• antonis (8/5): - It’s a good choice if you want to spend 1-2 days in Bologna and you want to be close to the main landmarks of the city. Also the staff was really helpful. We only had a small problem with the oven because it wasn’t opening. The staff told us that they would bring an electrician to fix it but eventually he never came to the apartment.
• Michael (4/5): Disappointing, property has good potential but needs help. - Spotlessly clean except for large dust bunnies under the beds. Flooring perfect for travelers with cats. Recently renovated I think. Easy to check in. The apartment renovation is quite recent but it appears to have been done by someone who had no idea of quality control. There were 2 broken door handles, coffee maker instructions but no coffee maker, no kettle, stove top didn't work, big gaps around electrical outlets and when pulled out our phone charger from the outlet the entire electrical box came with it, no bedside table on one side of bed, no lamps in bedroom, intermittent internet, missing entire drawer in bathroom vanity, large hole in drywall in bathroom to right of vanity. 50% of electric blinds did not work. When we arrived someone had gone to the bathroom in the toilet and had not flushed and it was really smelly.

• Sylvana (6/5): Was easy to access the apartment as received full video with instructions. Quiet and safe environment. - Modern and central location No kettle or toaster and oven not connected. Two acs in kitchen/living area not functioning.

• eeucdp (7/5): Si no fueran tan descuidados sería estupendo. Pero para unos días está bien - El apartamento es amplio, bastante moderno, con buenas camas y luz natural. Las ventanas no se pueden abrir porque el ruido de un motor externo es enorme (pero son buenas ventanas, no se oye nada si están cerradas). El aire acondicionado no se podía regular, funcionó el primer día y luego ya no iba (quizá por desconocimiento del mecanismo). La ducha no tragaba agua. Falta una cafetera siquiera tipo italiana y algunos utensilios más. Hay cosas como de descuidarse (puertas que no están puestas, camas mal colocadas, espejo en el suelo, puerta del frigorífico...) y es una pena porque el sitio podría ser muy bueno con poco más.
• giovanni_c_ (1/5): Don't pay €100/night for this apartment till they fix everything - The apartment is nice and potentially a 10/10 but as many previous reviews mention, basic things are missing: coffee machine, a boiler, towel hangers in the bathroom. You expect an impeccable service if you pay over €100 per night. Beds are comfortable, rooms are spacious. I am rating it with a 1 to wake up both the owner and the agency taking care of it. I was staying there in July, Bologna is terribly hot and humid over summer and they were aware of air conditioning NOT FUNCTIONING. Not only they didn't tell me in advance (you can see previous reviews) but it was me that had to ask for some fans to survive in that boiling hell. This apartment desperately needs 2 portable air conditioners. Spend money for your hosts well-being otherwise drop the nightly price from €110 to €60 and especially underline on booking that air conditioning is NOT INCLUDED. Also according to old reviews, a cabinet's drawer in the bathroom has been broken for months. Wardrobes were full of dust inside, CLEAN THEM!

• Dino (6/5): Decent place but missing some essentials - The apartment is in a great location—within walking distance to the city center, which made it easy to explore Bologna on foot. The place is new and has good potential, but it could definitely benefit from a few essential additions to make the stay more comfortable. Some basic items were missing, like a kettle for boiling water, dishwashing soap and a sponge, as well as a hanger in the bathroom. A small table next to the sofa in the kitchen area would also be very useful. The space feels a bit bare at the moment—it would feel much cozier with a few paintings or decorations on the walls. During our stay, the air conditioning stopped working. The owner did try to fix it, which we appreciated, but unfortunately it didn’t get resolved, and it was very hot—especially difficult with a small baby. There are also a couple of finishing touches needed: the fridge door and the bathroom cabinet both need to be properly installed. A coffee machine would be a great addition as well.

• Cristian (8/5): Pleasant stay in the centre of Bologna - New and very clean apartment in the city center. Large space with plenty of light. Close to restaurants, public transportation and cafes. There was no internet connection even though it’s advertised here on Booking. The owner explained that it’s a new apartment and that’s why they don’t have a connection yet. There was no coffee machine but there is a coffee shop downstairs. The apartment feels a little empty and it definitely needs 2 night stands in each bedroom, not just one.
