Effet de surprise à l'arrivée, peu rassurant. * Pour la télé bien d'avoir net flix pour les films mais se serait bien d'avoir aussi les chaînes normales pour les infos notamment, sans systématiquement créer un compte.. * Escalier étroit sans ascenseur (mais compréhensif car bâtiment ancien).

• thierry (7/5): Moyen - - A 300 mètres du centre historique - confort acceptable / bonne isolation phonique (bruit et cris dans la rue) - bonne communication du propriétaire - accès facile et parking public à 100 m - quartier mal famé. Le royaume des zonards, des ivrognes et des baskets / survet / trottinettes, ça deal a 50 m visiblement. - 3eme étage. À éviter si vous avez de jeunes enfants - des caméras partout dans les parties communes… gênant. - vaisselle pas toujours propre (1 poêle ayant servie sans être nettoyée).

• Filipe (6/5): Apartamento Agradável - Apartamento tinha várias comodidades como máquina de café, de loiça, de roupa e de secar a roupa tornando-a numa mais valia. Encontra-se bem localizado e é confortável para uma estadia curta. A limpeza do apartamento ficou aquém das espectativas, havendo pó, pelos, loiça mal lavada com gordura. As comunicações recebidas extremamente impessoais e em parte automáticas (ex: "mensagem 1/4, mensagem 2/4...etc"). Não podemos dizer que hospitalidade dos anfitriões tenha sido exemplar, apesar de nos terem permitido um late check-out, fomos abordados antes da hora estipulada pela equipa de limpeza. Após sairmos, recebemos a "mensagem 4/4" onde nos foi sugerido/indicado como deveríamos efectuar a nossa avaliação, pelo que, deixamos o nosso sólido e honesto 6.

• Charlie (10/5): Appartement absolument charmant, très agréable, très très bien équipé - Nous y avons passé un très bon moment! Décoré avec goût et très bien agencé, avec un canapé, un bureau et même une petite bibliothèque bien fournie, il comporte tout ce dont nous avons besoin lors de notre long voyage dans la région: Une bonne cuisine et une petite machine à laver la vaisselle bien pratique, qui nous ont permit de cuisiner avec ce que nous avions acheté au marché du coin, mais aussi une machine à laver et un sèche-linge pour nos affaires et celles du bébé. Le lit de bébé était également de très bonne qualité et apparemment très comfortable (ce n'est pas souvent le cas!). L'appartement est également à deux pas de la place de la République et son marché bio. Nous reviendrons certainement si nous repassons par Perpignan

El sistema de las llaves está bien, pero te tienes que acostumbrar para entrar y salir. Quizás al llegar, también encontramos a faltar servilletas, y papel wc (quedaba muy poco). Si llegas tarde, no puedes ir a comprar. Pero es solo un detalle. En general perfecto.

• Aaron (5/5): Sin mas - La ubicación es lo mejor del alojamiento. Y sí vais con perros, tienen un poco de todo (cama, juegos..) para ellos. Para 4 personas se queda muy muy justo. La prisa que nos pusieron para abandonarlo también nos sorprendió bastante.
• María Ester (6/5): Mejorable - Las camas eran cómodas Olía muy mal, no estaba muy limpio, y que desconfiasen de que íbamos a pagar por el perro, a parte de muchas exigencias con limpieza, loza, basura y demás cuando ellos no cumplen. La zona no era muy segura y el barrio muy humilde y sucio. La calefacción es por aire acondicionado y no calentaba lo suficiente.

• LIDIA (5/5): - Lo que más ha gustado es la amabilidad del propietario, siempre disponible y simpático. El apartamento está cerca del centro y conveniente para salir caminando a todos los lugares. Está limpio y práctico para pocos días. El apartamento es pequeño y no es tan cómodo como creíamos. No tiene ascensor (no muy apto para gente mayor) y las instalaciones del apartamento, aunque está reformado, no es de mucha calidad y los baños poco prácticos. Está muy cerca del centro, pero en una calle conflictiva de gente que grita en la madrugada y por la noche nos pareció inseguro para caminar por la calle. Íbamos con niños pequeños y abuelos. Quizás para gente más joven no es un problema.

• Emmanuil (8/5): Great place to stay long term - Kitchen was well equipped with stove, microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer and utensils for cooking. There was enough space to comfortably unpack and live a noramal everyday life. Great location near all central streets. The host is very responsive. Living room is a bit dark because it is situated in the shade. Property provides only "starter kit" with household items, so you will need to buy more yourself.

Very friendly and helpful staff on arrival to help us check in. Only small suggestions - Could have done with extra pillows as they were very soft. Only two coffee pods provided, would have been greatful for a couple more for the few nights we were there - didnt want to buy a whole pack to then leave!

• Samuele (8/5): Ottimo appartamento in un quartiere di extracomunitari inquientanti - Proprietari disponibili e chiari nei messaggi per le regole di ingresso Appartamento pulito e in ordine Disponibili tutti i servizi necessari per un ottimo soggiorno Il quartiere è pieno di immigrati nord africani. Si avverte un po' il pericolo e il rischio quindi bisogna stare attenti in alcuni orari. Non è possibile parcheggiare vicino all'ingresso quindi bisogna arrivarci a piedi con africani pericolosi e "padroni" del quartiere. Il doccino della doccia è fissato ad altezza media quindi bisogna sedersi in vasca per potersi lavare, e non è presente un telo per poter evitare di bagnare il pavimento. Il WC è in un'altra piccola stanza rispetto al lavandino e alla vasca/doccia, ed è cieco (senza finestre....)

• Dounia & Hakim (1/5): déplorable - Pas grand chose Les cafards qui grouillaient. Le logement était sale. Des déchets des précédents étaient encore présents. Une carafe à moitié vide sale était dans le frigo. Les nombreuses affiches créent une ambiance désagréable. Je ne recommande pas surtout pour le prix de la nuit.

Wij zijn daar weg gegaan en hebben een ander hotel geboekt. Contact met de eigenaren is ook niet te krijgen . In een woord slecht!

Only suggestion is that it says it has a shower...but the shower does not work so only a bath available. I really requested a shower so feel hosts should either fix shower or remove mention of it from their description...misleading.

• Lauren (10/5): Loved it!!! - Truly wonderful experience. The place was so clean, air conditioning was amazing as well as fans to the bedrooms. We were on the top floor but even our toddlers managed the stairs. Hosts even let us gain access a little early which we appreciate so so much. Great night sleep on a quiet street but within touching distance of everything you need! My only gripe is that one night wasn’t enough to stay here, wish we had had longer!
• Anthony (5/5): Not recommended except for last resort - Once inside the residence it was adequate Location was horrible, very smelly and dirty. The entire neighborhood reeks of urine. Lots of trash and debris. Extremely narrow streets and difficult one way traffic to get to the residence which is four floors upstairs on a narrow winding staircase. Parking is 250 meters away at a pay parking lot for 16 euros. Cars in the parking lot do not seem secure from crime and vandalism. The neighborhood is run down, shop keepers do not keep their sidewalk area clean. Entire neighborhood needs power washing
