distant view of the Acropolis, which was a lovely surprise. The neighborhood was quiet, and the metro station was about a 10-minute walk away. The locks and lighting systems were modern and high-tech, which made the stay feel both safe and convenient. The shared area was fully equipped with everything you might need for cooking and coffee, plus some extra hygiene products available for purchase. I would definitely choose this place again! -
• Mohamed (6/5): Everything was great, the staff, the property was clean and safe, but personally didn’t like the location. - Appart was clean, comfortable and the staff was outstanding. The location. Quite a walk from restaurants, other facilities and the subway. The neighborhood super quiet because located in a residential area. I thought it was too isolated and the walk at dusk was a little concerning, since there are absolutely none on the streets.

• Angelo (10/5): Exceptional - First I will talk about the location of the property. What impressed me the most, knowing that Athens is noisy in general, is the quiteness. I didn’t expect such quiteness, I wass impressed because it was very quiet. Also, Athens Metro Mall is only 12 minutes walk, Agios Dimitrios and Dafni Metro stations are about 10 minutes walk. As for the property itself, the room had plenty of space, it was clean, the bed was very comfortable, there is air conditioning, mosquito nets, smart TV, fully equipped kitchen, laundry room with iron, balcony and a beautiful terrace with Acropolis view. I would add that the owners are very kind and helpful. I would suggest this property and I look forward to return here again.

• Aleda (10/5): Exceptional - Easy on off for buses and metro, great bakery up the street, cozy, clean, comfortable room, bathroom and shower were great, bed was really comfortable. I am staying there again after this trip. Be sure to put the area of Ymittos or Imittos in your GPS as I first ended up in another area 5km away.
