• Katherine (9/5): great place to stay for location and saftey, could use a touch more charm - Location was excellent, super central, cool and fun area, right next to planty and the old town. Its a cool building architecturally, room was generally comfortable, had a good vibe, nice view onto the street. -Nice big shower and lovely bathroom. -Nice and clean. Lots of chairs and seating options. -Coffee and tea provided in the (shared) kitchen. -Contactless entry and exit with key codes, smooth with no issues. -Building and entry to apartment felt very safe and secure. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again and recommend it to others. The property owners could make some small simple improvements which would go a long way. There were a few extra touches lacking and it didn't feel as nice as it looked in the pictures. - main room was not very charming, characteristic or reflective of the beautiful building and city... a bit more decoration, or some flowers or a plant like in the photos would go a long way - shower door/curtain missing so the floor gets very watery and makes it hard to take advantage of the otherwise wonderfully large shower and very nicely decorated bathroom - wasn't a real double bed, was two singles pushed together, which would have been fine but it wasn't done very well... it kept coming apart and sheets wouldnt fit so was sleeping directly on weird foam half the time

• Mila (9/5): Замечательно! - Отличное месторасположение, тихо, тепло, удобная кровать, на кухне всё необходимое, есть микроволновка для подогрева, всё супер! Если с багажом, то будет очень не удобно без лифта на высокий 4 этаж и лестница темная, я всегда пользовалась фонариком на телефоне. Слегка скрипучий паркет, - мне не принципиально ))) а так все здорово, очень понравилось!

• Abigail (8/5): Perfect location, very clean and reasonably priced. - The location was perfect, a few minutes walk from the Old Town. It was very clean and tidy also. There’s 6 flights of stairs to get to the Apartment with no lift.
• Daniel (5/5): na ja - eher Finger davon lassen! - tolle Lage (ruhig, trotzdem mittendrin) moderne und gemütliche Zimmer/Apartments Das Haus (insbesondere das Treppenhaus) ist ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen. (z. B. Stromkabel hängen überall herum) Zimmer/Apartments im 3. OG ohne Fahrstuhl. (sollte dringend erwähnt werden) 3x Eingabe von verschiedenen Zugangscodes, bis man im Zimmer/Apartment ist. (extrem nervig) Kitchenette wird mit Fremden geteilt (sollte ebenfalls erwähnt werden), da diese sich direkt neben der Zimmertür befindet und man somit jederzeit Lärm ausgesetzt ist. (so wie wir, da unsere Nachbarn mitten in der Nacht anfingen zu kochen) Verletzungsgefahr beim Betreten und Verlassen, da man nicht auf Anhieb den Lichtschalter finden kann. Besonders schlecht: Frühstück! Am ersten Tag wurden wir "vergessen" und all die Tage gab es weder Kaffee, noch Tee, nur Orangensaft. Zudem muss man sein Frühstück vorab bestellen, ohne jegliche Anspassungswünsche äußern zu können bzw. zu dürfen.

Tymczasem wejście i kuchnia to części wspólne a te apartamenty to tylko pokoje, co nie zapewnia zawsze prywatności, spokoju i ciszy.
• Molly (10/5): A fantastic space for a short stay, great value for money and in a fab location! - Everything! It’s in a fantastic location, a lovely room and bathroom, clean and modern. Feels very private despite having a shared kitchen area & very easy to check in & out. I wouldn’t say we disliked it but just to make sure if you can’t walk up a lot of stairs don’t book this haha, there’s a lot of stairs up to the room which was absolutely fine for us!

• Agata (4/5): W ogłoszeniu jedyną w stu procentach prawdziwą cechą jest dobra lokalizacja, poza tym słabo. - lokalizacja i wygodne łóżko Brudno, nie było sprzątane od dawna. Czyjeś włosy były na łóżku, na sedesie, pod prysznicem oraz pod umywalka w łazience. Wyszczerbiona deska klozetowa. Ręczniki w kiepskim stanie, dużo kurzu. Zdjęcia były robione tak, aby obiekt wydawał się zdecydowanie większy niż był w rzeczywistości. Fenomenem było okno wychodzące na klatkę schodową. W pokoju było ciemno w ciągu dnia, brak światła słonecznego. Bardzo słaba wentylacja całego pokoju, szczególnie w łazience. Brak możliwości skorzystania z klimatyzacji w okresie zimowym. Kuchnia dzielona z innym pokojem. Te apartamenty powinny się nazywać po prostu pokojami z łazienką, bo apartamentami nie są. Ściany tak cienkie, że wszystko słychać na korytarzu.

• Holly (6/5): I would stay again with friends - Good location. Very close to the centre. Staff very helpful. Speak good English. Clean. Nice shower. Tap water drinkable. Hard to find. Undergoing renovations - this was highlighted on information. However, there is no excuse to not have working lights on main stairs. No lighting so had to use torch on phone - especially coming in late at night. Door into the kitchen is very difficult to open, you have to use a lot of force. I would have struggled on my own. No extra pillows provided.

• Laura (6/5): Fair for the price - Great location, very comfortable bed, clean sheets, towels No kettle in the room (shared kitchen), thin walls (you can hear whispers next doors), the hair dryer was broken and I was forced to go out with wet hair in -3C° weather, scrapped paint, wasn’t cleaned properly (dirty floor in the bathroom, dirty doors)

• Христина (10/5): - Апартаменти знаходяться в самому центрі. Магазини, кафе все під будинком. У неділю все було відкрито. Дуже чисто, тепло, комфортно. Кухня на два апартаменти, кава, чай, цукор, мікрохвильова піч. Посуд. Все є. Ми відпочивали з дитиною нам все сподобалося. Запах свіжості і чистоти. Щиро рекомендую. Третій поверх, важко з валізою і з малою дитиною підніматися.

The bed was so comfortable in all fairness, Location was great literally a stones throw away from the main square Maybe my own fault not fully reading the description however the hallway to the room you had to climb a mountain of stairs which at night wasn’t the best as the lights were on a timer so if you are halfway up and the light went out you could not see in front of yourself. Shower didn’t have a door so we had to be so careful with water getting on the floor and the possibility of slipping.

Cuscini scomodi, finestre senza tende giornaliere (di fronte c'è un'università e per privacy devi chiudere per forza le tende oscuranti, rendendo buia la stanza). Anche se è specificato, il palazzo è senza ascensore ed è un po' stancante salire e scendere dal 3° piano.
• Beverley (8/5): - Ideally located within a few minutes walk to the old town, these apartments are clean and comfortable. The only downside to them is that they're on the top floor of a 4 storey building with no lift. If this isn't a problem for you I would definitely recommend them and I would stay here again if I return to Krakow.

• Martin (4/5): Not good - The only good thing is location really. Only 5-10 minutes walk away from old town. Bear in mind that all the rooms are on 3rd floor and there is no lift in this building. Unfortunately you won’t find this information under description of the room. The stairs in the building were so creaky and it looks scaring when you enter the main building. Window in my room was facing the staircase unfortunately so no view at all. Bed is not comfortable at all. I would not recommend this place for a longer stay. One night stay it’s not too bad but overall I would never choose this place again at this price.

• christophe (6/5): Bien situé mais petit dejeuner à éviter - J ai vraiment beaucoup apprécié la situation géographique. L appartement se trouvait à 5 min de la place principale. La cage d'escaliers semble bien vétuste .Nous avons reçu les codes très tardivement . Par ailleurs le petit déjeuner est à éviter en effet le matin nous avons reçu 3 croissants écrasés dans une boite et pas de chocolat chaud ni de café au lait mis à part une bouilloire et un sachet de nescafé. Ça ne vaut pas les 8 euros

• Julia (8/5): Fantastic location. Warm, clean very comfortable and modern room - Very clean and modern. Warm and super comfortable beds! Lovely hot rain shower. Fantastic location for visiting Krakow sites! All easy walking distance Small room so couldn’t get round both sides of double bed. However we were out all day so really just a nice comfy place to sleep. 3 flights of stairs - we knew about this and no problem but may be a problem for other guests!

Good WiFi, fridge in the room and a little kitchen is just outside the door ( it is shared with the room next door. We only used it to make tea & coffee. Good communication with the staff regarding door codes. Would definitely stay again. As with most of the buildings in Krakow, they are old. So you have to climb stairs to get to the apartment. Not really a big deal though.

• Lilly maria (1/5): keinerlei übereinstimmung mit den angaben im internet, das nenne ich betrug am gast, anwalt wird ein - nah an der altstadt von krakau......................mehr gutes gibt es leider bei dieser unterkunft nichts zusagen. wir haben in einer ruine gewohnt, welche nach sicherheitsbestimmungen hätte garnicht vermietet werden dürfen, kein fenster, baustelle pur kein tageslicht kleiner wie eine hundehütte etc., keine fluchtwege, alte holztereppen, gerüst vor dem fenster welches in das defekte treppenhaus ging..............

Właścicielka bardzo pomocna, doskonały kontakt oraz niesamowite zainteresowanie. Zdecydowanie polecam każdemu skorzystanie z tej oferty.

• Hania (9/5): - Jestem bardzo zadowolona. Pokój mały, ale bardzo czysty i przytulny. Wszystko zgodnie z opisem. W części wspólnej aneks kuchenny, a w pokoju lodówka. Bezproblemowe zameldowanie w nocy. Dobry kontakt z personelem. Cena jak najbardziej adekwatna do jakości. Przy następnej wizycie w Krakowie tam wrócę :)
