A minha estadia foi positiva, mas gostaria de fazer uma sugestão sobre os horários de check-in e check-out, pois isso impactou meu planejamento. Poder acessar o imóvel apenas após as 15h e precisar liberá-lo antes das 10h da manhã seguinte acaba reduzindo bastante o tempo útil da hospedagem. Considerando que pagamos por diárias completas, fica a sensação de que não estamos conseguindo aproveitar inteiramente o período pelo qual estamos pagando. Entendo a necessidade de tempo para a limpeza, mas em espaços menores talvez fosse possível ter um pouco mais de flexibilidade, como um check-in um pouco mais cedo ou um check-out um pouco mais tardio. Acredito que ajustar essa janela de horários, mesmo que em apenas uma ou duas horas, já tornaria a experiência muito mais justa e satisfatória para os hóspedes, permitindo um melhor aproveitamento da estadia.
