• Fati (9/5): Logement rénové, très bien situé dans le centre historique de Palerme. - Séjour formidable dans cet appartement situé juste à côté du marché historique de Ballaro ; appartement lumineux, situé à proximité de plusieurs points d'intérêt de la ville de Palerme (Quattro Canti, Théâtre Massimo, Fontaine Pretoria, Cathédrale de Palerme), ainsi que des transports en commun (bus et train). L'appartement est conforme aux images sur booking, cuisine très équipée, salon spacieux, chambre avec un lit très confortable et salle de bain neuve. L'eau de la douche n'était pas assez chaude (mais avec les températures estivales ça allait). Au vu de la proximité avec le marché, ça commence à être un peu bruyant dès 9h du matin malgré les fenêtres fermées.

• mohammed (6/5): - I stayed in this studio for 9 days. The location is excellent, right in the heart of the historical Ballarò market, which makes it easy to explore Palermo and experience the local culture. The studio itself is clean, well-maintained, and has everything you need for a short stay. There are some serious downsides. At night, it’s extremely noisy - loud music and people talking loudly in the street often go on until 2 or 3 AM, making it very difficult to sleep. Another major issue is the electrical system. If you use more than two devices at the same time (for example, air conditioning and the oven), the power shuts off for the entire apartment. What’s worse is that the electrical panel is located on the ground floor in a locked room, so you have to contact the host each time to reset it. The Wi-Fi also didn’t work for the first six days of my stay, which was frustrating. Additionally, being in the middle of a food market, there’s a strong food smell in the area throughout the day, which might bother some people. Overall, the location and cleanliness are great, but the noise and electrical issues significantly affected the comfort of my stay.
• Camaway (9/5): Nice and tasteful attic right in the middle of the action in central Palermo - - Apartment was brand new, just renovated. You could smell how new everything was. - You couldn't be more central than this, right in the middle of things. - The building in which the apartment is set is truly beautiful. - Matresses were VERY comfortable. I must stress this because it is an underrated factor, yet so important. A+++ - Apartment comes well furnished with all amenities one needs. - A nice welcome basket with coffee capsules and a couple of package breakfast cakes. - Friendly and responsive host. - Being an attic there is no room facing the street, only two skylight/roof windows, currently only one could be manually opened (host said this will be fixed in the near future). - The mounted shower, due to the roof slant, is also mounted at about 170cm, so I had to bend to fit in. - We would have appreciated enough coffee capsules to last for our three nights stay, maybe I would suggest adding a couple more to the basket.
