• Bart (8/5): Fijn verblijf dichtbij metro en bus - De ruimte van het appartement, hadden nr 9.. Is perfect voor een gezin van 4. Wij waren met 2 en hadden elk onze kamer, goed bed. De douches waren dik ok, goede verzorgingsproducten aanwezig (shampoo, conditioner, zeep), keuken aanwezig maar enkel de frigo gebruikt. Airco was ook top. De ligging: wat afgelegen van centrum, maar deden bijna alles met de metro (nou d'octubre) op loopafstand. Bus te nemen rechtover verblijf, doch wij hadden liever comfort van metro. Voor ons niet echt een probleem maar in de avond wel veel lawaai, vb van spelende kinderen op het speelplein dichtbij of van de appartementen.. met kleine kinderen dan lss niet echt aan te raden?
• Ornella (8/5): - Très joli appartement, confortable et propre. La TV qui se tourne pour pouvoir la regarder dans le lit ou dans le canapé. La proximité de la Turia Plusieurs interlocuteurs différents, ce qui rend la communication plus difficiles. Une sonnerie en pleine nuit qui a été mise par erreur à la mauvaise heure. Et c'est à nous de nous adapter pendant nos vacances pour être présents au logement pour que l'erreur soit rectifiée

• dewi (10/5): Geweldig! Zou zeker nog een keer gaan! - Een zeer mooi en net appartement! Zeker een aanrader! Het is wat gehorig dus helaas veel geluidsoverlast in de nacht van de buren, maar daar kunnen de gene van het appartement natuurlijk niks aan doen!

• Schembri Rivera (5/5): Good location and design but poor customer service and functionality - Location, close to all amenities and public transport. The design of the apartments was good, views from flat 1 were incredible. The kitchen was well equipped for a short stsy, beds were very comfortable. Cleanness is above average and they offer useful toiletries. Valuable instructions about usage of hot water, the rules of the house, the mosquito threats .. etc. There was a full length mirror in the living room. Big + for that idea. The emergency lights at night were very annoying. No dishwasher, no oven, no washing machine, there were not enough electric sockets in the kitchen and thus the microwave which was placed on top of the fridge had to be moved to the kitchen counter to be able to plug and use it. In return the working surface in the kitchen was narrow. You end us using the dining table as an island. At night you need to close the curtain or passing by people can see you like in a window display. They should advise about it in the welcome card We had an incident with a drainage smell in the flat, they moved us to another flat the following day after complaining several times. In the other flat there was a leaking pipe in the bathroom sink. The main door lock was not working. We had to use the physical door key. They were conducting maintenance works in the flats next to ours on different days, so we heard the constant drilling which may not be an issue if you only go at night to sleep in but if you need to rest during the day it can be unpleasant. Booking the early check in is not worth it because their reservation system doesn't work properly and then the chatbot on wapp keeps giving you dead-end answers. If you speak to a human being they are rude with a condescending attitude, and they divert you to the app which wasn't working properly and which is why you are chatting with them. They do not bother to solve the issue but to apply the checklist approach to leave you in the limbo while using a smiley face emoji. Very poor customer support system.
• Bettina (10/5): Spotless, comfy abode in great location. Easy access to transport &10 mins walk to wonderful Bioparc - The apartment was spacious & clean. Well equipt for our 3 night stay. I had the bedroom downstairs whilst my daughter took the room upstairs. Very comfortable & quiet. Kitchen & lounge area perfect for our needs...thank you for the beer & water in the fridge. A nice welcoming touch. Loved the outside area with lovely seating for us to relax & read. Good location close to train & bus. Easy to get into town & around. Added bonus as only a 10 minute walk to the Bioparc Zoo... the best zoo we have been too. Well worth a visit. All good!

• Cassandra (10/5): Espectacular - He tenido una estancia excelente en Apartamentos Gran Turia. Todo es prácticamente nuevo, los espacios son amplios, cómodos y muy bien cuidados. La limpieza es impecable y se nota atención al detalle en todo: desde el café disponible hasta los jabones y la crema corporal. La ducha cómoda, caliente, con buena presión de agua. La cama, comodísima! Además, la ubicación es muy práctica, con buenas conexiones que facilitan moverse por Valencia sin problema. Sin duda repetiré y lo recomendaré. Es que me ha gustado todo.... No hay nada que no me haya gustado.

• Katrin Malcher (10/5): Alles - Das Apartment in Valencia war sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, modern und sehr sauber. Es hatte alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht, von der voll ausgestatteten Küche bis zu gemütlichen Betten. Besonders praktisch, wenn man mit Hunden reist: Nur ein paar Schritte entfernt befindet sich ein schöner, eingezäunter Hundepark, in dem unsere Vierbeiner sich frei bewegen konnten. Die Lage ist ruhig, dennoch gut angebunden, und man fühlt sich direkt willkommen. Wir können dieses Apartment wärmstens weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wieder hier übernachten. Alles

• BJV (8/5): Prima appartementen - Fijne en volledige appartementen op een km of 4 buiten het oude centrum direct aan het Turia park. De appartementen zijn nieuw. Helaas was er in 1 vn de appartementen een vervelende geur aanwezig. Dat is goed opgelost met een ventilatiesysteem en een fles cava.

• Jessica (5/5): An für sich war das Apartment sehr sauber, gut bestückt und man hatte alles was man braucht. - Alles automatisiert super einfach, jederzeit begehbar! Fanden wir klasse aufgrund der Flexibilität! Apartment war schön und hatte eine voll ausgestattene Küche! Besonders cool: Salz Pfeffer und Olivenöl gab es auch! Für 4 Personen ausreichend Platz, wir waren jetzt zu 2 vor Ort. Smart TV: man hatte jederzeit die Möglichkeit Videos oder Filme zu streamen! Sehr modern! Die lage: zwar sind die Apartments direkt am Turia Park und an einer Metro Station ABER: da kommt das riesen ABER: Die Apartments mit Terrasse sind nur zum Innenhof, das ist nicht ganz klar auf den bildern und der Webseite. Rundum verbaut von Plattenbauten und abgehängten Wäscheständern auf den Balkonen. Also wenn man einen sonnigen Outdoor Bereich erwartet, ist es nichts. Hinter der riesen Mauer liegt ein Sportplatz / Spielplatz natürlich von morgens bis Abends mit Beschall, was ok war wir sind nicht sehr penibel. Gemütlich draußen sitzen leider fehlgeschlagen.

Voor deze prijs bij een langer verblijf, verwacht je toch tussendoor een schoonmaak of aanbod van schone handdoeken. Nu moesten we zelf om schone handdoeken vragen terwijl dit wel in de prijs inbegrepen zat bij een verblijf langer dan 5 dagen. Omdat de hosts alleen via de chat bereikbaar zijn zou ik bij een langer verblijf meerdere schone handdoeken klaarleggen.
